Worst experience ever!!! Needed a pedi and dip. The owner started to file the tops of my nails with the drill and cut me on the first finger. Then she did my pedi while I waited for Peter to clean up his section for over 15 min even though he knew I was in a hurry he didn't care. And said he needed to clean it first. Then he goes to file my nails using the drill and cuts me twice and laughs about it. Then takes an additional 5 min walking around doing nothing. I just said forget it I don't have time to get my nails done. Someone walks in needing a wax so she tells peter to "massage my feet" which lotion never touched my feet only my legs rubbing not even massaging. And polish my toe nails. Over an hour here with only my toes done and my nails looking worse than what they looked like when I came in. Will never come back and DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Only Nails & Spa - Worse than what they came in looking like. - Nail Salons Near Me - Rowlett, Texas

I went to this salon yesterday for the first time. I got Nextgen. It took forever and they look horrible. The lady that did them took her time and gave the appearance of trying to make them look good but when she was done I couldn't believe that I had to pay $40! I wanted to have them redone but it took so long the first time that I didn't have time to have them fixed. read more

Cindy did my nails and I must say it's the best looking Nexgen I've ever had. Consistency of the nail thickness is something that lacks in a lot of salons but not here. I will definitely be back. read more

The worst pedicure experience ever!! This lady is the worst! She so rude. She keeps hurting my feet and toes. She can barely see because she's been trying to finish painting my nails for the last hour. Don't come here!!!! Beware!!! The sale sign outside is NOT what you will get charged!!! read more

TL;DR: She yelled at me, didn't use NexGen when asked and put acrylic on, horrible customer service and cost me more money to fix my nails. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I found this place on groupon and never should have gone in after the first phone call to make an appt. So I purchased the groupon and immediately called to make an appt. because my nails really needed to be done. When she answered the phone and I asked for an appt., she said 'have you been here before?' I replied no, I just purchased a groupon.' In hindsight I should have followed her advice when she next told me to 'Just return it! We're booked out a month for groupon appts!' I didn't return it, I just made my appointment to come in and pay the same amount I paid groupon and figured I would just get an additional set out of it. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! After two visits of being stabbed, having blank spots on my nails, annoyed huffs when I asked for them to be fixed and finally her yelling at me that she doesn't make money off groupons, I went back to Cowboy Nails in Plano by where I work. Turns out that Cindy hadn't been using NexGen on my nails like I asked for and thought I was getting, she put acrylic on. So when I went back to Cowboys, I got to sit with my hands in acetone for 30 min and they chipped and scrapped and dremell the crap off my nails that I never asked for. Cindy and her staff were rude when other people gave them tips, and yelled at me about how she doesn't make money off groupons (then don't do them, or have better customer service so you get repeat customers). read more

Came 7pm I wanted to do dip nails Then she did my dip nails I wasn't happy about it so she had to undo it again soaked my nails to removed all the stuffs from the dip nail It didn't feel good soaking your nails to bone of acetone over and over again...she suggested to do acrylic I thought this time it will be better and I thought it's gonna look nice but Nope she doesn't know what she was doing, her job is sloppy!!!! Won't recommend it Came 7pm finished 9:30pm They even charged me full price Don't deserve a star!!!! read more

I decided to pop in here and get a manicure while my bf was in Harbor Freight... worse decision since Tupac got in with Biggie‍ I am only leaving one star because negative 10,000 stars is not an option. I wish these pics could show how truly HORRID these nails were. Cathy was her name and nails are not her thing. They're not even shaped correctly, they're super bulky and heavy feeling, she filed my fingers at least 6 times. This place was sooooo unprofessional. Although she was kind.. she was careless. She was wearing a huge magnifying glass on her face and still burned/cut me with her tool. She also didn't listen to me when I asked her not to cut my natural nail. I did not pay but $25 cuz I said hell no to anything over that... still paid too much. I wouldnt go back to this place even if I got free mania and pedis for life! I included a pic of my nail by a nail clipper for a scale on how wide and ugly these were. They wouldn't even fit in the gap! Horrid place. They should shut it down! read more

I got in right away, and it was seriously the best pedicure I've ever had. I got the deluxe & it was only $25! I asked my nail tech what her name was and she said "her name was Hi"(I'm not for sure how to spell it) but she was perfect. She took her time which I love and gave an amazing massage. It was a great experience read more

Great customer service and Cindy is super friendly. My sister and I have gotten pedicures here before and have enjoyed them. Last time we went in I decided to get a set of acrylics. Horrible idea. I left there hating them. The acrylic was thick and had a horrible shape. No attention to detail. She spent most of the time telling me how awesome she is and how I'm going to love my nails and I hated them! I went to Happy Nails the next week and got them redone. So if you wanting to get you nails painted or get a pedicure, this place is safe and you will love the staff. If your looking to get a set done RUN to Happy Nails! read more

I have not had the pleasure of getting my nails done in a while and I sadly chose the worst place to go today! I asked for short, square nails painted red. How simple, right? I had to wait for their 3rd employee to show up since the other 2 were busy, and they were cordial enough but I suspect perhaps the young man who came in was not happy about doing so. The nails on my left hand are haggard as hell. The right hands okay, but overall the nails are too narrow for my nail beds. Each nail on the left hand was not filed at a level angle and its fairly easy to notice. But worst of all, the lengths of each nail is different! They look pretty damn awful. I am not sure what I will do to correct them, If I hadnt been chatting it up with other ladies there I would have said something about it. When I did notice he was already painting them and I knew it was too late. Oh and their sign said $18 for gel nails but that is only on top of your real nails, with no filing or cuticle removal, etc. I would go elsewhere read more

