I would never go here again!! I spent 65$ on gel toes, on their website it says 20$ on the menus inside it says 35$ when you check out you end up at 65$ I put my fit in water and then they painted it with gel and put podka dots on top I should've stayed at my old nail shop that's what I get for trying new places !! It's a money scare I don't recommend and the ladies were talking crap about me in there language I used translate and understood what they were saying extremely unprofessional !! Will not return. I never make reviews I just mind my own business, however this place is not good. I've been there a total of 3 times now. the first time I went I asked for a pedicure (which was great) and an acrylic set. they kept talking me into doing dip powder after I already said it doesn't work for my nails. I ended up doing the dip powder and the next day all my nails were lifting. I went back and in and the owner Bella redid all of them with acrylic and they looked amazing. fast forward to today. I went in to get a new set and Bella told a man to help me and he started ripping all my nails off instead of doing a soak off. He ripped one of my nails past the nail bed and caused a few to bleed. I stated I wanted to leave and Bella came over and said shed do my nails. I thought it was okay but she rushed it. she finished my nails in less than 30 minutes and it shows. read more

had the best experience with Steven at the nail salon! He did a stunning ombré on my nails that blends so beautifully -- the colors are vibrant and seamless. But the real standout was the tiny palm tree he hand-drew on one of my nails. It's detailed, delicate, and absolutely perfect for summer! Pass! I went yesterday and was talked into a different color. Then Katlyn rushed my nails and the shape was off. You'd think I get a discount for the rush but no. So I go today to get the color and shape I wanted originally but with another tech. My nails looked much better, Tina did them this time. Katlyn charged me 30 however. I want my tip back or applied but no. I've been going here for about 7 years now. I'll go somewhere else from now on. And yes I always tip. I've been in hospitality and know how tips matter. I stepped back into this salon which I had gone to for a number of years. I left over a year ago to go to a salon closer to my work. So happy I went back in....the salon has been beautifully redone and has new owners who are delightful and so welcoming. The mani and pedi were executed perfectly. I stayed at the doubletree nearby after my flight was cancelled. This gave me time to get a mani pedi I had to cancel back home since my flight was changed.. Kaitlyn and Yen took great care of me and made me happy I missed my flight home. Wonderful people here! My nails look great - all ready for New Year's! The place is clean and bright and organized. I cannot say enough about how they treated me and pampered me and made my day great! From other reviews I've read, there is new management in the last few months and so the lower rating is from previous owners. I would definitely say this place should have more of a strong high 4:5 star average. Do not be out off by the current average, and if you have your nails done here and have a great experience, help them boost this rating. These ladies are so much better than the current 3.9 average rating on here. I'm so glad I read more and came here. It was an easy walk from the Doubletree Campbell Center. read more

First of all, the essential information: $15 for a manicure, $35 for a mani-pedi. Nice value, I guess. I'd never pay more than that, and I'm not sure why anyone would, but apparently people do. Three of us walked in around 11 am on a Saturday and had no problem getting seated immediately. Tiffany was right in saying that they don't talk to you much, and the nice thing is, they don't speak Chinese in front of you either, so you're not wondering if they're talking about you. The first step in getting your nails done here is to choose a color. Oh my goodness. They have this huge rack of Opi colors, and for someone decision-disabled like myself, it takes about 10 minutes to pick one. After that, the rest of the process is pretty fast. I'd say we were in and out in about 30-40 minutes. They do a nice job of trimming the cuticles and all that, although the woman doing mine made my cuticles bleed twice (and gave me a surprised look each time like "whoa! something must be wrong with your cuticles!"). Still, no major harm done. The actual nail painting was fine enough...she actually chipped one herself while leaning into her drawer, but she fixed it really well. The arm massage I got wasn't that great, but I noticed one of my friends getting a serious massage that looked amazing. So, I guess the quality varies with the manicurist (no surprise). Moving to Dallas from Miami was a shock since I'm used to my $20 mani/pedis. This place, however, was worth the extra $15. Got a mani/pedi and it was delightful. Not a great selection of colors, but the ones they do offer are quality (i.e. Essie, OPI). I'm a classic OPI red girl myself, so it wasn't a problem for me. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to! I moved to the area, so I was searching for a nail salon close to home. They CANNOT do nails. I had to ask the tech to show me her license. I had to keep correcting her, she wasn't listening. I came in for a dip powder set and one repair. She put a tip on didn't pay attention to the shape of my other nails and cut it wrong, that was the 1st mistake. 2nd she added acrylic on my other nails. I had to stop her and request she soak it off. Then she had the nerve to say, I can get someone else to do your nails. No ma'am, if they think you can do nails I know they can't either. Do waste your time or money at this place. Just know you have been warned. Don't believe the signs talking about rated #1 by the people's choice awards. Ask to see it, they are lying! read more

