He personally promised that all of my current providers were going to continue to be covered. I'm on disability, I have a lot of health issues and have a lot of appointments. After asking Garrett for help to go back to my old plan, he told me to "call the number on the back of your insurance card" which sent me to UHC general help line. They told me I was going to have to get into contact with the state to go back to my old plan. I have relied on my insurance and my providers to literally stay alive, and now that is all up in the air. I am incredibly disappointed, I trusted Garrett and he really took advantage of that so he could make a sale. I will be reporting this to Medicare and the BBB.
