Stopped by because I've been wanting to go here and since I was already around that area, I decided to! In a very unassuming strip mall, but once you go inside, it's so cute. I loved the ice cream. The owner (I would assume) was very nice and gave me a rundown on which she recommends and which are people's favorites. I got Oreo cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberry ice cream. What a homey little family spot complete with children busy at their computers and staff answering questions and busily scooping delicious sounding unique flavors which I heard they regularly change up. I finally decided on mango sorbet since I was there for a promotion courtesy of local realtors in honor of National Ice Cream Day and they like orange so I decided to "toast" their life-size cutouts. It was nice to see there is also some outdoor seating and some people were taking advantage of that. Oh, about the sorbet: fruitily flavorful and fresh tasting and the texture was velvety smooth! The location is a little small,,but offers a few booths and some tables which was perfect for our group of five. Service was awesome and we all tried different things. Mighty Moo Ice Cream has the best milkshakes and malts in Arizona in my opinion. I have been here a few times, and while it is a considerable distance from where I live, it is worth it. I recently visited for the first time since it reopened and changed ownership. The owner, Tim, is a very nice guy who cares about everyone in his shop having a great experience. Even with the change in ownership, the high quality of the ice cream has remained intact. My favorite flavors of ice cream are cake batter, birthday cake, and salted caramel. Their birthday cake ice cream is some of the best I have ever had. It makes a delicious milkshake or malt. I also like their salted caramel truffle flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and a great place to relax and enjoy your ice cream. It also smells fantastic, especially when you get the aroma of freshly baked waffle cones. Mighty Moo Ice Cream is one of my favorite ice cream places. While I do not get to Youngtown very often, I will definitely stop by whenever I am in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great ice cream place in the Youngtown area. read more

We tried Mighty Moo for the first time earlier this month and I sure wish we found them sooner! This shop is in a pretty plain strip mall, but it's clear that they are the anchor store of the area, so to speak. We were quickly greeted and offered samples upon entering. We ordered banana bread ice cream in a waffle cone and a warm cookie topped with ice cream. With the latter, we were cautioned that it would be a few minutes for the cookie to be baked....as if that could ever be an issue! We both really enjoyed our selections. The shop itself was very cozy as well. During our visit, we were made aware that this spot will actually be closing at the end of the month. Today when we came, we were charged for a pup cup $2.25. I've never been charged for a pup cup before. Plus it was just a scoop of ice cream. No dog biscuit no whip cream just charged for a kids scoop. Very disappointed I could understand if you were out of biscuits no big deal but first of all I've never been charged for a pup cup before and you didn't even have a dog biscuits Probably won't return here I feel the ice cream is average to be honest. Over "here" on a dogsitting gig & had to stop in b/c I'd heard so much about this place. It's in a desolate little strip mall but once inside, it's a cute spot. Super friendly staff. The variety of flavors was impressive & creative: Roasted Strawberry, Apple Pie, Root Beer, Haboob... I had to try "Haboob" - Butterscotch Ice Cream with Caramel, Mini M&Ms & I think Oreos? It was definitely different. Way too sweet for me. I ended up getting a scoop of Banana Cake. Yummy banana taste, super creamy texture but a tad too sweet for me. Adding too much sugar takes away from all the other flavors & that's all you taste, imo. I loved that they had board games mounted to the wall for customers to take down and play. They also sell Lactaid (for people who are lactose intolerant, which I think is ingenous). Next time I gotta explore more with a Peppermint Milkshake or Reverse Root Beer Float! read more

This place was a little pricey, but super cute. Check in on the Yelp app to get 20% off though. We found it on Yelp, we had been wanting to go to this ice cream donut place nearby but it was closed on Sundays. It's in a random strip plaza in Youngstown, AZ. You can tell the place is very kid-friendly, as they have little play areas for kids. They also have a bathroom which was super nice and clean. There are areas to sit inside, right out front, and also in the back, so we chose the patio area in the back. I got a double ($5.00) with Oreo cheesecake and Butterfinger; both were good but the Butterfinger was better. My boyfriend got the Peanut Butter Bomb ($6.50) which comes with two large scoops of vanilla ice cream, Reese's Pieces, and even more Reese's, and was good, although he said once you get down to just the ice cream it was just okay. They even sell Lactaid pills here which I found to be pretty funny, for $1.00, since I usually take one of those with dairy products. Overall a very cute place, with tasty ice cream, so I'd definitely come back if in the area again. read more

The place is small, dark, with wooden booths inside and outdoor tables in a strip mall on the border of Youngtown and Sun City. They have a steady business, more heavy after the dinner hour. It gets busy. They close at 8 pm. The owner works the counter and patiently answers every question. I had a lot of them. The scoops are generously sized and you won't go away hungry. I tried their coffee flavored ice cream with a scoop of dark chocolate. So good!! I had it with syrup and whipped cream only. Their sorbets looked yummy and I plan to go back and try them soon. I'm not a huge ice cream fan. I much prefer frozen custard or gelato. But this was excellent. MM's also has ice cream packed to go so you can bring home your favorite Moo to enjoy whenever you want. read more

Son said it was the best Cotton Candy Ice Cream that he has had. He wanted a triple. But only two would fit in the waffle cone. He later said " this ice cream never ends.