I should have left when I could not find a gel color I actually liked. They had no OPI gel colors or gelish. The off brands would run into the cuticle as you painted them on and when they dried thick it kind of rippled and she had to buff it down. Yen is super sweet lady and they stayed open late for me but the polish formula was bad and colors no good and I think that was why the color kept running into my cuticles and Yen couldn't clean it up all around fast enough and some polish set in my cuticle and the overall look and color just wasn't what I wanted. When these polishes are runny like this you gotta set one nail at a time so it doesn't flow Ito cuticle. She offered to have me Come back for a color change but I don't think I want the service and I don't think I should have to bring my own polish. Took an hour and a half for my nails. I left flustered and disappointed. read more

Not a good experience. Went in for pedicure. Walked in at 4:15. She was polishing my toenails by 4:35. Soaked for less than a minute, she put the scrub on and wiped it off immediately- didn't "scrub". Everything completely rushed. $39 for a less than 30 minutes experience is no good. read more

Nails Never. DO NOT entrust your Money, nails or time to this salon. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!! TL/DR: Nails broke two days after getting them done. A different Tech tried to fix the nail but was extremely unsuccessful. Came back a second time for the original Tech to fix the nail, she could not do it correctly either. Instead of correcting the issue, making all my nails to look the same, they instead wanted to charge me for a new set or give me glitter on my nails which I did not like or ask for, and also charge me for that. Accused me for getting the color wrong. Didn't resolve the issue at all so I am now at a different nail salon giving them EXTRA money and happy about it because I refused to give Nails Never any more of my money and time, EVEN just for a soak off. I got dip over my natural nails - except for my right thumb nail (I broke it, so they put a tip on). That was Friday May 24, 2019. They charged me $35, I tipped Chen $5. I was pretty satisfied with my nails, I chose a light pink color, specifically Kiara Sky D514-The Simple Life, or as Nails Never like to call it, #92. TWO DAYS LATER, Sunday May 26, 2019, said tip broke off... They were closed the following Monday for Memorial Day. Tuesday May 28, 2019 - I decided to call ahead to let them know I was coming to get a tip fixed that broke 3 days days after getting a new full set. A man answered the phone and when I asked him if he was going to charge me or not he responded "We'll take a look at it when you get here". When I arrive at the nail salon he tells no charge, and proceeds to fix the nail. 30 minutes later... My right thumb nail that he was working on looks NOTHING like my left thumb nail.... it's a different color.. it's a different length... it's a different shape... there are no similarities between my right thumb nail and my left thumb nail. I'll try to post the picture on here... He CONSTANTLY tells me its not the same color, when I know for certain it is (I took a pic of the tiny jar because I loved the shade.. Thank Goodness!) After about an hour he sits back and tells me to return the next day when Chen would be available to fix the nail properly. Wednesday 29th 2019, I go into the nail salon in to my relief Chen is there! However, she is also unsuccessful in matching the shape, length, and color of the nail to the rest of my nine nails that she did 4 days prior. When I informed them I'm not going to walk around with a mismatched nail and that I paid for a full set just days prior, they told me to just put glitter on it and that they would give me credit for 2 nails Um... What? Who said I liked glitter? That's not what i came here for. She then said nobody would notice but me that it was a different color. Excuse you ma'am? $35 for a brand new full set only gets you 2 days of good nails. The worst part is they want you to be OKAY with paying for their service provided which does not last. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never have I EVER walked out of a nail salon and my nails be this messed up 4 days afterwards, or the salon refusing to make it right. I never make an appointment and are usually soaking my feet within 5 minutes. Once I waited 15 minutes and I thought something was wrong...yea me! Went this past weekend...got a mani/pedi, by quite possibly the cutest two girls in the place. The lovely on my feet was adorable and super friendly...everytime I squirmed (i'm highly tickelish) she laughed and would ask if I was ok, ha. You wish. The girl on my nails told me I had lots of lines on them. "Good Fortune" she said. I replied "When will I get it?". I got the spa mani/pedi which comes with a parafin. French tip, "spa" pedicure that includes a parafin treatment, for a grand total of 37 dollars. The place is sorta small, but with no appointment, my friend and I were seated and had our feet soaking within minutes of walking through the door. Everything was pretty good and standard as far as pedis go. During parts of my massage my lady would run her nails around on my legs. It felt sorta good, but sorta odd at the same time. I could have gone for more pressure with the massage, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate to ask for that. My paint job was done well, although one of my toes got smudged when she slipped on my flip flop. She fixed it good as new. I honestly have to look away at the flip flop time. Otherwise, I try to "help" and end up doing more harm than good. Everyone was nice and friendly, and I noticed the receptionist was taking lots of calls for appointments. They have their regulars and it's clear why. No wine here, but I'm alright-ish with that. read more

