He said all transfers had to be initiated by me and through my agent. He said he would not even take me as a client unless I sat down and spoke to my agent. I told him that was good and that I intended to speak with my agent and that I had a lot to think about. Before I even got home he had written my agent, told her I wanted to transfer to his office, and asked her to initiate the transfer. I had an email from State Farm 5 minutes after I left his office saying I had requested to switch agents. At no point did I tell him I wanted to or was ready to switch to his office. Starting out with multiple lies and being deceived did not sit well with me. I had to spend the next three hours reversing the transfer that I never authorized, never initiated, and never asked him to speak on my behalf. Such a huge waste of everyone's time and energy.

So I told him no thanks I can't pay that much again I already have a lower quote. And somehow he took that to mean let it renew because when the 5th rolled around I got charged again because he let it renew even though i was pretty clear about not wanting to renew. So I call on the fifth they say they will cancel it and refund my money less the cost of 5 days of coverage even though I told them on the 31st I didn't want to pay that much. It's been 2 days and I haven't been refunded. Now he told me progressive has to refund the money and progressive told me to take it up with the agent. I'm pissed and I'm going to do all I can to make sure nobody does business with this company.
