Chocolate chip cookie was very doughy, and had very little flavor. Salted caramel was ok, lacking flavor with the exception of salt on top of cookie. The lunch lady bar was fantastic, flavorful, dense, peanut buttery. Cookies are almost $4/each. The workers were very friendly and full of recommendations. Ended up getting the lemon raspberry cookie, Samoa cookie, and classic pink sprinkle. Best cookie shop hands down! The cookies are baked to completion (unlike their competitor in my opinion) lol. The lemon sugar with a lime on top is my go to! Visiting from WA state and found this place when I was shopping in the plaza. Reminds me so much of Crumbl Cookies but smaller and a little bit cheaper, but not by much. Shop was cute and tiny. Staff was friendly. Ordered some cookies for my niece and a shake for my husband. My husband loved the shake. My niece and her friends loved the cookies. Not as small as I expected but simple, straight to the point of "Let's handle some cookie business and get a delicious drink of your choice"! I went in to see what's up after I picked my son up from school today! Cute. Nice. Nothing dramatic. They let the cookies do the talking. Chewy! Moist. Not raw like chewy but done right kinda chewy! If you know then you know! I'm just saying. The peanut butter w/Nutella is so rich! I will order one of these always. My favorite cookie is chocolate chip and this was really good. Pictures don't do it justice. They are a huge in size and heavy. My hubby and I shared these.. I ate most of them ! I live in California & my Grandma & parents live in Surprise. I wanted to get my Grandma something she would love for her 95th birthday. I decided to order from Twisted Sugar on Doordash and I put in the notes if the employee would please write a note saying "Happy birthday Grandma!" Delicious! Stopped in for a quick treat having never been before. We got an Oreo twister and a salted caramel cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. Both were absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. Although they had some bar style seating along the window and one wall, there were several people standing around to order and then waiting on their items so it was a little cramped. Some people were turned off by the cookies being cold and others really really enjoyed them! It might just be some of the flavors. Maybe they could offer a warming option for particular cookie connoissuers? Everyone enjoyed their soda drinks. A few thought they were just average. They offer sugar free customized sodas. Do you know what day it is? It's not Christmas, but it might as well be because the new Twisted Sugar location is open finally in Surprise and today is their soft opening. Tomorrow is the first official, official day, but we were counting down the seconds to get our fix of the churro cookie and of course my favorite the banana cream pie! Don't get me wrong every single cookie here is amazing, better tasting and less expensive that the other cookie place that shall not be named. The parking lot is great size and easily accessible no matter the direction you enter. There is plenty of shopping nearby as well if you want to stop in for a drink or a treat. Today I chose their 6 pack box and added of course the banana cream pie. Churro, lemon tart, sugardoodle, twisted sugar , lemon sugar. I also got the Dr Knievel soda which is of course Dr Pepper, Strawberry Purée, Vanilla, coconut and cream. So good! Service was amazing and for literally just opening their doors a few minutes before we walked in they were doing awesome and a line was already forming! If you're in the mood for something else they also offer Twisters which are ice Ream smoothies (they have a Dole Whip flavor that's to die for), energy drinks as well as other sodas with add one etc . They offer gluten free and a keto/vegan option. Come support this new and local business! Everything is delicious. The inside of the location is small, but does offer some high top seating at the window. They also have a location off Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley as well. read more

Every time we have ever visited, the lady with the dark hair and thick glasses is always very rude and treats us as if we are an inconvenience. I enjoy the sodas but will not likely return with my family and wouldn't encourage patronage until they correct the customer service issue with this particular employee. Nice staff at this new and very clean location in Surprise, AZ. I purchased 6 cookies--all different flavors--and they were nicely arranged in a flat box with a sticker inside the lid confirming the flavors. I later read on the website that the cookies need to be refrigerated for no more than 5 days--wish there had been a notice about this on the box, because after just two days on my kitchen counter, the slice of lime on one of them was getting discolored and I had to throw it out. Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, rootbeer, diet versions, etc. they have them all. They also serve cookies which are cold, I assume, to preserve the frosting. I absolutely love them this way but a few in my family prefer them hot. That being said there were no leftovers. Prices are great. Most cookies and drinks are under $4. The 44oz "Lindy Hop" I get is around $3. I go about 3 times a week now for my soda fix and occasionally try another of their cookies. Staff is always quick and friendly.
