Era Nail bar is the best! I've been going here for a year now and have never had bad service or a bad mani/pedi! They have tons of colors to choose from and their amenities are so nice. Everyone who works here does an excellent job. So happy new ownership took over. They're crushing it! read more

They did a really poor job on my nails - see photos - including making my cuticles bleed. Pedicure was really rough and I chose the "classic pedicure" that was supposed to be 35 minutes and it took 75 minutes instead. read more

Awful experience! I got the "citrus" manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure is terrible. The polish was old and thick and my nails ended up uneven and clumpy. When I wasn't happy, they blamed the finish on my color choice. They allowed me to choose a different color, but this polish was also old and so thick that it didn't dry properly. I have an important meeting tomorrow and I will be repainting my nails myself tonight. What a waste of $70! read more

My nails look really nice but I have cuts on the middle fingers of both hands. I love my nails, but my hands hurt whenever I have to wash them, which is not a good feeling. read more

they said the transaction did not go through to my aunt that was in town but she still got charged. they wanted to argue back and forth so I just decided to pay and dispute with the bank later on. If the bank wasn't so understanding we would have been out nearly $300. Insanely unprofessional and terrible customer service. We even called back and they didn't know how to help. read more

I found this because majestic are just simply rude and don't care about their customers! I am extremely picky picky and looking for a new nail salon! The pedicure guy did an amazing job and was extremely detailed but the manicure guy didn't do a manicure simply changed my gel! I dont mind paying for good work! However he rush it didn't feel like a manicure. I will not be back read more

Well done- super salon and really take great care! I have done walk ins both times and they always accommodate!

Not a great experience. Felt rushed and was not worth the $50. I got a gel manicure and although the color I chose was more opaque in nature (light pink), the paint was not applied evenly. I came in with beautiful cuticles and nails and left with not so pretty cuticles and nails. My middle finger has two specs of something, my pinkie and pointer finger are both chipped and I was just there yesterday... Sadly, when I came home, I was asked if I painted my own nails! I unfortunately leave for an out of state wedding today so I cannot go back to get them fixed, and now have to get them re-done in Michigan before the wedding. read more

They used to be pretty good but that time is long gone. Their rude and talk about people in their language (I actually understood what they were saying) . Then charge you well over $100 for poor service. I won't be back .. please stop giving businesses with poor service your money. read more

Overall the quality was not good. The color they applied on me was not what I picked out, but they tried convincing me otherwise. My dip powder was also blotchy and spotted. The massage on the pedicure was good but the polish was extremely clumpy. I won't be returning. read more

I gave this place three tries. First time I was a walk in; started with one person and was switched to someone else. Second time I had an appointment. They called to tell me the tech couldn't make it but I could still have someone else. As they started working on my nails my original tech showed up, so I got switched to be with her only to be switched back when she left. Today was the last straw. Appointment again, but when I arrive they tell me the tech no longer works there. They didn't even call to let me know. Then they again start me with someone, switch me to another tech, and when she nicked me twice she got annoyed with ME! As if it was my fault she did it. She also was not sanding them evenly. I was switched again to a third person to finish the job. I sat there for TWO hours for a simple dip job. Never again! Overpriced for horrible service!!! Don't waste your time or money. read more

I was nervous to try out this spot but honestly I will be going back. My friend and I had Jimmy and Tin do dip for us and they did a fantasy job. The service was great, they were friendly, the spot was clean and well maintained and so many color options to choose from! Very happy with the service read more

Might be a change of ownership, but i've been heading to this nail salon for many years.... 9 yrs, i believe. The last two months esp. have offered sh-t service. Terrible attitudes with their employees, and unskilled, dumb-ss nail shaping, and additional charges for typical services. Never heading back there, after so long. STAY AWAY. It's the worst nail salon EVER now. Cannot wait to go elsewhere, next time. Any recommendations for the East Dallas area? read more

