I have never in my life experienced such inept communication and poor customer service. After calling three numbers, this was the first to answer the phone. So I thought I had a winner. Boy was I wrong. I gave an employee (I forget her name, but it was a woman) all the info necessary. She said she'd get back to me that same day, or at the latest, the following day. Three days later, I had to call her. This made it pretty obvious the company didn't want my business or my money. She said she "couldn't find a market" for what I needed. Okay, what does that actually mean? "It means there is no market," according to her. This explained literally nothing. I legit had to use Google to figure out what that meant in plain English and how to proceed from there, because she clearly wasn't interested in helping me. I then called the insurance company directly, and thirty minutes later, had a policy effective that same day. So clearly this agency didn't work very hard to "find a market" for me. Funny how I could find one with one singular phone call, but someone with access to all companies out there couldn't find anything. Which is sad. I tried to help support local by going through an agent, but it just didn't work. Customer service and insurance agents working for you are a dying breed, and clearly that concept really is dead here. Would I return here? Absolutely not. In fact, if I need insurance companies again in the future, I'm returning to this review just to make sure I don't waste my time with this agent ever again. It's disgusting when companies make it hard to support local.

I haven't had the pleasure of working with the firm Kernutt Stokes, but I did call to inquire about their services and had a great 40 minute conversation with Mr. Hoyt, who is a partner at the firm. To make a long story short, I ultimately learned that Kernutt Stokes is probably better suited for larger or more advanced companies than for providing the services such a simple business as mine requires at this time. Even though they would gladly work with me, I was gently advised that I could possibly find someone more tailored to the more simple needs of my fledgling business. I greatly enjoyed speaking with Jeff and really appreciate the friendly, genuine, and honest discussion he had with me, especially for such a long time. Should my business grow to the point that their services are more warranted, I will definitely be doing business with them!

No hold ups, and no wondering what was going on with the loan. I've bought a few other houses with other lenders and supreme lending was by far the best to work with. A week later, called and said they needed physical proof and would be charging me until I had physical proof. My premium went from around $600 to $1950. I would like to also add the the receptionist laughed at me when I asked why they wouldn't remove her without proof and asked how they thought this was fair. I felt very disrespected. I found a new insurance provider that offered more coverage for way less.
