I have used this ATM on two different occasions. First time…read morewas midday on a Friday. Parking lot is a pita to get in and out of because of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. I didn't feel uncomfortable per say, while navigating towards the ATM but I did watch my surroundings carefully. The second time, last week, was before the bank lobby opened so traffic was minimal. I still kept a close eye around me, there's something about the area that seems very sketchy. As far as this ATM, it's​ performance was suitable for my needs that day and I would give that machine 5 stars. Kudos technology!

I would like to thank Angela S. and Dan F. for their help in disputing these charges. They spent a lot of time with myself and my daughters explaining Card Member Services communications to us. They each got on the phone at separate times and talked with Card Member Services trying to help us in every way possible. To date the fraudulent charges have all been reversed with one still pending. Thanks to both of you for your invaluable help. You are superheros in my book.