I never leave reviews but my experience here was so poor I felt I had to. I've literally been up all night in pain from the horrible pedicure that left me bruised. She did something to my toe and I can barely walk on it, rubbed my shin bones and tarsal bones so hard that I have bruising and didn't listen when I said to stop. The manicurist left acrylic nail glue all over my hand and under my nails, took an hour to fix them after paying $115+ tip. Taking my business elsewhere next time. read more

This was my first time trying this nail salon so I made an appointment at 6pm and was immediately sat down and worked on the second I walked in. I was getting the nexgen dip nails and they had a really great variety of options and colors! My nail manicurist was Julie and she was the perfect combination of friendly and focused on my nails. She was so helpful in picking out a color for me and worked efficiently with much attention to detail. She was attentive to do exactly what I asked for, which is something I always appreciate. I was in and out within 45 min and best part was that it was only $40 (excluding $10 tip) for both the removal of my previous nexgen and the nexgen service! I wouldn't say it was the fanciest or most modern nail salon, but it was extremely clean and they were kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back based on this experience! read more

This is one of the few salons that does not judge my small/attempt to grow out bitten nails and honestly that's hard to find. I usually get comments about them being small or not much to work with, and it's an anxiety coping mechanism but also embarrassing to be called out on or less time taken because I choose different polish. Super friendly and the price is spot on for the amazing service you get here! I will return and make it my regular salon! read more

I always came here to do my eye brown and this time I did pedicure. I like it a lot and for sure I will be back!

I got great treatment and beautifully done nails from Win Win. But, there is an absolute palpable lack of JOY in this establishment. It was a bit unnerving and almost eerie. I work in the public customer service industry, and am constantly exposed to whatever comes in my store- so I know exactly what this vibe is. I am writing this so those who do not ever get out of their houses, other than, shop for things; AND, for the owners of this salon to understand how this Covid environment is affecting the lives and personalities of their workers. I would hope that the technicians at this salon are being well cared for and being paid handsomely.... what do you think? read more

I came here to get my nails done for my anniversary weekend, the problem I had was that I was on a time crunch. I had called to make an appointment I was very disappointed to have had to wait another 30min after arriving. Despite that once they got started I knew I made the right choice to have stayed. Kim took her time with my design and while shaping my nails. When it was time to pay I knew it was going to be on the pricier side but let me tell y'all, every penny was worth it!!! My nails are two weeks strong and I usually never last this long without them looking crusty by the end of week one. (My nails grow FAST and I work at a restaurant) and staff was really attentive. I am very pleased and I will be going back when I feel like treating myself again. read more

Took a chance based on their reviews and glad I did! They were able to see me right away when I called on a Saturday for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, and the lady doing my dip manicure really took her time (I wish I got their names). I even got a compliment on my nails that night read more

Always do a great job! I really appreciate Julie and Sandy - they are my "go to" ladies for dip nails and pedicure!

This is the WORST MANICURE I have ever had!!!!!! The manicurist was so busy talking on her PERSONAL PHONE CALL that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and cut one nail too short and cut another one actually into the cuticle on the side!!!!! I was the only customer in the salon but she was working like there was a line out the door! She worked so fast that she couldn't possibly do a good job and didn't. She had to re-do several things and add nail tips to the badly cut nails. It was absolute misery!!!!!!! I would give negative stars if I could! read more

Great place!! Ask for jimmy he will take care of you!! Highly recommended. Jimmy is the best nail tech ever. Friendly place too.

I've been coming to Posh, now Win Win for about 3 years. It's a very pretty salon and very clean. Once I discovered Mindy, she's been my girl ever since, her manicures and pedicures are THE BEST I've ever had! I always book appointments with Mindy. She's a perfectionist, very careful, great with color suggestions, very professional and I know my mani/pedis last longer because of her skills, she does them so well. I feel like she cares about her clients and I enjoy her company too. read more

Great Dip mani- loved my nail shape and color options. Jimmy, the owner, did my nails and was very professional and attentive.
