They have not only been able to take care of all of my banking and financial needs, after a recent medical incident, I received a get well card with personal notes signed by each and every staff member. If you wonder if this review is for real... go into Citizens Springfield with this review, and I bet they know who wrote it! :) Citizens Bank, Springfield Branch gets 5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and great business with a wonderful, old-fashioned personal touch. I haven't been able to access my accounts and then my account went past due, and when speaking on the phone to anyone who could help me, it was a different answer and a different process EVERY time we spoke to anyone. Fast forward to calling out of desperation and not wanting our account to get behind further, Member Services transferred me to Collections and instead of understanding our frustration and realizing there was a technical problem with our account, we were threatened by Trent. He talked down to us and was a jerk (trying to not be rude here). I will NEVER recommend this credit union to anyone I like or even people I don't like. NO ONE deserves to be treated this poorly! If I could I would rate this a -5 stars!

Two weeks later I wrote back to them to find out the reason for the delay. I did not get a response to that email message. Are you kidding? Unbelievable! I ended up getting my home loan from Wells Fargo where I received absolute top notch customer service from the beginning of the process to closing. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at SELCO.
