It can be hard to find a technician who respects this without making the nails look unfinished. Brian was absolutely phenomenal. He listened carefully to my preferences and was so gentle and precise. He delivered exactly what I wanted--my nails look immaculate, with perfectly polished color and incredibly neat, healthy-looking cuticles without any cutting. He truly understands nail health and customer service. I love my new nails and will definitely be requesting Brian next time I need my nails done.

Before starting, I showed Lynn (the manager) a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. The photo stayed in front of her the entire time. She quoted me $75, and I chose two colors up front, which were also in front of her from the beginning. Halfway through the service, after acrylics were already applied, she told me the colors I had chosen were "for regular polish, not gel," and made me change them. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a sparkly base and chrome, which was clearly visible in the reference photo. She assured me that even though she was using a matte color, it would "end up sparkly." This was not true. She then applied gray over my nails, a color I never wanted or approved. The design looked nothing like the reference photo. When I finally spoke up, I was told that if I wanted my nails to actually look like the photo, the price was now $90--a price that was never mentioned before or during the service. Changing the price after the service has already gone wrong is completely unacceptable. The final result was nothing like what I requested and honestly looked terrible. I paid $70 for nails I hated and was extremely upset afterward. When I called the next day to explain that I was unhappy, Lynn yelled at me, told me that "anywhere else this would be $100," and dismissed my concerns. This was never about the price--it was about lack of transparency, poor communication, and misleading customers. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge and reporting this business. I do not recommend this salon.
