I haven't been able to access my accounts and then my account went past due, and when speaking on the phone to anyone who could help me, it was a different answer and a different process EVERY time we spoke to anyone. Fast forward to calling out of desperation and not wanting our account to get behind further, Member Services transferred me to Collections and instead of understanding our frustration and realizing there was a technical problem with our account, we were threatened by Trent. He talked down to us and was a jerk (trying to not be rude here). I will NEVER recommend this credit union to anyone I like or even people I don't like. NO ONE deserves to be treated this poorly! Two weeks later I wrote back to them to find out the reason for the delay. I did not get a response to that email message. Are you kidding? Unbelievable! I ended up getting my home loan from Wells Fargo where I received absolute top notch customer service from the beginning of the process to closing. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at SELCO.
