But that is also due to them putting there personal charge of an unknown insurance company on the rig you use as collateral . Your insurance which I have full coverage with Allstate is not adequate enough and if ya dispute there charges they will garnish you the amount they overcharge you ! My husband and I have been using them for a long time. We use them mostly for holiday loans and a few cars. Right now a pick up. Yes they are high interest it's up to you to take care of your credit so you don't have to use them. We unfortunately have been the victim of plant closures so our credit went south. I was injured and disabled this time so it went south again. I say we have been using them for 20 years off and on. I have always been treated with respect. I won't let them put me on a auto withdrawal because we have to make late payments sometime. We live pretty much paycheck to paycheck right now. But I will use them again when needed.

I had a great experience there with Debbie Neer who has since left Jackson Hewitt (I wonder why). When I moved to Springfield I was looking for a local Jackson Hewitt and chose this one at 4743 Main Street. Their customer service is horrific and I will never ever return to another Jackson Hewitt. They use a central scheduling service which scheduled me for a day this location wasn't even open! I called the scheduling service today and they stated that all Jackson Hewitt's were closed (2pm on a Friday) which was not true. I set up another appointment for today and when I arrived, they told me they thought I was supposed to come an hour earlier and would not be able complete my return today. They also stated that their scanner doesn't work and they probably wouldn't have been able to complete my return anyway.
