When I moved to Springfield I was looking for a local Jackson Hewitt and chose this one at 4743 Main Street. Their customer service is horrific and I will never ever return to another Jackson Hewitt. They use a central scheduling service which scheduled me for a day this location wasn't even open! I called the scheduling service today and they stated that all Jackson Hewitt's were closed (2pm on a Friday) which was not true. I set up another appointment for today and when I arrived, they told me they thought I was supposed to come an hour earlier and would not be able complete my return today. They also stated that their scanner doesn't work and they probably wouldn't have been able to complete my return anyway.
