I have never been kicked out of a nail shop. The lady said she couldn't help me and didn't have the color. I asked her if I can get a new color and she said no. I'm a very professional person so this was new to me. We live in a sad world Please Matt N. do not call me Karen and threaten me. This is a app for reviews not to be threatened. read more

Stopping at a new salon can be a hit or miss, but this one was a definite hit! I stopped by for a quick pedicure, now after I wish I had more time to get their "Deluxe Pedicure" that was 20% off (that is offered only on Tuesday and Wednesday) the salon was clean, they offered me something to drink, and did a awesome job on my pedicure. Even though this salon is close to my job and not my home, I will absolutely return again and again! read more

I love coming here ! I've tried many nail salons in the area and no one compares to the quality work at Skye nails ! I usually get dip powder nails because it's healthier for your nails. If you go Tuesday through Thursday you can get a 20% discount which is greattttt! The place is always clean and everyone who works there is super friendly. They ask if you want anything to drink and brings you a beverage. So far all my experiences have been good! I would recommend people to come in and experience it for yourself read more

About a month to 2 months ago, me and my friend went to Skye nails for a little nail therapy. I got a pedicure and my friend got a manicure. The manicure was excellent, my friend was very happy. As for the pedicure... the woman who was working with me cut my big toenails on the side into my skin making sharp corners instead of straight across the top of the nail to trim it. To this day my left toenail is ingrown and infected thanks to this one pedicure. I got a metallic orange paint, the paint started peeling off in solid pieces within a day of getting them painted. This had only been the second time I've gotten my nails done and I must say I'll just do it myself from now on and save myself the trouble. Completely unsatisfied. read more

Went for 2 pedicures. Was my boyfriend first experience and the lady that did his feet did his perfect. But the other lady did mine horrible and she kept pressuring me to change my color and I ended up hating the color she went and changed. It's panted so sloppy and I still have dead skin all over my feet. When my boyfriend feet looks brand new. Hate I had to get on here to even write this. No stars. I see why they wasn't busy on a holiday weekend. We were the only ones read more

This place is awesome! I live in McKinney and drive down to Garland to get my mani/pedi. They are very reasonably priced and each and every tech does an awesome job. My favorite is the hot stone massage on my calves during my pedicure. Can't wait for my next one. I recommend this place 100% Very Satisfied Customer..... read more

Friendly and fast paced staff. Get you in and out quickly. Their prices are very affordable for the area. A must come back place.

My husband and I went to the nail salon yesterday they were about to close in a hour the owner comes up to me and tells me to come another day because they're about to close in an hour I was so livid I already dislike this nail shop because of previous bad service but I was in a rush so I thought I would give them another chance never ever again will I ever go to back. read more

A ZERO STARS SHOULD REALLY BE AN OPTION: When I got there they were empty. They had 5 employees & one was doing a pedicure. I requested 2 fills. Immediately the employee tells me not to sit in the customer chair because I "didn't fit". She comes out from the back with another chair for me to sit in. I told her it was unnecessary since I have the same chair at home. I shrugged it off. My daughter ended up with a woman & I with the man. I try making small take with him & he's very distant, cold, very unwelcoming. I shrugged it off. I'm watching him partially remove the gel polish I had on, once he was done he started setting up to start adding fresh acrylic. I pull back & tell him he still left A LOT of old gel on my nails. He said "we only smooth out the new growth and add new polish to the whole nail." I told him no, that's not right, put new gel on old gel, it's going to fall off. He refused to do a proper fill the correct way. I got up & said no thank you. I will not be paying $35+ for a job not done correctly. LADIES & GENTS: check the red flags, go with your gut instinct. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS NAILS SPOT TO ANYONE. read more

I came to this nail salon today to get one nail replaced. Simple arcrylic with a white V shape. They told me no one in the whole place could do it and everyone refused to even look at the nails to see if they could or not. Horrible customer service and the whole place over all. I DONT recomend. read more

Horrible service! I did my nails last Thursday I come back because skye did a bad job. His response that's a week old nail are you serious it's Tuesday I came yesterday but y'all were closed. He was mad why because I'm not paying to get. Ad service fix. He than asked me to leave and I'm walking out the door with 2 nails not done or buff. I felt threaten and humiliated. read more

Small and quaint. Not too fancy, but cute, and have been satisfied with the work over 90% of the time (to be fair, I don't have a "regular" pedicure tech, and different people have different styles). My mom and daughter both bring me here. read more

Only giving one star bc I had too! Came in for a pedi, they say 15-20 min wait so that's what I expect... 40 minutes later and a client getting service before me (although she came in after me), I GOT UP AND NO ONE SAID NOTHING UNTIL I GOT TO THE DAMN DOOR! Poor customer service at its finest, which is exactly why I need to start finding more BLACK OWNED nail salons!!! read more

I liked the salon a lot when they first opened. But service deteriorated. I felt they neglected me, a usual client, in favor of "new" clients. The last straw was having my tech leave me, work on others, and return to me. I was there 2+ hours when I walked out without finishing the service. read more

I just left the salon after finally giving it a try since I live 2 mins away . I called before hand asked for prices for a kids mani pedi the man said $30 I said for a child (she's only 8 year old ) he said no $15 then I asked for a price for next gen with no acrylics he said $23 I get there i tell them about the conversation I just had I live right behind u guys my first time . They said ok we pick our colors shes buffing my nails then starts doing a dip manicure later I've never had dip and (still no acrylics) I was thinking ok I'll give it a go she then says you should come during our special today you pay $32. I thought ok it's done she asked me to pick a pedicure I picked a express pedicure for $18 dollars that was the only time I saw their prices they said ok express pedi .They then Talk in their language to each other . She starts doing extra stuff I'm looking at them both like what? And I knew that lady that did my nails knew what she was doing about the prices I should've realized it after the mani .I'm ready to pay the bill my daughters mani pedi $25 my pedicure $23 my bills $80 . I saw the charges I asked and said remember I asked and called and told u before we started they all start no no at me no one would've told u that . It wasn't about the money just the shadiness of it all. I just said it's ok I'll pay I just won't come back ever . They don't have prices up for a reason none at all be aware anyone that goes . read more
