Had to take it to the vet and I missed my appointment so I came two days later to get service and I was refused service. As for a gel, fill with blue nail polish, they came out nice until I came home 6 hours later. They started to peel off. Smear all over my furniture and myself. Spoke to the manager came back the second day they repolished with the same nail polish. That should have been just thrown gel nail polish should never be easily able to remove especially with the nail polish remover. Rushed manicure, not good at nail art (simple flowers) had to remind them several times of the design I wanted even with the picture up on my phone the whole time. Thick and dip powder with sub par filing. Nails lasted 3 weeks. I did have to put some nail glue near the cuticle area because the cured dip powder was starting to lift. Employees and owner were very kind. Pedicure was great. 5 weeks later and some of my gel toe polish is still on. Clean facility, some of the tools are reused, but I cannot verify sterile items. I give this place a zero rating. I just stepped out after a dip manicure and deluxe pedicure with nail fill and gel polish. Both services were done at the same time but took 2.5 hours to get it done. Pedicure: the water wasn't even warm, I told the technician but she didn't understand me or ignored it. the technician forgot to remove the towels from my foot. they stayed on for more than 30mins until I reminded her to remove them. no massage done, deluxe pedicure includes massage. Didn't know how to file and scraped off the skin couple of times Manicure: dip powder simple manicure (no art/flowers/etc) she didn't create the apex instead there is dip in between the nail on almost each one of them. This technician too scraped off the skin multiple times. I have a bruise on one of my fingers due to that. the length of the nails when compared between both hands is not the same. but because i was already 2.5 hours in, I had no patience to deal with asking to fix them. she twisted my fingers to an extent where my hands now hurt too and I did tell her multiple times I went in after a long day of work to relax but it turned out to be more stressful. it's been the wordy experience ever at this location. do not recommend!!! read more

I called and they they asked me to come the next day but I was out of town- I had to go get another pedi elsewhere- They told me the next time I am ready to get a pedicure to come in and they would make it right. Online it says it opens at 11am but there were already people there when we got there at 10:50am, so I don't know what time they really open. They got us seated immediately. They actually bring you a little booklet with nail colors. They have them all in regular or gel. The guy I had was fantastic and gave an amazing foot/leg massage. The polish looks great. Most of the pedi was just our legs wrapped in a hot towel. Barely a massage. And just getting our toes and fingernails painted, a complete rip off. STAY AWAY.- update- 2 days later the paint on two of my fingernails literally just came off. Like, the whole thing. I looked down and it was just gone. I have been going to Adorn Nails for years. I have noticed their prices slowly increasing, but it is what it is and I've been willing to pay because I love the nice, long foot rubs that come with the higher end pedicures. In November my daughter went in there and the techs pressured her into add ons. She agreed to them due to not understanding what they were doing - running up her bill. She did NOT need the $50 pedicure, nor the $20 gel polish upgrade and the 20 year old asked for her eye brows to be waxed and they talked her into a lip wax too! The kicker is, she paid her tips out in cash, but they also charged her card for a tip - that she didn't approve. When I called, they told me to have her come in the next day - she had her receipt, and sales slip - both showing NO TIP, yet her credit card bill includes a tip - a $38 dollar tip. She went in the next day (Monday) and they told her to come back on Wednesday, so she did. She was told they would tell the owner and they'd call her back. That was more than six weeks ago - still waiting for the call back. Shame on them! They gave themselves an extra tip on a young adult that has invisible disabilities and lost a loyal customer. I routinely have been going there every 3-4 weeks spending $140-$200 each visit - never again! I'll take my business elsewhere. Hope that $38 was worth it. read more

Since they switched management and staff you can tell it's gone down hill or they are still trying to figure things out. It was not happy go lucky like when Kenny was here. I was not offered a drink at all. They normally give me a towel or pillow when having a dress and nothing. There was boxes and stuff everywhere. NHI that was helping me was great just lacked the above items. Kevin did not seem very kid friendly after I said no to gel on my 7 year old. I chose this nails salon due to the prior good reviews. 1. COVID safety - the prior temperature checks are not currently enforced as of December 2020. Nail techs and customers are masked. Techs wear gloves for pedicure but not manicure. There is no plexiglass for separation at manicure table. The manicure station are NOT disinfected in between customers on the day I was there likely because of the # of customers who came on Friday. 2. Quality - if you're doing a straight and simple polish then all nail techs are equal. If you're looking for more technical skills such as gel French tips then I would recommend requesting Jennifer or Lori. Our party of 3 requested an appointment, but the salon still takes walk-ins and does not appear to be limiting the # of customers. Some customers were waiting on mani or pedi station for a tech to become available. Our party of 3 mani/pedi took - almost 3 hours! My gel French tip needed to be removed and re-done with Lori. In the end, our party just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Lori was very sweet at the end. I'm open to returning to this salon but my first impression wasn't great especially since we spent over $200! read more

On Facebook Adorn Nails and Spa grand opening appeared in my events page. I needed a pedicure so I decided to check them out. The location is easy to find and is in a nice area. Upon entering, there was no one at the front counter. The nail technicians that were doing nails kept saying can I help you, can I help you. Without letting me answer. They didn't get up to assist me. Then a guy came to the counter and assisted me with the prices of the service I wanted. My temperature did get checked. The inside was clean and quite. They have a lot of recliners to get your pedicures done. They only have one medium length tables to get your nails done. I don't think that's a lot of space, especially since we are practicing social distancing. Only 3 other customers were present when I was there. Adorn is pricey than other nail salons I go to. They have a book with all the nail colors and you tell the nail technician what color you want and she picks the nail polish. They have a drink selection and I had a mimosa. I was shocked I got offered anything to drink since we are required to wear mask. I'll read more

I'll start with the good. The lady doing my pedicure was super sweet. The not so good. I feel like I was taken advantage of for a lack of a better term. The last few times I've been in it's been super rushed. I came in and asked for a fill and pedi, and they sat me in a pedi chair immediately. Never once said any words to me. Never said we are running behind or there is a wait. I waited for 55 mins and someone finally came. She walked over and pointed to their menu asking me what scent i wanted, never handing me the menu. I thought it was odd she didn't ask me which pedi i wanted. Sometimes places just assume the regular basic when they are busy like they were so I went with it. She starts adding different things in the water, etc. I'm thinking to myself this seems odd but maybe they are adding extras because I waited so long, like a thank you. It was a nice pedi. 3 hours after I walked in, I finally get to my nails. She was super rushed, someone started it and someone else took over, probably one of the fastest services I've ever had. Nails came out ok. I go to pay and they ask what pedi I had. I said I don't know because she never asked... it ended up being the most expensive pedi on the menu.
