After having lived in a large city, I knew what I wanted to avoid which was being the invisible client who had large deposits and transactions. I avoided banks that employed only young men because they are the worst for making you feel invisible. If you drive through downtown Eugene, you will find a bank on every corner. I was very fortunate to have found my present bank because they know you by name which is remarkable for me after years of experience. I'm now 73 years old, originally from Colorado and since my transactions were small, I was treated accordingly. I'm now dealing with a large trust which was a significant amount of money and not unlike winning a lottery. My mother had no idea of her net worth and I was the sole beneficiary. I have consistently been treated so well by all of the employees that I've been stunned by their behavior towards me. I was recently hospitalized and I received a get well card. ! Anyway I was fortunate to have found an institution where I'm no longer treated poorly and I appreciate the support beyond measure.

I would like to thank Angela S. and Dan F. for their help in disputing these charges. They spent a lot of time with myself and my daughters explaining Card Member Services communications to us. To date the fraudulent charges have all been reversed with one still pending. Thanks to both of you for your invaluable help. You are superheros in my book.
