Kevin was my nail tech at the time, and I truly loved every single set he did for me--his work was always beautiful and consistent. After I moved away, I took a break from the salon, but when I returned in August 2025, I knew I wanted to come back to Rose Couture, especially since I was getting married in December 2025. I ended up going on my entire wedding nail journey with Victoria, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Every set she has done for me has been absolutely immaculate--from the shaping to the details, everything was flawless. She really understood my vision and made sure my nails were perfect for such a special time in my life. After months of overall good experiences at this nail spa, I had one technician who was very rough, in all the ways. Grabbed my ankle too roughly, pushed too hard on the massage, cut the nails too cavalierly while holding a death grip on my foot. I told him once that it was painful. He changed not at all. I mentioned to Kailey that I didn't want that particular technician again and why. She told me she'd take note of it. The next time I went there (with a friend) she told me she remembered that I needed a "delicate touch," which I don't. Just a normal touch would be fine. She gave my friend the rough guy. My friend audibly gasped when he grabbed her ankle. Okayyyy, so it's not just me. Later I was talking about this experience to another friend and before I described the tech in question, she was able to do so. She knew exactly who he was, be cause she had had the same experience. Finally, this very last time I went there, Kailey joked with my friend that I was late (I was exactly on time), and then she AGAIN told my tech that I really needed a delicate touch. I said "Nope. Just normal, please. Been getting pedicures for 30 years and only ever complained about one tech." After the pedicure, while my friend payed her bill, I went to the restroom. Tommy has an amazing attention to detail AND is fast, which is a hard combination to find. I get dip and acrylic nails and they're always super "thin" and natural - never thick and puffy. I've also seen Natalie many times and she's wonderful too. The cherry on top is that Bliss is well-decorated and relaxing (again, not easy to find). Just make sure you go to the NW Hwy Bliss Nail SPA - there are a couple Bliss' around Dallas so it's easy to put the wrong one into GPS.

Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me.
