Let me start off by saying I read the bad reviews and still decided to give this nail salon a go. I went in with an open mind like I always do when trying something new. I opted for a gel manicure and basic pedicure. They offer 2 walls of normal polish colors but if I'm being honest it's a lot of the same colors in different brands. There seem to be more off brand colors than the usual OPI, Essie, etc. I had trouble looking at all the colors because they stack them so high. That's a problem unless this salon caters to mainly basketball/volleyball players. I had to climb up a stair stepper to reach colors because of the layout. I loved the selection of gel colors, they offered chrome and color changing colors that most salons don't bother with so this was a bonus. I sat down and got ready for my pedicure, unfortunately for me my nail tech was an older gentleman who was partially blind in his left eye. I didn't think anything of it initially but as my pedicure got going I realized this was going to be a problem. The water was initially beyond hot when I put my feet in. The guy fixed it by adding all cold water, which ended up all cold water which wasn't the least bit comfortable. I got quite the hack job when he clipped my nails, he cut me not once but twice while tending to cuticles. Right when I thought things couldn't get worse I looked at my polish job which ended up with him getting more paint on my skin/feet than nails. When it came time for my gel manicure I was disappointed to find out this same gentleman was going to do them. In yet another hack job he managed to mangle my nails when he was filing them down. I came in with longer nails and just asked for them to be filed, I ended up with close to nubs. Thankfully he was tapped out and another lady came to finish me off. She cleaned up the nasty file job which I was thankful for. I opted for a cool chrome color which looked awesome. Unfortunately for me they began to chip off the next day. Unlike the other review which mentioned this I wanted to clarify that I don't do anything hard, I wasn't scrubbing or doing any manual labor, just soap and water and the polish chipped off. The price at this salon is beyond inflated, I was charged $75 for the "basic" pedicure which is the cheapest and a normal gel manicure. I typically go to the salon across the street by Randalls and I pay MUCH less, park easier, and my nails don't chip away with simple soap and water. I won't bother coming back to this salon, I should have listened to the other reviews and that's my fault but hopefully this review helps others avoid wasting $75. read more

I've been coming here for the last few months to get the usual SNS and pedicure. I've been overall pretty happy with the outcome. I'm extremely picky when it comes to the shape and thickness both of which met my expectations. I noticed this place has a high turnover with staff so beware that the technician you get may not be here the next time you visit. Today (NYE) was a bit hectic and the staff told walk-ins to come back later. I would suggest calling before walking-in. Lots of parking and colors to choose from. They offer wine, champagne and beer. I needed a pedicure & came in on Sunday around 12:30. I got the Signature Pedicure which is $49 for 48 minutes. Got regular polish & was done by 1:05. I did have to wait 10 mins for my toes to dry under the light, but seriously, not an experience worth my money or future business. Not great scrub, the massage was one my 8 yr old kids could've done. I was super excited about this place because of how beautiful it is inside. But the decor can only go so far... I had Jannet and the struggle with her was epic. I had a fill and gel polish change done today. I get stiletto nails which are long and sharp and pointy. She made no attempt at making the points even or consistent whatsoever. Some were pointing straight, some left, some right. When it came time to apply the polish, she was not capable of getting the polish over the entire nail. I had to have her apply more gel polish 4 times!! By the time we were finished, my nails were so thick and awful looking!!! On top of that, I had to go home and reshape my nails because of how inconsistent they were!!! I also have nail polish all over my skin because of how sloppy the work was. read more

I've been coming here for about 6 months. I have Lee do SNS on my nails and she has always done a great job. I get the basic French Manicure with natural, not pink. I have never had issued with lifting, peeling or yellowing. They are smooth and not bumpy at all. When I've broken a nail, which is rare, they quickly fixed it at no charge. I recommend Lee highly and appreciate the memos, white wine, or water she offers when I'm in the mood to relax. I've had a pedicure a few times as well and it looked nice each time. read more

I am giving this a one star for the overall experience and treatment , On Sunday November first, I took my mother in law out to enjoys a pedicure and manicure, I had specifically asked for the express pedicure with Gel and SNS manicure with nail extensions. The lady that was doing my manicure was rude and not at all gentle, she would file my nails to low to the point of hurt and sensitivity. Once it came to checking out and making payment, I questioned why my bill came out to $240. Instead of charging me for the express pedicure of $33 and an extra $15 for the gel finish for 2 people, they charged for the deluxe at $45 plus the $15 for 2. Then both manicures came out to $120, I spent $120 for the nail tech to make me have uneven nails and to end up in her breaking one of the nails and instead of redoing the nail she thought to just super glue it together. So on Monday morning the nail completely snapped in half again. Absolutely disappointed, i wasted my time and money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. the kady argued me on the charge and wont own up to the shit job that she did on my nails. read more

