This place is actually so good I'm not sure why other people complain. It is a nice place with great amenities and amazing message chairs. I go in every 4 weeks for a pedicure, they do a great job and are very friendly. I get a regular pedicure which only cost 30$ and get more work done than going to another salon, where I'd pay 60 over for just a cut down and polish. If you don't have sandals they do indeed have some. Walk in's are always welcome and it is always a quick service. So don't be scared of by the other reviews. I also struggle badly with ingrown toenails and the lady always does a great job of shaping my nails, and removing anything that will hurt me. read more

Horrible quality and over priced! Never in my entire life had I experienced something like this! Please take your money else where, there so many other options. I get my nails done twice a month, I came here since it was closer at the time, worst decision! They also charge to cut them shorter and shape them on top of whatever the price already is. Very unsanitary, you'll see it right when you walk in there. I did make a statement of how I didn't really like the shape (I get the same shape every 2weeks, almond shape) every nail had a different shape, size and bumpy, they got super angry, telling they look fine they way they are, going back and forth with me. First time at Elite.. I gotta say... It wasn't as bad as I expected. They did a decent job. I went in for a pedi and ended up getting a mani as well.. Knew walking in it was not one of those high end places... This is more of like a place where u end up when u don't have time and money. Pros: friendly service, walk-ins welcome, they attend to you right away, they do waxing Cons: like I said this is not a high end place or whatever... So no hot wax, just a basic pedi... They have a pretty fair amount of polishes but not a lot of gel colors to pick from (that aren't pink) , oh and FYI they charge you for clear polish/ top coat ($2)... Overall, this place has a weird vibe. I was the only customer in there, so the service was quick. However, there seemed to be people everywhere. Lots of people streaming in and out, carrying groceries, speaking in Vietnamese. It almost felt like they lived there and I was an intruder. My pedi was fine. I too was charged for a top coat (which I thought was weird). But whatever. The whole thing got weirder when my girl walked me to the dryer & the 2 men didn't move. They were basically sitting on either side of me conversing. Next time I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else. I was visiting & didn't know, and just walked in. Affordable with decent service. The salon was not the fanciest, but this is something I don't mind. I got a basic mani and pedi for $33 and the service took little over an hour. That's with one person painting my nails while I got my pedi. Both people were a little rough when it came to cutting my cuticles. When I was drying I did mess up my nail, but when I got up to pay they asked me how they looked and immediately fixed my messed up nail. read more

I would give them a higher score but they dont have the pedi sandals. If you dont wear your own flip flops you have to stay and wait for your toes to dry. Concerning the older guy that works there - he is the friendliest and kindest man. He doesn't talk much, but he is skilled and can buff your nails to a SUPER high shine! I moved to this area and was looking for a new nail place. I came across ELITE NAILS. I got a full set with dipping powder. They had someone working on my nails who I could tell was very inexperienced and had very little knowledge of how to use dipping powder or shaping. I complained and then the owner of the shop decided to step in. He made my nails PRESENTABLE but I could tell that despite his efforts the nails were weak and very thin. The EXACT SAME DAY I lost the tip of one of my nails. Although I paid 50$ (which is not much) the quality of service was disgustingly disappointing. By the 5th day I had lost the tip of all my nails, yes broken! At that point I was fed up and decided to request a refund. I was even willing to let someone else try to redo them. No one cared and she said that they would not fix any nails. Even after I showed her how weak and fragile they were by chipping away at them. She refused to offer any help or a refund. Also, if you are into anything that is in STYLE. Like ombré bling or anything additional other than polish ( which is VERY LIMITED) Do not come here!! This is not the place!! read more

Twice now I got an acrylic full set and two or more nails lifted at day 6 and 7. I went back in to get these fixed and was told that my nail bed was "oily" and that "it was my fault" for not taking care of them. This is hit or miss ... have had a set last a full 2-1/2 weeks but to have 3 nails lift in less than a week isn't acceptable. I paid $6 additional dollars (after I paid to had the acrylic set with a gel overlay and a $10 tip) to get these fixed and feel this should have been done free of charge given the time frame. First time, I thought it was a fluke but it was not. I won't be returning. There are PLENTY of nail places around and PLENTY that stand by their work. read more

ok so we often say dont judge a book by its cover right? well give this place a chance, its not luxurious etc, but honestly it keeps me coming back, because it not only has a great staff who do a fabulous job but honestly they do more than a high end. I have a horrible case of ingrown nails on my toes and this is the only place in which the tech takes more time on making sure my cuticles are cut properly and all dead skin has been scrubbed etc in which I have continued to find out is not the case at other spa's, other places i have found its more of a foot bath with toe nail color oh and $35+ price tag, not here its $20 and like I said all steps of a GREAT pedi are taken. When I used to get acrilyc done on my nails I would come here and get American or French and I loved it, they looked great. For nails ask for Tony, for pedi's ask for Lina (both are owners, family style gig) theyre amazing. read more