IMPORTANT NOTE (in case you don't read the rest of this): They take (credit and debit) cards for payment, but they have an ATM you have to use for tips. Their system does not allow you to leave a tip with your payment. As for the actual review, here goes: A friend I went to get our nails done here last week. The quick version of this story is that the lady that did my nails worked very quickly (a major plus), but that also meant she did a rush job (a major letdown). I wasn't in a hurry and it was 6:30 when I arrived so it was not the case they they were about to close (which they don't until 8pm). She even noticed the spotty job she did on my feet without me having to mention it to her. While she was doing my manicure she looked over at my feet to notice that the paint on one of my toes was dripping.... As for the manicure (and this is a general flaw with most nail salons, not just this one), she was again doing a rush job and didn't carefully file the nails that has cracked. I had to point out three nails to her that were still split and needed to be re-filed. This is a sign that she wasn't paying attention and truly taking care of my nails. Then, she made the recommendation to glue the broken nail. This is a poor recommendation. If my nails are "weak" as she was careful to say to me no less than 10 times then gluing a weak nail is not the answer - filing it down is a much better look. The actual salon is nice. It's a pretty relaxing environment. They serve beverages (water, wine, margaritas) with your service and are generally pretty friendly people. Overall, I give this place 3 stars instead of 2 stars (because I've definitely had better) since my nails turned out nice (once she fixed the dripping paint on my toe, and filed my fingernails). I will, however, continue searching for the best manicure in Dallas. Unfortunately, Nails Now goes on my "Not recommended" list. read more

Just FYI, my review is for the gel manicure and not the pedicure (which was great) So I went in for a manicure and pedicure and when I got there, I asked if they did gel manicures and the lady at the counter said yes. Anyways, the lady that did my pedicure (she has short brown hair) did an excellent job and she was really nice. The lady that did my manicure was kind of pushy. She tried to get me to do a french gel manicure and even after I said no, she took my nail to show me what it would look like, but again I said no. Once she started with the gel polish, I realized she pretty much had no clue what she was doing. She messed up on a few nails and had to wipe it clean and start over. No joke, the manicure alone took an hour and a half. Once she was done, there was polish around the skin of my nail and there were some bubbles on the polish. It just wasn't good. If you come here for a pedicure and regular manicure, I bet they will do a great job, just skip the gel polish. The total for pedicure and gel polish was $57 without tip. read more
