We found ourselves floundering with some of the claims issues, several friends highly recommended Sherry. She has been amazing from the beginning. She explained all policy provisions to us, she advocated for us with claims managers, she fully assessed our insurance needs (important after such a loss). She also explained the coverages in a way that helped us know how to actualize the limits of our claim. She is aligned with an excellent company and she truly understands the ramifications of the choices you have, One of the best decisions we made in the last two years was to request Sherry Schaefers as our agent. We trust her expertise and advise.

With the no collision or comprehensive, When someone asks for full coverage, Tony said that doesn't mean collision and Comprehension is added. I am an average Joe. I do not know the insurance industry. I hire people to help me guide me thru it. Like any service business. One is hired to help make decisions, with one's many years of experience.
