FANTASTIC nail salon. Very small, yet very helpful and accommodating. The owner is very kind and respectful. The shop was clean and not smelly. They had many choices for nail colors. I had a regular pedicure with gel polish. My nail technician did a great job and listened when I said I wanted my toenails to be trimmed down as low as possible. My sister in law comes here frequently over the last 13 years! I can see why. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by QT Nails. This nail salon is in my neighborhood and it had pretty good reviews overall, so I decided to check it out. I called ahead for an appointment. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how small the whole place was. It's really compact, to say the least, but it wasn't crowded. I told one of the nail ladies that I had an appointment for a pedicure and after I picked my polish color, one of the other ladies started on my feet immediately. All of the employees were really friendly. My nail tech introduced herself to me and asked me my name. I got the deluxe pedicure. My nail tech was very thorough with exfoliating my feet and the mango-scented products she was using smelled so good! The massage included with the pedicure was pretty good, but not the *best* I've ever had. It was, however, the best pedi massage/overall pedicure I've had in my two years of living IN DALLAS, so that says something! I am super happy with the way my nails look and how soft my feet feel now. read more

I've been getting this done for 3 years so I know how it's supposed to look. They weren't busy at all but the manicurist feel it was necessary to rush the process. What a great experience! Being new to the neighborhood, I was in search the day after Thanksgiving for a nail spa. My nails were horrible - it had been over a month since I had them filled. I looked on Yelp and went to a salon close by, only to find it closed ... then went to a second salon ... closed. So I called QT nails and they were open. Upon arrival, I let them know that I was now in a bit of a hurry (had to be at work) and they asked what time I needed to be thru. Not only did they do an excellent job on my nails (Nexgel nails), two of the technicians worked together - one on the right hand and one in the left - to get me out of there to make it to work on time. Can't beat the pedicure foot spa! And the massage chairs are fantastic. I usually bring something to drink while I'm their. They can get pretty busy. And they recommend reservations, but still take walk-ins. read more

I've been going to QT for years! Everyone is so friendly, and professional. Best pedicures ever, and AMAZING lashes too! They are usually able (and willing) to make same day appointments. My pre-teens can walk there and be treated with kindness and care also. Easy to splurge on designs or extra massages, as the prices are very reasonable . I went in after a bad experience at S'Nails and was instantly brought back my happy place. This cute little salon served me immediately and I had a pedicure with a lengthy massage in under an hour. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I feel like a few nails weren't filed completely smooth (only noticeable because I'm super OCD about nail services) and they didn't offer any type of beverage; even non-alcoholic. read more

I really liked going to this place! The couple that runs it are very sweet. Unfortunately I had to stop going because I contacted a nail fungus on both hands and feet. I noticed that my toe nails kept lifting and breaking. When I explained this to them they said "Noooooo you no have fungus!" A couple of weeks later I brought it up again and even though I got the same response, they put some fungus drops on my ties. My toe nails because worse a d I had to go to the doctor. I showed the nail technique exactly want I was wanting he guaranteed me that he could make this happen. All, I wanted was white dipping powder full set. As he started to do my nails they were looking horrible. I was very upset!!!! The worst nails ever done in my life. I stated to him they were nothing like in the pic. that I asked him how long have you done nails he stated 10 YEARS!!!! I couldn't believe that his work was horrible. Made an appointment but they began doing other people's pedicures in the middle of our manicures, which we should've been priority considering we had an appointment before them. They were way too busy , took in more than they could handle. I was suppose to get a mani/pedi but didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes! They did not take their time on my manicure when I left and went home I started to realize how uneven they were, my cuticles were a mess, and I could see my fingernails on the side! I just wish they would've taken their time because my nails only lasted maybe a little longer than a week before they started chipping off. Quality of service needs to be improved. They also do facials & eyelash extensions. Linn was my technician & she did a great job. Quick, efficient and friendly. Katie does a careful, thorough job and has high attention to detail. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Seems to have a pretty constant stream of customers, but I've only experienced one occasion where they couldn't fit me in as a walk in.
