I had an appt. so I could have a document notarized. The person my appt. was scheduled with was out of the office. She gives me a payoff balance of $380,XXX.00 on a scribbled piece of paper. I said, no that's not right. She then scribbles out a zero and then hands it back to be $38,XXX.00 and says go to the teller and she will help you pay. No apology of acknowledgement of her mistake. Then in the teller line, the couple ahead of me was trying to get a cashiers check. We waited in line for at least 10 mins, the tellers were looking around all over and even ran outside looking. I asked what was going on and they said we can't find the manager and she needs to approve their transaction. After 15-20 mins she come trotting in from her "break" while everyone was waiting in line. I was pissed, and she also was rude to me, not very apologetic either. This was the treatment I got after paying my home loan after 15 years. I will never go back there for anything. The employees are rude, clueless, and incompetent.
