I was really intrigued by Dazzle Dry from my first visit and wanted to try it again, hoping I'd have a better experience at a different location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. Parking is also difficult at this location since it's in a shared plaza with minimal parking. The towels being used still had hairs on them or looked dirty, which is especially surprising given how heavily miniLUXe emphasizes cleanliness in their branding. During my pedicure, the nail technician cut one of my toes and it started bleeding. She didn't acknowledge or explain what had happened and instead just tried to control the bleeding, which I found very uncomfortable. There was also no discount or acknowledgment of the issue afterward. Everyone was kind, but unfortunately, after trying two different locations, I can't say I had a good experience with miniLUXe. For the price point and the emphasis on cleanliness, I expected more.

Also two rough textured fingernails where one cracked and popped off in less than 24 hours. The technician took over two hours to complete the email job after removing the gel polish 3 times due to mishaps in her process. I asked Lisa when I arrived at 10 and was informed she will be here in 10 minutes. An hour later into the pedicure O asked again , she again said 10 mins. 10 mins later two techs arrived and advised Lisa is at the doctor. There was acrylic on one of my toes from the previous week where I asked the tech to provide an overlay on a split nail. I asked her thin it out several times and she either didn't understand or just what she created was acceptable.. this week I asked the tech four times to remove it all together and she seemed displeased at my request and finally removed it force instead of soaking it off. It is a good idea to have technical talent to perform the required skills of the trade in your absence. I would hope to have the great spa I experienced on my first visit with Lisa but this not the case. I was burned by the nail drill and nautical nails damaged by improper drilling as well as left with a gel light under my feet 5 mins after the 50 second dry time. I'm hoping Lisa can redo my nails and correct the issues. Otherwise I am left with no stars for this business rating.

She was not happy with our reaction. So she told us to leave and would not honor the appointment at all. I calmly tried to reason with her that we had driven a long way to get there and the right thing to do would be to have the appointment in an hour, as she promised. That did not work. Instead she berated us. She then said God would be watching me if I dared to write a review. So here I am. I understand she made an honest mistake, but to flip flop, turn away customers and then berate them? For something that was her fault? The nail tech didn't invest much time, and the foot massage wasn't enjoyable; it even hurt a bit due to lack of effort! The gel mani was mid too. Some nails had lopsided polish near the cuticle, and I discovered a cut on my finger afterward, which started stinging after leaving! The nail tech also made awkward jokes about me dating the receptionist, causing me to be very uncomfortable. Me gel mani started chipping after just a week whereas I've had gel manis last over two months. My gel pedi is still going strong though! It was quick and easy like I needed, but I won't be back.
