When I bought my car back in December 2019 they didn't pressure me at all. The sales lady was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Since I purchased the vehicle a 2015 Chevy Sprint, I've had no problems. The young lady in billing Melissa is an angel. I had to skip a payment this month because of a death in the family. She was so kind and very understanding! I would recommend them to everyone! And I do. Thanks again. Ken L Nunnemaker read more

I absolutely love this place! I came here March of 2020 to get a new car as our old one wasn't working to well and left with such an amazing experience, they really work with you to get a car as I was there literally all day long and they always have an amazing car selection. The mechanics, especially Donnie, go above and beyond to get your car fixed at amazing prices as well! They also only charge 15$ for oil changes if you purchase a vehicle from them! Melissa also works with you on your monthly car payments if you've been affected by Covid-19 and other financial situations in anyway. Would definitely recommend this place to others! read more

Hyland Auto Sales - Some of the car selection from the mechanics waiting room. - Auto Loan Providers Near Me - Springfield, Oregon

We went in today and purchased a 2011 Chevy equinox. I believe it was Kelly who helped us! We had an amazing experience here. We had worries going in to finance a car but they made it easy and stress free. Also he seems like he genuinely cares and that was awesome. I absolutely recommend them, I'm very glad we came to Hylands for a car. Thank you so much! We love our new car and we couldn't be happier! read more

We went to get a car and Dave aka Red helped us through it all. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back for maintenance and will refer to all who need a little help getting a new vehicle!! Thanks Red read more

I'm in dire need of a car for my son and I for work. I got a hold of Hyland auto group about two weeks ago we went through with the credit application they had me have my fiancé apply to be a cosigner and I gave them all his information and then never heard back from them about my options or anything, kind of disheartening because I did everything on my part and then they promised to get back to me by the end of the day with my options. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything from them. I had the down payment, all my things in a row and it would've been nice to know if we were denied or whatever. Not just to play a waiting game. read more

Hyland Auto Sales did it again! My car had issues on Sunday, shop opened up on Monday. I couldn't get it down there. Tuesday came, David called to follow up. By 5 pm a tow truck was taking Stella to be fixed. I had her back literally 24 hours if that. Best part? The tow and fix were free! Thanks Hyland crew! read more

bought a 2012 cadillac from them gave them 8700.00 in cash and a trade in and not long after buying the car the sunroof started leaking, call them to see if they will do something about it if they warranty there car nope you are out of luck now have to pay 2500.00 to completely replace the sunroof. I spoke to David Hyland he was very rude and disrespectful says basically we are not a repair shop we sell cars, then tells me I was being rude when I was not rude at all frustrated in spending that kind of money and being screwed but I was never rude. read more

This dealership sells lemons via predatory in house financing. David Hyland is a scam artist preying on people with no credit or bad credit. Their vehicles will pass a test drive, and then have catastrophic failures within a year. The dealership, and by extension David Hyland, does not stand behind their product. If you end up buying from them, be prepared to spend even more money on various repairs as soon as you drive off the lot. They are not an ethical dealership. They will do their best to frighten you or lie to you in order to get a sale. Once the car rolls off the lot, they wash their hands of the situation. Buyer beware. read more

Bought a van from them, one week later went on a trip in the mountains. Spent the day hiking when we got got back to the van to leave it wouldn't start and we were out of cell phone service ( me my wife and our 4 boys all under 7 years of age) 2 days stranded finally got help. Took the van in, they said it was probably the GPS, it stops you from starting if your out of range. I said fix it they wouldn't, so I left it there. Not going to put my kids through that. I got stuck with a $4500 bill for a van I didn't have for a week and they wouldn't work with me on another vehicle. After leaving it there they turned around and put it back on the lot for sale probably didn't fix the problem. Sorry I sound like a robot, yelp management wouldn't let me post what I really wanted to say. read more

I gave them one star because I had to give something! I wanted to give them nothing! This is the most dishonest place I have ever come across! I am filing a report with BBB! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You will only regret it. I was looking at buying a car and the sales manager lied about what had happened to the car! I have never been treated so rude in my whole life! read more

