Every single time the tape recording tells me they are flooded with calls and the customer service rep will be over 10 minutes wait. Every time, no matter what hour of the day. This is abominable . The service reps are in the Philippines and probably paid 1.00 the hour. They are helpful and curteous but the waiting time is unacceptable. This needs to be corrected. I would never recommend this credit card to anyone.
