The absolute most disgusting nail salon i have ever visited. The level of ignorance and lack of respect from the staff is astonishing. A while back i came in to get my nails done and for some reason instead of giving me a tech that knew what she was doing they decided to let someone practice how to do nails for the first time on me. I paid $50 in total for the service that day. The nails all fell off two days later. I came back in to talk about getting a refund and manicure because the damage on my nails were very noticeable and painful. I got greeted with the nastiest attitude by the owner. I had been a long time customer but I just had the worst experience! I paid $75 for dip chrome nails and as soon as I got the chrome just started flaking off! So I went back to get them fixed and they said it was my fault for washing my hands too much. Not even a sorry was said. My husband even went in and tried to get a refund but they would not help. I don't understand the reviews this place has. I visited this nail salon while in Garland for a week with work - after finding it on Yelp with the best reviews in the area. I went in at around 5:30pm and the salon was empty - probably a bad sign. I sit down for my manicure and there's old nail polish dried onto the towel they've placed down. I told the manicurist that I'd like my nails short and round. The girl then starts filing down my nails and leaves them really long, and square. When I asked her to cut them shorter, she cuts each nail once, and then doesn't bother changing the shape when filing them down - I was left with uneven, box shaped nails. When I asked her to make the nails round, she filed each of my nails right down to the nail bed. One of my fingers was down to the nail bed and she just kept filing anyway. When she finally painted my nails, she didn't paint the whole nail, so there's white at the top. It's so unprofessional, total waste of money. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I went in with my sister today and i went in for Acrylic Toes and a Pedicure . My sister got a pedicure and a full set. The lady didn't understand me the first couple of times when i explained what i wanted. But she finally got it so she started on me and did an okay job on my toes and pedi. My sister is where it didnt go so well. They were in a rush to do her nails they left her nails thin , misshaped , lumpy , bumpy and just over all trash. There was no need to rush either, the shop had just opened and we were the only people there. Her nails are worst than press on nails. Her polish on her toes is cute but looks unfinished. Overall my acrylic toes is all that was worth it and the pedicure treatments. In total everything was $155. My acrylic toes were $35 + $40 pedi . The remainder was my sisters. Will not return. I was sooooooooooo impressed with this place! I have been searching for a nail salon for the past 6years since moving from California and this place is awesome! I've been to the fancy expensive places and the cheaper places and have never had this type of customer service ever I went in for a gel mani and pedicure I also got a brow wax as well. The man doing my pedicure was gentle and really took his time the massage with the wax and hot stones was high end spa quality and the lady doing my nails did a wonderful job as well. She even gave me a neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful. They are very attentive. I went in later in the day so I think I missed out on the egg rolls but I'm definitely going to be back so I'm sure I'll get to try them soon. Thank goodness I found this place! read more

That was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Her and her staff take great care of their clients. She isn't just a great business woman, she truly is an awsome person in general. I HAD nothing but good things too say when Ken used too work there & did my nails well NOT anymore !!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would too bad yelp only allows minimum 1 star because envy nails is not even worthy of that! I went in 1 day before New Year's Eve & I had a wait time of 30 mts finally I get called by a women that starts to give me a full set gel nails well she stopped right at the part of filing & shaping the "pointy nail" shape that I ask for , she literally passed over the job to a older nail tech that seriously could hardly walk he was so elderly he started filing my nails so slow & his hand so stiff & just completely unable to perform the job he was told to do I almost got up at that moment & left , However I was just giving him the benefit of the doubt, later the lady that started my nails started at my nails again & "finished" shaping them some were very crooked , she also kept saying "oh I'm so tired" oh I'm so tired " over & over again . Time to paint my nails , well another lady came into the picture, I was Allready upset at the poor service I was receiving to say the least .. I chose 3 colors I wanted & this lady acted like I was telling her to go to the moon & back she looked very annoyed that It was more then 1 color ( lady I could care less that's why I'm paying you for) well this lady totally botched my nails by painting them like my 6 yr old daughter would literally all sloppy , I was livid & almost speechless.. I payed & left NO tip for any 3 of them worthless incompetent people .. All 3 were a failure ! I came back 5 mts later because I realized paint from my nails were allready smudged & just overall awful it was allready 5 mts to 8pm & all other nail places would of been closed & needed my nails done for Xmas eve