Very professional and quick on servicing your needs in looking for completing the sale. Our relationship with them has been good and we now have done two vehicles. Drive a little SAVE a lot of stress and drive a better vehicle. This is not for everyone in financing but for those that can't you can save paying off quicker in the first year to offset the high-interest rate. You can add money to each month payment. read more

do not buy from these people!!! i bought a car from these people about 13 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. but thats not the worst part. the car i purchased has a kbb worth value of 983.00 ( kbb is what lenders use to determain value of a car) they sold me the car with a sticker price of 5400 and an intrest rate of 29%. the final price on this car is around $8,400. how is this legal?? when i got this car i needed one bad...one of the worst decisions of my life! i did not understand auto finance very well. i did some research and educated myself. i feel sick to my stomach evertime i give them money. read more

Don't ever do business with this company. They sell unreliable cars and aren't honest in the way they do business.

terrible customer service!! paid $8700 cash and a trade in for a cadillac had it 2 weeks and whole sun roof is shot. we call them and the guy is extremely rude and pretty much says you are s.o.l! do not buy a car from them!! read more

If I could, I'd go back in time and tell myself to never buy from this place. David Hyland is rude, arrogant, and treats people like crap. As far as I'm concerned, David thinks I'm an innocent young "girl" who can be molded into thinking what he wants. Hyland is the place you go to be treated like a sack of dog crap. They had the audacity to sell a car that had MULTIPLE dangerous recalls that were announced in 2010 when the car was made. I bought the car in November, and last week the cars battery died. When we jumped the car and we're on beltline desperately trying to go home, suddenly the power steering fluid started pouring out, RPMs were in red, and I lost all control to brake the car. My boyfriend and I were lucky we didn't get in a crash and die. When I explained this to David Hyland, OVER THE PHONE, he had the audacity AGAIN to say it was "the alternator". I'm sure it was, David. Then when I asked what he was going to do, he said "well first of all, I'm not going to do anything." After some time from hanging up on him ( yes I did that because I can), my authorized rep answered when David called back. David was a complete jerk and refused to speak with him. He didn't ask kindly, or go out of his way to explain anything, he was just freaking mean. After I sent my email to voluntarily repossess the car since I almost died in it, and he sold me a lemon, he wrote back complaining about how I hung up on him, instead of being a professional like he claims, and accepting my email. He demanded I write a scripted version that he chose to voluntarily repossess the car, and I refused because I do not trust him, or anything he does. I had to freeze my bank account and get a new debit card because he said I would have to pay for towing fees. Hell. No. So that's that. David Hyland is a liar, and not worth your time. I would rather drag my genitals across a mile of broken glass and needles than look and speak to him ever again. If you think of Hyland, don't. Run as far as you can, because you will be miserable and unhappy. If I could, I'd personally rate David a -100 star review for his lack of professionalism and etiquette. Thank you. read more

I have been a customer since 2016. The customer service is excellent! They are very professional and personable. Communication is 100% . They worked with me on a payment when I was on maternity leave. My 2010 Toyota Corolla was extremely reliable, low miles and in good condition with NO issues. Due to car accident I went back to them recently and fell in love with a 2007 Lexus es350 in which I hope to have the same luck with as with my last vehicle. read more

I am 52 years old and was hurt on the job in 2011, it took mending time but I did a bankruptcy and it was discharged and my credit score flew up to "GOOD"! So now we can purchase a vehicle. Well after going to multiple new car lots 100% of them said they will need $3000 down for a $26000 truck but we only have $2000. After a week of this we went to this Hyland place, (can't call it a car lot because 100% of what they say online and on phone is 100% false). We found a decent $11000 SUV there and informed them of what we have gone through and they stated "not us, we work with you and have in house financing" which is 100% false. They than turned around And said "not us again", we work with everybody and we also have in house financing if all else fails" which is 100% false!! They than came back to me and said we r like the rest of the car lots, we also will need $3000 down or there's nothing we can do for you. I told him, "I only have 1500 down and if I had $3000 down I would've bought a NEW F150 for $31,999 which I was approved through Wells Fargo. I explained to these liars that your not a new car lot so you can't follow in their duplicate foot steps. They do not care. That are all deceivers, liars and minipulators that have NO back bone to be even somewhat honest. FTC here I come because my father in law works for that company. "Federal Trade Commission!!! It's about time they get honest close their fake deceptive place down. read more

