There's lots of parking, the place is clean and ambiance was casual, and the food was great. Unfortunately, the service was not friendly at all. The cashier wasn't busy when we arrived, but she acted like she was, or like she just didn't want to be there. It wasn't a welcoming experience, which was disappointing considering how good the food was.

as always, this location is amazingly consistent! since my first trip here last november, the orders i've doordashed were always immaculate. again, can't say much about the ambiance since i've only been through the drive thru. the food always HITS though, and i'm glad to say that this is one of my new favorite restaurants.

Had a good experience at this new location. The cashier was really nice and got our order correct. The food was made fresh and was delicious. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the drive thru was really slow so it took a while.

The fish tacos are TRUE CALI fish tacos. Fresh fish, FRIED PERFECTLY. The sneaky menu item is the wings. Fried perfectly and huge. Perfect for football season. Do not doubt this place, do not question whether or not you should come here. Quite literally everything is good, and the menu has such a variety that you'll find something that works for you, and yes it will be good. I know NO ONE in Arizona every friend I've made has been by online dating working or picking a restaurant with a bar (because I eat alone mostly) and here has become my new spot. The management team cares that you're happy Juliette and John alone make the place worth the stopping everyone else is amazing too IN SEASON they have live crawfish and you can tell. The regulars make it worth coming back as they're wholesome so the atmosphere alone is wonderful! Now we're hungry right so the live crawfish seasoning and heat options don't miss. I would say the "hot" for Cajun tastebuds would be mild it's always nice to know what fits they're oysters are purged and delicious as far as I can tell it's an all year option. Prices here are fair as the quality is good. Heard one person mention the sauce is good at pier 88 but everything else is better here...I'd take cooked to perfection than a little better sauce. You should too traveling or native. I'd post a pic of the crawfish (live it's in season) but they were perfectly cooked amazing flavor and I smashed the whole pound before I thought this place deserved the atta boy!

I don't know if they're are truly under staffed or they hire people that can't handle the amount of customers. We got here on a Friday at 2:40 ish. It's was a bit busy but not crazy or overly busy. We waited to be seated which was not at all a long wait. Got seated at 2:45 waited for like 5 minutes. Then we look at the time it's 3pm and not even a hello from our waitress/waiter. 15 of nothing!!! Like I said this place is so delicious but the service is horrible!!! And now I know why a lot of people order to go. Or door dash. Thanks guys for making us hate coming to my favorite sea food place. Food is 5 stars! Service is horrible

We didn't make it to the pool, but we did get to have dinner at Litchfield's and it was such a beautiful resort , the ambiance was incredible. My boyfriend loved all the wooden floors and western aesthetic. He mentioned what great quality wood floors and tables there were. We arrived early and had a cocktail at the bar prior to entering the restaurant, the waitress and service were great as well. At Litchfield's we sat outside and the ambiance was very pleasant, welcoming and cozy. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp puttanesca, very good and I ordered the marinated wagyu flank, very delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had the garlic Parmesan fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was very tasty and definitely did not disappoint. Our server was more than helpful in making suggestions and he accommodated us accordingly. The cocktails were also well made and just the right touch. Overall this restaurant is very inviting and excellent with the treatment of their customers. Will definitely be back when in town.

It was both gorgeous and delicious!!! Nestled in an Avondale strip mall, this cozy little Japanese place serves up a deep menu of over 60 different sushi rolls, five different kinds of ramen, as well as staple Japanese and Korean entrees like Teriyaki, Bulgogi, and Katsu bowls. The restaurant is pristine: everything in the front of the house was clean and the decor was a balance of both modern and traditional Japanese. Their lunch rush was steady; the dining room was well occupied shortly after opening. And the service was attentive and genuine! This is, hands down, one of the best sushi spots in the area! I will be back!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. We've been coming here since Sushi Love first opened,…read moreand in the beginning this place was on top of things, the servers were friendly and attentive, and while the kitchen could be a little slow at times, it was never anywhere near as bad as what we experienced today. Here's the timeline from when we arrived to when we finally received everything: 12:10 - Seated 12:20 - Finally able to order drinks and food 12:27 - Received my single sushi roll 12:54 - Guest received his entree 1:04 - Just received our gyoza appetizer It took over 10 minutes after being seated before the waitress even got us water. I was trying to look up other restaurants in the area because we were about to leave. What made this even more confusing was that it was a Sunday right after opening, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Because the appetizer took so long, I ended up splitting my single sushi roll with my guest so he wouldn't have to sit there hungry while waiting on his food. Even then, it still took over 30 minutes for his entree to arrive, which was ridiculous considering it was just one dish. The most frustrating part was waiting nearly 45 minutes for a single appetizer order of gyoza. We were honestly close to leaving before it ever arrived, and I would have left still hungry. If the appetizer had come out in a reasonable amount of time, I could have actually enjoyed the roll I came there for in its entirety instead of having to split it just so we could get by while waiting. The pacing of the food also made no sense. Appetizers should come out before entrees, not after everything else. Instead, one person was eating while the other sat there waiting, which made the entire experience awkward and frustrating. If the waitress paced things correctly it would have made a huge difference and likely helped prevent the kitchen from getting backed up. On top of that our waitress never apologized for the delays or acknowledged the excessive wait times, not even after we waited over 10 minutes just to get water. She did repeatedly asked if we "needed anything else" while we were still waiting on food. Like, yes, we needed the food we already ordered? Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and uncaring from both the service staff and the kitchen. What's especially disappointing is that this wasn't our first bad experience here. This is now the second visit in a row where we've dealt with extremely slow service and a noticeable lack of attentiveness (last time we were there they forgot some food, not only ours but also a table next to us). This place used to be good, which makes the decline even more frustrating, the kitchen needs an overhaul or something. Sushi is good and not as slow but ordering anything from the kitchen or getting drinks is like pulling teeth to get. Sushi Love isn't a huge restaurant, so it's hard to understand how things have become this disorganized. We gave the restaurant another chance hoping things would improve, but this was by far the worst experience we've had here.
