    Best ribeyes around.

I wanted to update my latest review as soon as possible to reflect the EXCELLENT and timely customer service I received. Arlington was just as surprised by the expired meat I was given and it was, apparently, a simple mistake. The management quickly replaced what I bought, and I am pleased to report that it is fresh and up to the usual, phenomenal Arlington quality that I e come to expect over the last 3 1/2 years. I want to spotlight the quick and meaningful response by the owner/manager, Shereen, and her butcher shop manager, Hailey. They were so quick to fix the problem and I want to express my appreciation to them and to Arlington for correcting a problem quickly. Arlington remains an anomaly in a sea of bad, industrial beef retailers. They sell amazing beef at reasonable prices and they have shown that they truly care about their customers and their beef. Thank you for restoring my faith in this excellent butcher shop. And whatever else, their burger shop still makes the best burger in the West Valley. Maybe the east too. Thanks Arlington.

Top-notch meat and food here had me like, "I suddenly understand why cavemen were so happy" level good. Prices are fair too, especially for meat that didn't grow up in some mystery warehouse but actually comes from local sources. Ingredients are wholesome, flavors are explosive, and honestly, what else do you want? A parade? I've eaten my way through the menu: the salads are so good they almost made me consider being healthy, the burgers are wonderfully unhinged in their creativity, and the Philly cheesesteak is so on point it deserves its own fan club. Seating is outdoors only, but as long as it's not 170 degrees (aka Arizona's natural state), it's a surprisingly pleasant place to sit and ponder your life choices. The meat counter? A full-blown wonderland. Endless options for grilling, whether you're a casual backyard flipper or the self-appointed Gordon Ramsay of your neighborhood. This place is a genuine gem in old downtown Buckeye... the kind you don't want to tell too many people about, just so you can keep it for yourself.

This place has great all natural meats packed and ready for your grill at home! However, the burgers and fries served here...forget about it! Unfortunately, the prime rib burger is overcooked and the fries are undercooked and served cold, all for $16! Culvers, In n Out and Five Guys are ALL better burger joints! The service is oh-kay, the place was clean and the ambiance was classic drive up and dine!

Make your way to this local butcher and burger shop. They have 2 separate entrance. The meat is fresh and for it being local it is reasonably priced. We did eat there too, we wanted to try the meat before we bought it. So happy we did, my husband loved the burger and fries. He said everything was cooked perfectly and it was a full of flavor. The salad was so good, all the flavors paired very well. The dressing to the cheese to the olives. The meat was done right and seasoned well. It is worth the price, you can taste the difference and the amount of meat you get in the salad is amazing. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions. They have outside seating only but the parking lot gives it a diners feel. We will definitely be back

Been wanting to try this place. Of course we have to pick a day that is incredibly cold. And they only have seating outside. However, the prime burger and the arlington cheese steak were well worth the cold. Fresh meat makes all the difference. I would have given 5 stars but the fries were to limp for my taste.

I stopped to pick up a gift card that was purchased for me. I decided to have the American Burger Combo. The beef was very good, as were the fries. Every staff member was helpful and very friendly! Plenty of outdoor seating. The meat in the butcher shop looked great. I will be back to use the gift card on some beef for my family. The prices looked very reasonable. I appreciate the fantastic service.

Went to Arlington Cattle for the first time a couple weeks ago. First thing that struck me was the friendliness of the staff. They immediately greeted us and walked us through the menu since it was our first time. Really top notch service. One thing to definitely note: there is no indoor seating. They have some picnic tables outside which I'm sure are lovely when it's not June, but we struggled in the baking sun before eventually moving to our car to finish eating. The food itself was really good. My partner and I each got a burger - the Buckeye Burger and the Prime Burger. These are hefty burgers, especially the Prime Burger which comes with two patties. The fries are crispy and tasty as well. It's hard to say if the prices justify the food, as it seems like everything is more expensive these days. At the end of the day, you're supporting a local business - and that alone counts for something.

Top notch cuts of meats and great meals in such a small space. I had the steak and salad meal, order medium rare and it was delicious. I ate it so fast that I couldn't even take a photo. Service was fast and friendly and the wait time wasn't too long. Would return again.

If you're older like me or just lucky you'll remember walking into an honest to goodness mom & pop deli and that smell they all had. Oh my, there it was in this unassuming small specialty shop. How small? One deli display case and lovely sausages etc hanging on hooks in the back wall. I was welcomed quickly by who turned out to be the owner. I said I was looking for a sandwich and the owner told me there was a list of available sandwiches on the other side of the deli case. Sure enough there was a very simple listing of very basic sandwiches. She says I make almost everything here. Which takes my food mind racing a bit. All the sandwiches looked good but none initially caught my eye. So I resorted to my tried and true "what do you recommend?". I had been thinking about a traditional Italian sub earlier. So I told her and said or whatever you can recommend. Kind of like telling a sushi chef you want "Omikase" aka chef's choice. She got a big smile on her face and asked "do you want half or whole and all the way?" Which of course I did. She disappeared into the back. I just stood there engrossed in all the smells and varieties of cold cuts, sausages etc. she then appears with a bag and says anything else? Of course that released the food Kraken in me. I'll take 2 of those and one of those and... she turns her back for a second and then whirls to give me a hunk of dried sausage and well, there it was. Holy Smokes, all I could say was I'll take that as well. I don't even know what it was. I think it was the spicy dried kielbasa. Who cares the flavor was so good it doesn't matter really. I quickly paid, CASH ONLY is on the door, so I was prepared. I thought I was going to make it home. I did get to start the truck. But the smell just took me over. So if you see the picture I posted of the sandwich please realize 2 things. It's the second sandwich and I had dropped in the bag and it fell apart so had to cobble it together for the shot. I ate the 1st "half" already. Anyway the sandwich was made EXACTLY as I would have made it for myself. I like onions but they don't like me so I shave them as thinly as I can and use them sparingly. Next is the tomatoes which I like thickly sliced and finally I like my sandwich lettuce fresh, crisp, dry and about a 1/4 thick. With plenty of really good condiments. OMG this lady was my sandwich sole mate because it was PERFECT. The mustard was a taste sensation on its own. But the hook was she had heated the sandwich up. I know we can get sandwiches hot many places. That was just it. It wasn't hot or toasted etc instead it was Just heated to a taste enhancing yum warmth. Ok, ok I know this is a lot for a darn sandwich. BUT if you're one of those. Those people like me where food isn't just fuel. And one of those who loves fresh flavorful baked bread and ingredients that are so good by themselves that put together the right way is one of the simplest little pleasures in life. This was one of those unexpected moments. Enjoy!

I stepped into this joint and transported back in time - Sunday after church, five years old again with my grandparents, standing at the counter of Giannella's in Paterson, NJ. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, add wet mozzarella, hot soppressata, roasted red peppers, oil, and balsamic.. The cutlets were too thick and the mozzarella, although fresh, was strangely tasteless. Apparently this sandwich was infused with gold, crypto, or something because it rang in at $24 with the add-ons. My person had the eggplant parm, which unfortunately was over-seasoned with only a slight trace of mozzarella. The marinara on the side was undefinable. We hit the bakery on the way out.
