Worst experience ever!!! Needed a pedi and dip. The owner started to file the tops of my nails with the drill and cut me on the first finger. Then she did my pedi while I waited for Peter to clean up his section for over 15 min even though he knew I was in a hurry he didn't care. And said he needed to clean it first. Then he goes to file my nails using the drill and cuts me twice and laughs about it. Then takes an additional 5 min walking around doing nothing. I just said forget it I don't have time to get my nails done. Someone walks in needing a wax so she tells peter to "massage my feet" which lotion never touched my feet only my legs rubbing not even massaging. And polish my toe nails. TL;DR: She yelled at me, didn't use NexGen when asked and put acrylic on, horrible customer service and cost me more money to fix my nails. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I found this place on groupon and never should have gone in after the first phone call to make an appt. So I purchased the groupon and immediately called to make an appt. because my nails really needed to be done. When she answered the phone and I asked for an appt., she said 'have you been here before?' I replied no, I just purchased a groupon.' In hindsight I should have followed her advice when she next told me to 'Just return it! We're booked out a month for groupon appts!' I didn't return it, I just made my appointment to come in and pay the same amount I paid groupon and figured I would just get an additional set out of it. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! After two visits of being stabbed, having blank spots on my nails, annoyed huffs when I asked for them to be fixed and finally her yelling at me that she doesn't make money off groupons, I went back to Cowboy Nails in Plano by where I work. Turns out that Cindy hadn't been using NexGen on my nails like I asked for and thought I was getting, she put acrylic on. So when I went back to Cowboys, I got to sit with my hands in acetone for 30 min and they chipped and scrapped and dremell the crap off my nails that I never asked for. Cindy and her staff were rude when other people gave them tips, and yelled at me about how she doesn't make money off groupons (then don't do them, or have better customer service so you get repeat customers). read more

I decided to pop in here and get a manicure while my bf was in Harbor Freight... worse decision since Tupac got in with Biggie‍ I am only leaving one star because negative 10,000 stars is not an option. I wish these pics could show how truly HORRID these nails were. Cathy was her name and nails are not her thing. They're not even shaped correctly, they're super bulky and heavy feeling, she filed my fingers at least 6 times. This place was sooooo unprofessional. Although she was kind.. she was careless. She was wearing a huge magnifying glass on her face and still burned/cut me with her tool. She also didn't listen to me when I asked her not to cut my natural nail. I did not pay but $25 cuz I said hell no to anything over that... still paid too much. I wouldnt go back to this place even if I got free mania and pedis for life! I got in right away, and it was seriously the best pedicure I've ever had. I got the deluxe & it was only $25! I asked my nail tech what her name was and she said "her name was Hi"(I'm not for sure how to spell it) but she was perfect. She took her time which I love and gave an amazing massage. Great customer service and Cindy is super friendly. My sister and I have gotten pedicures here before and have enjoyed them. Last time we went in I decided to get a set of acrylics. Horrible idea. I left there hating them. The acrylic was thick and had a horrible shape. No attention to detail. She spent most of the time telling me how awesome she is and how I'm going to love my nails and I hated them! I went to Happy Nails the next week and got them redone. So if you wanting to get you nails painted or get a pedicure, this place is safe and you will love the staff. If your looking to get a set done RUN to Happy Nails! read more

I have not had the pleasure of getting my nails done in a while and I sadly chose the worst place to go today! I asked for short, square nails painted red. How simple, right? I had to wait for their 3rd employee to show up since the other 2 were busy, and they were cordial enough but I suspect perhaps the young man who came in was not happy about doing so. The nails on my left hand are haggard as hell. The right hands okay, but overall the nails are too narrow for my nail beds. Each nail on the left hand was not filed at a level angle and its fairly easy to notice. But worst of all, the lengths of each nail is different! They look pretty damn awful. I am not sure what I will do to correct them, If I hadnt been chatting it up with other ladies there I would have said something about it. When I did notice he was already painting them and I knew it was too late. Oh and their sign said $18 for gel nails but that is only on top of your real nails, with no filing or cuticle removal, etc. I would go elsewhere read more

Stay away - they have a sign outside that says $15 full set but they nickel and dime u for stupid stuff like if u want it medium length it's an extra $5 then if u want polish it's an extra $2 ... First time visiting this shop. Staff was friendly when I arrived, I guess it was due to the fact that there were only two customers in the shop. However, after the place started filling up the staff became hurried. The lady that appears to be the manager, I guess her name was Cindy, ordered the lady that was doing my pedi to hurry up and finish with me. Then she became very neverous and started messing up my "almost finished" pedi. The lady that did my manicure was not much better. This salon is the worst I have been to. It was very dirty inside with unsanitary equipment and the owner tried to add unnecessary charges. My review would actually be no stars. I purchased a Groupon for this location and yes I didn't read the fine print my mistake. I walk in and there are signs everywhere about no coupons or "walking groupons". The lady then says if you cancel your groupon I can give you the same thing for the same price.....why not just take the groupon? Then she says you can keep the groupon but the appointment has to be at least two weeks out. There was no one in the building!!!! So I happily cancelled my groupon and took my business down the street where I was happy to pay full price! read more

I wouldn't even recommend this place, the staff was absolutely horrible, they were rude and messed up my friends nails and didn't attend her right away, they took a good 30 minutes till she was attended and there was nobody else in the store. One of the nail ladies kept using her phone and texting, the worst customer service I've seen! I got pink and white fills, plus 2 new nails. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. What I got was the worst nails I have ever seen. I couldnt even look at them. Went the next day to Oscars, soaked them off, got a new set for $40 and they are gorg and exactly what I wanted and how nails should look. No wonder no one walked in to Only Nails the entire 1.5 hours I was there. They only have 1 nail girl (who was super nice and should be in sales quite frankly) and 1 pedi lady. That says it all. I will not be going again. They will give you every excuse not to give you the "offer" "coupon" or "discount" they promote. Example: I couldn't use the groupon because there was a 2 month wait. I asked for the deal on the banner outside for the pedicure and said it did not include the nail polish. So, I got the regular pedicure (no deal was given). I did have a 30% first time customer from there own website and they still push me back with no "deal". The lady that did my nails cut my cuticle so close that she injured my big toe. I complained and told her and kept hurting me. I am still in pain. My nails are uneven that decided not to get a mani. I called and asked for 2 appointments. I had bought 2 Groupons for pedicures. On the phone the lady said she could take one but if the other bought something extra like nails they could take us both because they could only take so many Groupon coupons but with the extra they could ring the other as a regular customer. I said that was fine and asked to be sure I understood right she said both times that was correct. We went in and she told us to hang on and pick our polish out. We waited and she came over and then changed what she had told me on the phone and said both of us had to get something extra and I said no that's not what you said over the phone and in the middle she interrupted me arguing with me and I said please don't interrupt me, it's very rude. She was very rude and argued with me in front of everyone in the salon and told us we could get our money back and go somewhere else. Average price, not a fancy salon as many salon in Rowlett area. I had a acrylic nail set done here about 3 weeks ago. They're still pretty strong, hanging in there. I just needed to have a refill. The salon is not new, but clean. Price is low, compared to most nail salon. I also had a facial here because its low starting price, but I thought I can go to other salons if I need to get a fancy one. read more
