It was super busy on a Saturday night, but the line went quickly. I wasn't super impressed by the flavors at this place. I got a sample and tried a few that I found very artificial. I ended up getting the "NSA" (no sugar added) strawberry and chocolate. Really wide range of toppings available! Charged by weight - two cups of yogurts was around $8.00 read more

Yorgutini is a very quaint and popular spot for FroYo, Sorbet, and No Sugar Added flavored yogurt. The flavor selection is limited online via DoorDash but we are always pleased when we visit in person! Love the assortment of toppings and syrups! The dining room and restrooms are always cleaned and stocked. Staff is always bubbly, pleasant, and polite! We highly recommend Yogurtini for anyone who loves FroYo! read more

The frozen yogurt is decent. The Surprise location is messy & dirty. I found it funny that they have a tip jar out when you're the one serving the yogurt out of the machines. I wish there were other alternatives for Froyo. read more

I am a big frozen yogurt fan, especially this time of year when it is sweltering outside. We have been to Yogurtini a few times and always end up pleased with our frozen confections. The clerks are always friendly and the prices are fair. I like the multitude of fruit options that they have available to top your frozen yogurt with. Everything is always tidy on the topping bar as well. The inside usually has lots of youngsters making noise, so we opted to eat our frozen yogurt in the car. They do also have some outdoor seating options as well. read more

Yogurtini is still going strong! We love coming here for family time, treats with friends, or to spoil the girls. Always clean, and plenty of flavors to choose from. They always have something for those with food sensitivities as well. The topping are always fresh and yummy. So many to choose from. You can earn rewards to apply to future visits if you like. They have plenty of seating and even a restroom. read more

My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop in for some dessert. The reason we chose here is because of the dairy free options. I usually only see a sorbet kind of yogurt at these types of places, and was excited to see there is actually a soft-serve dairy free option of vanilla, chocolate, or twist. All of the add ins are clearly labeled if they are vegan which is helpful to me as I am also dairy free. Bonus for the vegan chocolate chips! Definitely caters better to the dairy free crowd than most frozen yogurt places! read more

Love coming here. It's clean and staff is always friendly. They always have a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings. It is a little pricy but to me since it is a treat it is worth it. read more

We wanted to try the self serve frozen yogurt spot conveniently located down the street from our house. We came across an advertisement on Facebook & received coupons in the in the blue ValPack envelope which you can save on your purchase. The young lady greeted us & we asked for samples cups to try the variety of flavors. Yogurtini offers lots of flavors, toppings & more. They also have lots of games, hand sanitizers & plastic gloves to use for safety. Sign up for the loyalty program to earn points & rewards. read more

Pretty disappointed about our experience today, and unfortunately this has become a pattern the last several times we've been here. The person (today it turned out to be 2 people working) just sit in the back until you get up to the cash register to pay. My sister wanted sample cups and we waited for several minutes for someone to come out, but no one ever came until we were at the register ready to pay. I don't understand how that is acceptable to management - when I worked retail it was absolutely required that we were out in the store when customers were there. 5-7 minutes went by without someone coming out to greet or help us. This is disappointing because it didn't use to be like this. In fact, we stopped going to Menchie's for that reason and they closed soon after. Hopefully Yogurtini can improve this because it really makes the experience not worth it. read more

Thank you for having Diary free Chocolate Fudge flavor! Been to this location at least 10 times, always clean, always have all our favorite flavors and toppings. Lots of tables inside or outside to choose from. The staff always very friendly at this location. It can get loud when all the tables are filled, voices echo but generally a regular spot for us with or without kids. read more

Found this place on Yelp and wanted to check it out, since there's not a lot of froyo places in Surprise. Lots of frozen yogurt choices here, including nonfat, sugar free, and nondairy. And the topping selections were vast. They offer 20% off for seniors, and their prices are reasonable without the discount. I had the lemon cheesecake swirl with fresh strawberries. Very good! They have plenty of seating inside and outside, and even have a good selection of board games to play inside. The server was friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained. We'll be back! read more

It's been forever since I've been in a Yogurtini... Why wait any longer? I used to frequent the one in Glendale when my kids were little, but teenagers are a little less motivated some days to hang with mom; which is crazy because I'm pretty fricken awesome (wink wink) Anyways today's been a pretty exciting day on our house with one getting their drivers license today and another making the volleyball team! So we celebrate first with dessert then a dinner out! Great service a d tastier fro yo! read more

I usually love this place! I went there today to get my husband and I our treat And found that they no longer have the dairy free version. So so sad! That's the only reason we go there for the dairy free silk, frozen yogurt If they don't get it back, we will not be going there anymore read more

Best frozen yogurt spot in surprise! Love all the fresh fruit and boboas that they offer.

Yogurt is delicious but these two young girls need to be fired or trained to deal with special needs kids. Took my autistic grandson on Friday evening and again today, and to my surprise did not improve. Friday evening ny grandson by mistake touched some of the candy and after apologizing to them and explaining he was autistic they did not bother to care. Instead kept making faces at each other and rolling their eyes at my grandsons actions. Today we returned and it seemed like they recognized us and upon paying the blonde gave me a sarcastic thank you. These two have no knowledge how autistic kids are in deed. Management please train them or get rid of them. This is the reason we hardly take our grandson out because individuals such as these two judge and discriminate, instead of being helpful and understanding. read more

They are one of the few froyo places left in Surprise. They offer a variety of flavors, some are staples and some are seasonal. They have all of the typical toppings for frozen yogurt. With COVID they individually pack all of the toppings so you have a 2 oz cup of toppings with a lid to carry home or dump into your creation on the spot. I enjoy their reward program. Every 2 trips I have a $5 off coupon which is a pretty quick turnaround! The parking lot can be pretty busy with a gym and restaurants near by. Precovid they had a ton of board games to play with which was a nice touch. Their staff is super friendly and welcoming as well. read more

Yogurt was good, it's pretty much self service. They charge by the ounce, so be very careful on how much you put in the cup.

We do all the work so it's great- I like that they have Non dairy options. We go there as often as we can

This place is hip & super fun! They've made some design changes recently and now it's not only a fun place to grab dessert, it's also a fun place to hang out, play games, and check out local artists. The team members are on top of making sure it's clean (even though there are a ton of people in here) and they have soooo many yummy frozen yogurt and topping choices - including vegan options for both. Love that they have a 'Yogurtini Surprise Community Board' and that they are featuring the work of local artists on their walls. The energy in here is great, and we even found a buy-one-get-one offer on our State Farm App (Community Offers). Great job, Yogurtini Surprise! We love you even more now! read more

I'm afraid they just lost a twice-weekly customer for good. The flavors constantly change, which is fine for many, but not for someone with a lot of allergies and only one she can eat, Silk. When I went in today, nope..all they are going to carry is chocolate (which for lpr is a huge no) as well as getting rid of the swirl as well as the vanilla. They are replacing one with watermelon, are you serious?! I don't blame the staff, but their supplier allegedly not the owner making these changes, bad form. They lost most of their crew who were excellent replacing them with a lot of immature , younger teenaged girls. The one this evening, although friendly enough, was too busy with her rude girlfriend, was to busy to tend to her customers. Her friend was constantly in my way invading my space, and altho I indicated I wasn't amused, just kept on her playing with the yogurtini employee. The girl behind the counter, dropped one of my yogurts while bagging them, paying attention to the other girl & then me almost forgetting my wallet because of her friend was in the way right next to the scale (she was also in a space when I had to move her that is against the rules of yogurtini thus me not being able to get to the spoons. Watermelon almond milk yogurt & extremely poor representation of their business will keep this patron away from there. read more