I am buying a car from them. There has been nothing but problems. First the battery was fried so they got a new one. Then my rear end went out and the owner david was mad that i called to get it fixed. Now my transmission went out and when i asked if i could look at a different car because of all the problems. He started screaming at me then hung up on me. Horrible business read more

I had a exelent experience here dealing with my car and a accident david hyland was very understanding and made the experience alot less stressful than it could have gone i recommend this business to any one looking to buy a car. Thank you david. read more

We purchased a pt cruiser from them and have had nothing but trouble with it. This time we took it in, had an 8 o' clock in the morning appointment and by 1 that afternoon we checked on it and he hadn't even so much as looked at it! It took us going back up there 3 times before he looked at it. Then while he had it in the shop it completely died on them, they couldn't figure it out so he just gave up on it and closed for the day. And as for trying to work with you on stuff, you might as well forget it. No loaner cars or nothing while yours is getting worked on. And as for them saying that they'll trade with you in 18 months of having the vehicle, that's a bunch of shit also. They don't care about the customer at all! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy for anything! read more

They are crooked and rude to the bone. They will fabricate information on the application to get you in to the car and make sure you can be financed........how convenient read more

I bought a 1999 VW beetle from Hyland and within 2 weeks starting having major problems. I just got out of the hospital because of all the mold growing inside of the car. I asked them to take the car back and let me get something else and they told me no. They will be seeing me in court. read more

I bought a Chevy spark from them a while back and it had some issues with the transmission took it back to them the mechanic looked at it for free but told me he couldn't work on it there but suggested where I could get it done , took it to the Chevy dealer and it got done for free I wasn't happy with the car so I took it back to them explained what was going on and Kelley helped me out by getting me into a car that I wanted with no extra money down he did a really good job had some mechanical issues with the transmission that were due to a recall on the fords no fault of anyone's got it fixed because the car was still under factory warranty the interest sucks but you kind of have to pay for it having poor credit . I'm glad that they were there to help me get a 2014 car with low miles with my garbage credit. When I got the new car it was pretty cool they bumped my interest down . Yes the price was still high but they do what they can to help and still make money. I wouldn't look this place over if you have bad credit or no options to buy a car because they get you in one pretty cheap. All in all I don't regret buying my car there and the office staff is really nice !! We always joke around when I go in to pay my car payment. I think if they got their interest down to 19 percent for all the loans they would be in good shape that still allows them to line their pockets , because let's be honest who is in business to not make money .. no one because that would be a waste but it would be low enough to not completely mess peoples banks up :) hahah like I said all in all pretty good place :) read more

Do not buy anything from Hyland Autos. These people are all dishonest scumbags just trying to line their pockets without a care in world for their customer. These low lifes fix up vehices just well enough to make it through a test drive and off their lot. They are charging way more than what their vehicles are worth (many times 50% more). Look at Kbb.com if you dont believe me. On top of that they take advantage of people with not so good credit and stick them with a 29.99%APR loan which is damn near impossible to pay off and more than likely in a month or two after your purchase your really in trouble and stuck with a vehicle that won't even run! They will straight up lie to you just to make a deal. What they do here is borderline illigal and in my eyes it's just a matter of time before the BBB starts cracking down on them. These people are thieves and oughta be ashamed of themselves to take advantage of the not so fortunate. With this being said, if you or someone you know has a had a bad experience with Hyland, I encourage you to stand up for your fellow friends and neighbors and post a review for these crooks ( a few people already have and currently Hyland has a 1 star review) and prevent any more victims. read more

worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!! me and my wife went in to buy a car, and 9 days after we buy it, it breaks down in the middle of no where in 95 degree heat with our 4 children, (3,6,6,7) they were baking. when we called to tell them the problem they wouldn't send anyone out to help us. they told us to make an appt. everytime we called to make an appt. they forward us to a voicemail, and no one ever got back to us this happend 4 times. and when it came time to make our first payment they still didnt fix the car. it broke down on the way to make it and they still wouldn't do anything. david hyland is the biggest con artist i have ever met, taking advantage of people who are already going through a tough time. please don't go through them save your money up, or buy a private owner vehicle. read more