Bad customer service.... I just needed a simple shellac removal, w/o any manicure, polish, nothing.... just a removal. I was told to come in when I called to make an appointment only to wait for 15 minutes with absolutely no service. Then I was completely ignored by a staff member when I asked her if I should just come back. She first ignored me as she passed by me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt... I then walked up to her desk in front of her to ask if I needed to come back. She continued to ignore me and didn't even look up to acknowledge me. After an awkward pause, she shouted for another staff member and I once again asked the other staff if needed to come back. She tells me yes b/c there's no available staff atm....... Why advise me to come in just to have me wait, give me bad customer service, then tell me to come back? Definitely will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to this place around Thanksgiving to get a quick nail fill due to lots going on with the holidays. I had just paid 30 in Louisiana while visiting my daughter the week before at the same "type" of salon. I had 4 nails off. I'm not rough on my nails. They were done very poorly. I explained i had 4 off and the manager told me it would be $40. Then she tried to tell me I needed-soak off/new set which was $50. I said no-just fill what I have and replace the 4. She argued and said she couldn't guarantee them. I had just asked her about any guarantees on how long they last and she said no guarantee bcz it depends on how rough we as the customer are on our nails. Sooooo no guarantee either way, right? As soon as I sat down, 3 young girls came in asking for new sets. She looked around at the room and with all the workers w/clients she began to insist they "pick a color" and sped up my nail fill experience. I might add that I am a nail technician and have done nails for over 35 years with a large clientele in my season of working this business. I DO know the business and how to do nails. (I had ran out of time and product or I would have done my own. Just wanted to relax a moment during the holidays.) Lea put 2 of my nails going upward (ski lift nails) and when I showed her she asked "what do you want me to do then?" I asked very nicely if she would replace 2 of the 4 bcz they were SO bad and I knew they wouldn't stay on due to the fact they weren't attached underneath. There would be a space between my nail and the tip. Loss of nail and/or fungus is the result. She was VERY angry and argued with me-raising her voice-that my natural nails GREW that way. I'm 51 and have wore nails since I was 16. (Nail school) I DO know how my nails grow and it isn't upward. When I would show her my hand sideways--she would turn away and refuse to look. She told me she would clip my nails all off and I could leave. Had I had the time-I WOULD HAVE! Long story short-she shook as she worked on my nails as if in anger as she finished me. I paid the $40 and WILL NEVER RETURN! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY! BTW-when I revealed that I was a nail tech, it seemed to make her even more upset at me. So this place is literally up the street from my house and I just moved to the area so I decided why not... first of all the salon is nice on the inside. The decor, it's clean and has ample seating for mains and pedis. I went to get a pedi and my eyebrows done. I got the second cheapest option at 41 bucks ... the pedi itself was nice. The guy was gentle and worked efficiently. But the polish job was horrible. I got home and realized he didn't paint the entire toenail on all my toes AND there was polish left all of the side of my big toe. Now my eyebrows ... the lady that did them was friendly but you can tell she was rushing. She did a great job on my left eyebrow. I mean seriously the left brow was on fleek BUT that right brow was super thick, no arch and was shorter than the other brow. Come on now ... you guys have to do better! I had to fix my right brow myself ... needless to say I'm disappointed. Guess I'm on a hunt for a better nail shop. read more

The only one that I trust to do my nails is lee. She's the owner. However she overcharges her customers. The last time I went here I paid 65 for just SNS I didn't even get a full manicure. I love how lee does my nails but I won't be going here again because of how expensive it is. I've paid 45 at other places that do just as good of a job. read more

The place is nice and they offer drinks. The pedicure was 50/50 my toe nails look good but he barely did anything to my heels. The lady who did my upper lip and eyebrows did a terrible job. I got a shellac manicure on April 2nd. After a couple of days three nails had chipped and 2 were peeling from the side. I called them and they said come and we will fix it. I went to them on April 9th and they did fix 3 of them but were not happy about it. The lady didn't want to fix one and I had to convince her. They wouldn't fix the 2 peeled ones because the lady said that I peeled them myself! Like what-really? Why would I pay $35 and peel my nails a week later?! Well now 3 days later the polish has peeled even more. So not worth the money for a manicure that won't even last a week. read more

Went here with a few friends I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Manicure turned out great but the pedicure was awful. I'm not going to lie. It's winter and I haven't had a pedicure in almost 3 months. The guy spent so little time on my feet that the heels still had dirt on them. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got to a work function and had to hide my sandaled feet. I was annoyed. I didn't really have time to go back but after I called and they told me they'd fix it I went back anyway. I gave them two stars because they fixed it but not before being told it was my fault because I chose the least expensive pedicure. I looked at their menu and the basic (at$31) says they do heels, the next step up is $41 and you get a sugar scrub and hot stones. Nothing about callouses. This was my second time there. First experience was great. This time, though, the nail technician was very rough with my toes. Not gentle at all. Paid for the soy candle pedicure; pricey and she rushed through it barely spending anytime on the massage component. Had my eyebrows waxed. That was rushed also and she left wax in my hair. My daughter went with me and her technician didn't even get the previous blue polish off of her nails before she painted over it. I will not go back. The place is absolutely beautiful! I have had nothing but GREAT SERVICE here. If ever I feel something is not how I like it the owner always steps in and kindly fixes it. I am VERY picky and my nails always have to be perfect. When I get my nails done at this salon I always leave satisfied and they last me 2 weeks until the next fill. They give complimentary water,coke and wine and they have many different kinds of pedicures which always makes trips here fun. When ever I come in with my mom and sister they always make sure to seat us together as best as they can. The shellac color options are endless. Not pleased with the service here. Not only did I feel rushed the entire time to the point that I couldn't enjoy my experience but it was also VERY clear that I was being talked about. Yet no one spoke a word to me or even gave me eye contact. I went in originally to get my hands and toes a polish change couldn't afford a whole pedicure this trip. When I asked for my cuticles and nails to be cut she told me I couldn't get that unless I got a pedicure. Since when? The polish job was rushed and is chunky and my nails are still long enough to cut someone and draw blood. I came w my mom and we were both astounded that she kicked me out of the massage chair when there was no wait and still open chairs.
