I have now had two different experiences at Rose Couture Wellness, and both have been AMAZING. I…read morealready know this is going to be one of those places I keep coming back to. First, KIM!!! She did a custom tiny tattoo for me and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. What really impressed me was that she didn't just wait until I showed up for my appointment to figure everything out. A couple of days after I booked, she texted me to check in, asked me for my ideas, asked questions about what I wanted, and really made sure I felt comfortable with her doing my tattoo. When I got there, she already had different sizes ready for me to look at and choose from. Kim spent about 10 minutes helping me figure out placement and was sweet with my OCD self. That little bit of preparation made such a difference! During the tattoo, Kim was so sweet and walked me through everything. She kept checking on me the entire time to make sure I was okay . I was completely fine, but I appreciated her checking anyway! The tattoo came out PERFECT and exactly how I pictured it in my head. Then there's TEENA! My first appointment with her was a whole mess on MY end. I accidentally went into the wrong location because Rose Couture also has the nail salon that is right next door, and then the power went out, so I ended up having to go home. Teena was so understanding about everything and had no problem helping me reschedule. I finally got to see her Tuesday, August 25th, and it was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. As soon as I walked in, Teena took me right back, talked with me, asked a ton of questions about what I was looking for, and we decided the Myers Cocktail was the best choice for me. I'm SO glad we did. The entire experience was probably one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. I literally booked my next appointment for September before I left. And I have to mention this because it matters to me: BOTH times I have gone to Rose Couture Wellness, I signed in and was taken back almost immediately. I usually come after work, so not having to sit around waiting forever is a HUGE plus for me and honestly one of the reasons I'll keep coming back. Everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely nice, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Between Kim, Teena, and the rest of the staff, they have definitely made a regular out of me. At this point, as long as Rose Couture Wellness is open, y'all are probably going to see me.

Disappointing Quality, Sloppy Workmanship, and Hidden Fees…read more I have been a regular customer here since 2019, but the sharp decline in quality over the last year has made it impossible to keep coming back. My most recent visit was the final straw. I booked a 10:00 AM appointment--right when they opened--yet my technician didn't show up until 10:10 AM. Things only went downhill from there. I gave the tech my chosen dip powder color and asked for a matching shade for my toes. She assured me she had one, but as you can see in the attached photos, the colors are completely different--my hands are a muted coral-pink and my toes are bright red. I even asked two other staff members to help find the correct match afterward, but neither could.  The actual application and shaping were just as bad. The initial shape was crooked and uneven across different nails, forcing me to step in and redirect her throughout the process. When she was finished, my cuticles still looked unkempt, and there was excess product stuck under my nails, along my nail beds, and smudged on my skin. I literally had to sit in my car after the appointment picking residual product off my fingers before I could drive away.  To top it all off, I came in with coffin-shaped nails and simply requested to keep the same coffin shape. Despite not changing my shape, I was hit with an extra charge for "shaping and filing," with the explanation that anything other than basic square now incurs an additional fee.  Between the lack of punctuality, poor attention to detail, inaccurate color pairing, messy application, and nickel-and-diming for basic maintenance, this salon has completely lost its standards. After years of loyalty, I will not be returning.

I was greeted very rudely by JOSEPH (if that's his actual name). He was dismissive, abrupt, snarky and began speaking in his language to his coworker when I asked for a manager. The initial issue is I had an appointment at 10am for 1 nail repair. Not only is my nail tech not here but neither is the manager or anyone else who can fix a singular nail. Only pedicure people. SMH. A simple conversation and polite attitude could have saved this review! I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 due to my previous experiences!

None quite as bad as today, however I've noticed the poor attention to detail and lack of care in the services they provide. My pedicure today lasted 26 minutes and was extremely rushed. The file (rasp) she attempted to use on my calluses didn't have a handle, and she briefly rubbed it over each foot rather than actually removing any of my callus build up, leaving my feet rough. She painted over my cuticles and cut several of my toes with the dremel she used. The reasons I kept coming back is that this is one of the cleaner salons I've found near me, and they do a good job with massages. However, I don't think it's worth the cost. I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel.