so..... The nail tech said it would be $5 to get my nail color change for the awful job she did .. Well she soaked my nails all in acetone for 10 mts she then got up & walked out & went home so the 1st lady that worked on my nails had to finish her job ..buy the time the acetone melted the color off my nails my nails were also paper thin ( she could care less) then she slapped the color on that I asked for . I went home feeling ripped off & helpless that night being that New Year's Eve was the very next day .. Needless to say 1 nail fail off New Years morning & the other 9 hanging on to dear life! Please do yourself a favor & never come here again my red flag should of been when I called to make a appt with ken & they said that he no longer worked there , everyone else there is incompetent! I went here for the first time and I was very impressed by the service. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owner of the salon Anne. She was very nice and attentive, which is kind of unexpected from your typical nail salons. Not that other salons aren't attentive just not as good as Anne, she has more of a motherly warmth and assurance that she will take of her clients. I got a mani and pedi and between Monday and Friday with the combo she offers free brow waxing which is a nice perk. Anne also offered that if my gel nails chipped that I could come back and she will gladly fix it for me. Found this place on Yelp, hoped for the best but got mediocre. The place is in a sketchy looking shopping center but I still came in and got a basic mani pedi combo When I walked in I was greeted and told to choose my color, they set up my pedicure station and I stayed there for thirty minutes while they finished other costumers. Cool I got extra time in the massage chair so for others it might be a positive but I'm terrible at sitting in one place for a long time especially when I'm not told I'm going to be waiting for a long time. It's clean for the most part but they don't clean the little nooks and corners so when my uncoordinated self was walking in the big sandals they give you it would catch trash that is hidden under things. The nail tech was a nice girl, took her time but she didn't pay attention to me (too busy listening in on her co worker) when she would scrub my feet during the pedicure and ended up scrubbing my ankle and calf at times. After the first two times I told her that she scratched me I gave up and would just pull my foot away. Not so much of a massage, more like applying lotion. Positive is during the manicure she was patient while I nit-picked on how even my nails were. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been coming to this nail shop for years and each time the experience is worse than the first. The nail technicians that were there before are no longer there and ones remaining have no clue what their own prices and services are. I typically get the same thing every time I come.. a pedicure and a full set.. I also get my nails the same length every time.. I have been told many prices for the full set by them from $23 originally to $30 to $45.. (I don't have any problems paying but it's inconsistent) almost as if they're adding their own tips even though I tip a genuine amount because I'm all for supporting local businesses. My pedicure is sometimes half done where the hot rocks are left out or they skip the massage portion altogether. Yet.. I still was loyal to this shop and the techs that work there. The other day.. they did my nails so horrible. I mean I know no one is perfect and that people mess up.. but these were the WORST nails I've ever had in my life. I asked the tech 3x if she could fix them and she just wanted to do whatever she wanted. The nails were too thick... had dents.. polish was poorly done... OH and the nails on my right hand were a whole inch longer than the left. I'm all for supporting businesses and giving the benefit of the doubt but this was the worst experience I've had at this nail shop and It will be my last. I came in Memorial Day in the afternoon I've came here before but it's not my usual pedicure place I just come here when I need an affordable pedicure. Their deluxe pedicure is $40 and it's cheaper than most places. **WARNING: YOU WILL GET A VERY RUSHED AND UNSANITARY PEDICURE FOR $40, GO ELSEWHERE AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY OR ELSE YOU WILL GET AN INFECTION*** where do I start, from the beginning my service seemed rushed, sloppy, the lady kept pulling out tools from random places (nothing was in those sanitary pouches) she kept cleaning her utensils by dipping them in my pedicure water, then she wanted me to put my feet back in the water. I knew something was very unsanitary when my foot kept throbbing during the pedi. i wanted a bright neon yellow, i picked out my color and then noticed it was very see through when the lady kept brushing it on, I made a comment and she told me to not worry abut it because she was going to add more coats of gel color. I was not satisfied with the end product and she humiliated me in front of her clients and told me that next time I need to pick the right color(Ok, so she blames her clients when they're in the wrong) I asked if she could please fix it, she used another yellow and put it on my nails, the finished product was horrible, I had been at this salon for over 2 hours and all i got was a sloppy pedicure and probably a foot infection I went straight home and washed my feet and put anti fungal cream. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment, the owner ignores her clients requests. read more
