In the middle of Covid, being alone and elderly to drive back to AZ from Oregon solo, this place could not see it's way to actually sit with me and print me a trip tick generated from their system no matter how many times I asked. Been with AAA long time (decades). AAA should look at it's policies. The 2 women working there did not seem very busy. How hard could it be to just help someone out at the last minute? Yes there is an online site I went to print one - it was crappy not the same version as you get from a AAA employee who appears to have access to better system to generate a better Trip Tick. Maybe it's not so worth it anymore to belong to AAA. Shame on you AAA for your policies.

The people who answer the phone (when they decide to answer the phone) have not one clue about…read moreanything. It is like they are reading something off of a paper in front of their face. They quote prices that aren't correct and then your bill comes and it is not even close and they deny the quote they gave you! (But they record everything and have all interactions in their computer, except for the quotes you are given!). WHEN you ask to talk to bill and finally get to talk to Bill (after asking numerous times) Bill laughs at all of your questions. He then says your rates have raised because of the zip code you live in and then Turns the whole conversation to himself... "He knows how bad it is"...."he has kids", "he needs a new roof", Then goes on and asks how much we paid for a vehicle because his daughter wants one. And....... Your question or concern was never addressed. I would just skip All State all together because even if you call the AllState main line it is the exact same..... they transfer you to person after person and tell you to contact your agent and then your agent says you need to contact them.... I was supposed to receive a call back from Allstate within 48 hours..... it has now been 3 weeks, never received a phone call back.
