She quoted me $75, and I chose two colors up front, which were also in front of her from the beginning. Halfway through the service, after acrylics were already applied, she told me the colors I had chosen were "for regular polish, not gel," and made me change them. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a sparkly base and chrome, which was clearly visible in the reference photo. She assured me that even though she was using a matte color, it would "end up sparkly." This was not true. She then applied gray over my nails, a color I never wanted or approved. The design looked nothing like the reference photo. When I finally spoke up, I was told that if I wanted my nails to actually look like the photo, the price was now $90--a price that was never mentioned before or during the service. Changing the price after the service has already gone wrong is completely unacceptable. The final result was nothing like what I requested and honestly looked terrible. I paid $70 for nails I hated and was extremely upset afterward. When I called the next day to explain that I was unhappy, Lynn yelled at me, told me that "anywhere else this would be $100," and dismissed my concerns. This was never about the price--it was about lack of transparency, poor communication, and misleading customers. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge and reporting this business. I do not recommend this salon.

Watching Vietnamese cooking show isn't what anyone wants to watch while getting their nails done (raw fish?). Instead of being like every other place, make your salon stand out. Specialize in safe nail procedures. You reuse a lot of equipment. Be known for healthy nails (not removing nail polish with a drill).

As for a gel, fill with blue nail polish, they came out nice until I came home 6 hours later. They started to peel off. Smear all over my furniture and myself. Spoke to the manager came back the second day they repolished with the same nail polish. That should have been just thrown gel nail polish should never be easily able to remove especially with the nail polish remover. Anyway, that Polish only stayed on for a day until the next morning today. It smeared off again. I'm sorry to say but I will not be returning ever again.
