I almost hate to leave a review but only because I'm selfish and I don't want anyone else to find out about it. First, I've never had one of their burgers, I only go for the meat. We go through ~5 pounds of ground beef a week along with other cuts, and theirs is the best. We've been buying their meat for a few years now and I don't care if it's less expensive elsewhere, the quality of theirs is just better. Unfortunately they've had to raise their prices but it's understandable. Everyone has had to raise prices lately. But, like a junkie, they got me hooked. In response to your answer, I was told to come in, and I would have a credit, and when I came in the gentleman, the heavyset man that I guess is the owner would not give me the credit so no it wasn't addressed properly and I was told by your manager when I called in that it was the packaging, making the condensation buildup, and that your store were looking for a different type of packaging. It was a soggy mess and it wasn't worth the money whatsoever And then you not honoring my return that you told me I could get a credit for infuriated me and I told the gentleman I would never come back and as far as contacting Uber Eats they're unreliable and they do not help whatsoever. I am no longer using Uber Eats either because they left a order on my vehicle hood in the sun and expected me to pay for that .. I believe when somebody makes a commitment they need to make good on it and that's why I'm most upset with you. All is the fact that I made a trip over there several times and you were closed and when I finally found you open you would not honor what you told me that I would have that replaced !! I had a food delivered from Uber Eats. The onion rings were soggy the box they use collects pronunciation. The bun was soggy. A manager told me I can come in for a credit and she'd write my name in the book and I came in and talked to the owner and he refused to honor what she said blaming Uber when she specifically told me it was their container that they were having trouble with, and I told him this so when someone doesn't stand good on their word for one hamburger, and onion rings, I will never order from them again and it was like 50 bucks too. read more

I wanted to update my latest review as soon as possible to reflect the EXCELLENT and timely customer service I received. Arlington was just as surprised by the expired meat I was given and it was, apparently, a simple mistake. The management quickly replaced what I bought, and I am pleased to report that it is fresh and up to the usual, phenomenal Arlington quality that I e come to expect over the last 3 1/2 years. I want to spotlight the quick and meaningful response by the owner/manager, Shereen, and her butcher shop manager, Hailey. They were so quick to fix the problem and I want to express my appreciation to them and to Arlington for correcting a problem quickly. Arlington remains an anomaly in a sea of bad, industrial beef retailers. They sell amazing beef at reasonable prices and they have shown that they truly care about their customers and their beef. Make your way to this local butcher and burger shop. They have 2 separate entrance. The meat is fresh and for it being local it is reasonably priced. We did eat there too, we wanted to try the meat before we bought it. So happy we did, my husband loved the burger and fries. He said everything was cooked perfectly and it was a full of flavor. The salad was so good, all the flavors paired very well. The dressing to the cheese to the olives. The meat was done right and seasoned well. It is worth the price, you can taste the difference and the amount of meat you get in the salad is amazing. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions. The burgers are fresh and tasty, I like that the kitchen is in the open and you can see the food being made. What a lovely establishment. I ordered an American burger as I waited for my flap steak to be prepared by the butcher. And, I don't know ... there was just such a nice spirit about that tiny place. Watching them take big rolls of fresh ground beef and expertly prepare my burger. There was a gentle care and expertise, kindness and teamwork. Even though I drove for a half hour - everything is a half hour away from my new home, without fail - my burger was still hot enough to enjoy without microwaving because it was packaged so well. Juicy as could be and flavorful. I split our flap steak into two different marinade preparations - carne asada and bulgogi. Went to Arlington Cattle for the first time a couple weeks ago. First thing that struck me was the friendliness of the staff. They immediately greeted us and walked us through the menu since it was our first time. Really top notch service. One thing to definitely note: there is no indoor seating. They have some picnic tables outside which I'm sure are lovely when it's not June, but we struggled in the baking sun before eventually moving to our car to finish eating. The food itself was really good. My partner and I each got a burger - the Buckeye Burger and the Prime Burger. These are hefty burgers, especially the Prime Burger which comes with two patties. The fries are crispy and tasty as well. It's hard to say if the prices justify the food, as it seems like everything is more expensive these days. Customer service sucks. I will never buy here again. I ordered for a pickup. When I got there, a package was on the counter. After waiting several minutes for someone to attend to me, I asked if that was my order, pointing to the package on the counter. They said "no".