Stay away - they have a sign outside that says $15 full set but they nickel and dime u for stupid stuff like if u want it medium length it's an extra $5 then if u want polish it's an extra $2 ... And if u want it rounded it's another $5 .. Wtf ... And nails r looking messed up ... told them I have never heard any other nail salon doing this this crap u guys r doing -false advertising ...while there people kept coming in for the advertised prices and not one person got the deal because it's $5 for this and $5 for that - why advertise if ur not going to honor it the right way - came in for both mani and pedi but just left with mani - they have no customer service skills - or how to talk nicely the owner just sounded fake and rude ... Will NOT be back - EVER... Will take my extra $5 somewhere else - oh and don't bother getting the Groupon u will never get an appointment - read more

Got a Groupon for this place. Groupon said they accept walk-ins but when I walked in, they had a sign up saying that Groupon customers must have an appointment. They said they are getting too many Groupon customers. If I don't use my Groupon, they could see me this afternoon. read more

Horrible! Went there yesterday three of my nails are crooked and all are odd shaped. Waste of $$$!

Very bad customer service! Especially the owner Cindy or whatever her name is... It's the first chick station in assuming. she had a attitude because I wanted to know why it would be $5 extra JUST to paint one nail color. Not a design, not French, just to open up another Polish and paint my other nail a different color. Then had the nerve to tell me if I was a regular customer she would do it for free? WTF... THAT WILL BE MY LAST VISIT THERE! read more

The absolute worst! I was in the area with my sister and had spare time, so we decided to stop into Only Nails, horrible decision. Rude staff and horrible manicure and pedicure. read more

This salon is the worst I have been to. It was very dirty inside with unsanitary equipment and the owner tried to add unnecessary charges. I asked for gel nails which the listed price was $18 but she wanted me to pay $25 bc I had chipped nail polish "to clean up". The service was horrible and my nails turned out uneven and very streaky. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't ever go back. read more

First time visiting this shop. Staff was friendly when I arrived, I guess it was due to the fact that there were only two customers in the shop. However, after the place started filling up the staff became hurried. The lady that appears to be the manager, I guess her name was Cindy, ordered the lady that was doing my pedi to hurry up and finish with me. Then she became very neverous and started messing up my "almost finished" pedi. The lady that did my manicure was not much better. She did a half job and and didn't even paint my nails even though I just have them painted with a clear polish. Will never visit this hop again. read more

This nail salon needs to be shut down..everytime I go I get charge so much money to use my debit card. They did my nails messed up and charged me $53 I dont normally get my nails done there I go on mott Ave but today I went and I wasn't satisfy at all and they didn't want to do it over. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AM NOT GIVING ANY STARS read more

The worst! It is impossible to get an appointment because they refuse to answer their phone and if you walk in they either refuse to offer service or attempt to get you to pay an insane price. Super rude, wish I had yelped before buying. read more

My review would actually be no stars. I purchased a Groupon for this location and yes I didn't read the fine print my mistake. I walk in and there are signs everywhere about no coupons or "walking groupons". The lady then says if you cancel your groupon I can give you the same thing for the same price.....why not just take the groupon? Then she says you can keep the groupon but the appointment has to be at least two weeks out. There was no one in the building!!!! So I happily cancelled my groupon and took my business down the street where I was happy to pay full price! read more

Pretty nice people here and everything is very new. Great job on my nails and would recommend them.

I wouldn't even recommend this place, the staff was absolutely horrible, they were rude and messed up my friends nails and didn't attend her right away, they took a good 30 minutes till she was attended and there was nobody else in the store. One of the nail ladies kept using her phone and texting, the worst customer service I've seen! My nails didn't come out the way I told them to make them, they weren't the shape I wanted and they were very very rude, and didn't even do the job right. Won't be going back here. read more

I got pink and white fills, plus 2 new nails. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. What I got was the worst nails I have ever seen. I couldnt even look at them. Went the next day to Oscars, soaked them off, got a new set for $40 and they are gorg and exactly what I wanted and how nails should look. No wonder no one walked in to Only Nails the entire 1.5 hours I was there. They only have 1 nail girl (who was super nice and should be in sales quite frankly) and 1 pedi lady. That says it all. I will never ever go back there. read more

I will not be going again. They will give you every excuse not to give you the "offer" "coupon" or "discount" they promote. Example: I couldn't use the groupon because there was a 2 month wait. I asked for the deal on the banner outside for the pedicure and said it did not include the nail polish. So, I got the regular pedicure (no deal was given). I did have a 30% first time customer from there own website and they still push me back with no "deal". The lady that did my nails cut my cuticle so close that she injured my big toe. I complained and told her and kept hurting me. I am still in pain. My nails are uneven that decided not to get a mani. Other customers that showed up also asked for the deal in the door and they didn't get the deal either. Bad first experience and will never go back read more

I called and asked for 2 appointments. I had bought 2 Groupons for pedicures. On the phone the lady said she could take one but if the other bought something extra like nails they could take us both because they could only take so many Groupon coupons but with the extra they could ring the other as a regular customer. I said that was fine and asked to be sure I understood right she said both times that was correct. We went in and she told us to hang on and pick our polish out. We waited and she came over and then changed what she had told me on the phone and said both of us had to get something extra and I said no that's not what you said over the phone and in the middle she interrupted me arguing with me and I said please don't interrupt me, it's very rude. She was very rude and argued with me in front of everyone in the salon and told us we could get our money back and go somewhere else. I replied I think that's a good idea, put our polish back and walked out. I will never be returning again. read more
