So when we moved to Oregon we really didn't know if we could have such an effortless and ideal experience. I found Oregon Roads online and read all the reviews. We decided to call them to get a feel of what their service would provide. Joy Rose was exactly what we were looking for. She was professional and understood what what we wanted. Leasing from her went smoothly. We traded in our older vehicle and we got the exact car we wanted in the color we preferred and at the price that matched our budget. Flawless and terrific customer service. We highly recommend this company.

Every experience has been so much better than any of the other places around town. While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I recommend Oregon Roads all the time!

I was having problems with my Fiat 500s while driving across the continent. Turns out, the computer in the 2014 Fiat doesn't allow the fuel injection to adjust sufficiently when the altitude changes. I went from about 75 feet above sea level to around 3,000 ft within 400 miles of driving. At 1,000 feet the car wouldn't go faster than 65 mph; at 2,000 ft, 55 mph; and at 3,000 ft, 45. I had to drive in the right lane with my blinkers on. But the service guys didn't seem to understand what was going on. Maybe they did, but we had no discussion on it, except for me explaining this. (I only know this because I have worked on cars and motorcycle repair is my hobby. Later during my trip, I had to stop, shut off the engine, and restart to get the computer to recalibrate the fuel injector properly.) The service station did what they knew to do: make sure the software in my car was upgraded and adjust my tire pressure. Since my car is under warranty, there was no charge, but they were cool about it and made me feel like a welcome customer. These days, we rely too much on computers to tell us what's wrong. What happened to the old days of Car Talk on NPR? If I did not understand how engines work, I might not give 3 stars. However, it's a sign of our time that no one else would explain what was happening because the computer didn't say.

Hardly, they are sending used sh!t boxes out the door and pretending like they don't know when check engines lights fire off multiple times within the first two weeks of ownership - this isn't the budget lot down on 99! But they sure act like it!). Expect to get kicked out of their dealership if they ever make a mistake and absolutely don't expect them to care about you after they take your money! I have invoices to support that their service manager flaps his jaw oozing with misogyny when the needed repairs were handled just fine externally as well as emergency room notes to back up every allegation as it is to do with the gas fumes I was exposed to on the one and only oil change I was able to get on lifetime oil change purchase offered on a secondary car during a purchase in October that they damaged as a result ((and I chose to trade in for $1, because that's all they would offer)) - I don't care about their big feelings when they are the least bit sorry and it's clear their mistake that landed me in the ER isn't a one time event. Others bring their vehicles in for one thing and the service department breaks as much as they can while the vehicles are in their care, so this isn't just a ME problem. I should have read the rest of their reviews before doing further business with them. Buyer Beware!!!!

After carefully reviewing the details of this transaction, our review indicates that the issues referenced in your correspondence were documented and disclosed prior to the sale. The vehicle was sold with approximately 140,000 miles for about $10,000. Prior to delivery, we completed our inspection process, replaced the rear brake pads, and serviced the air conditioning system. During the inspection, we identified that the driver's seat was inoperable. This condition was disclosed and discussed before the sale. Due to the vehicle's age, mileage, and price point, we advised that we would not be repairing the seat. We also offered the option to cancel the transaction if this condition was not acceptable. After being informed of the seat issue, you chose to proceed with the purchase. Following the sale, you requested reimbursement for repairs to the seat. However, this condition had already been disclosed prior to purchase. While we respect your right to share your experience, our position remains that the vehicle was purchased with full disclosure of the seat condition, and any repairs completed afterward were authorized after ownership had transferred to you. Guest Experience Ambassador Swickard Auto Group ===== Our response to BMW Statement of Position, both on June 10, 2026. ===== BMW presents a false and incomplete recounting of events. The list price was $10,500, not $10,000. BMW attempted to increase that during negotiating to more than $11,600. We rejected that and countered with $10,500 (which we paid) provided that: (1) BMW pay all taxes and governmental fees (approximately $500, which we assume it did). The entire sale was conditioned upon mutual approval of a 172 point inspection plan that BMW agreed but failed to provide before closing because "its computer system failed." Apparently remains in failure 2 weeks later since BMW never provided that inspection report to us, but promised (a) it would do so immediately and (b) agreed to make the repairs identified by that inspection as necessary, excluding only the cost of repairing the driver seat, which it declared without evidence to be $3,000. We agreed to take the car elsewhere for the seat repair without affecting the price, but stood firm, as we do now, about BWM's promise to fix the repairs. BMW placed such great reliance on the inspection that it reserved a mutual rescission right if the parties agreed that the cost of repairs was excessive. We did not disagree as to the seat, which Kiefer Mazda repaired for $1,573, half of what BMW tried to extort for us. BMW assured us that it would provide the report and repair the rest of the 172 items for identify which items in its opinion were so extensive as to trigger its rescission right. BMW also repaired the brakes and refilled the cooling gas in the AC system. That is all it did. Not 172 things. BMW never invoked any rescission right (and has negotiated our check), nor has it provided the report that would have allowed it or us to rescind based on the defects it kept hidden from us. The only issue it raised was the seat, something on which we yielded and had repaired in one business day at a dealer a few miles away for half the price BMW demanded. The total cost of repairs Mazda deemed to be essential and made was $4,833.72. That included the seat ($1,573.00), leaving difference of $3,260.72, which it what we seek as reimbursement for what we paid for the 169 inspection items neither objected to nor fixed by BMW. Since BMW did not rescind or repair we had to. BMW owes $3,260.72 based on the agreed deal. BMW has omitted the essence of the dispute. BMW is falsifying what happened to its advantage and to our disadvantage. We are entitled to be reimbursed $3,260.72. If not, BMW will be allowed to defraud us. SUPP. From the very first, Joe had our trust and never let us down. The truck was exactly as described, and it was the first time in 35 years we had ever even considered buying a vehicle without a test drive because of that trust. He made our long-distance purchase from the duty station in Seattle work with text, calls, Venmo for the deposit, and lightning fast response time, even with our three week delay that held the truck for picking up when military scheduling allowed. Joe followed through with every detail and made our son's first vehicle purchase a wholly positive one. Extraordinary and impeccable pride and professionalism in an industry where we thought it was impossible to find anything of the kind! We were so impressed, and recommend Autorama and especially Joe Baudichon without reservation.
