A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. Their pest control is decent but their weed service is not good nor is their problem resolution…read more I agreed to their weed service, which is an annual service with a one time fee per year. It is supposed to include spot treatment and 2 pre-emergent sprays for the year. The first few months were good. A number of weeds started sprouting up back in November. I called customer service and left a message. I never heard back. In December a pest technician came out to spray. I asked him about the weeds and he said there are too many to spot spray but he would order a truck to come cover spray. I haven't heard anything but assumed they sprayed while I was at work. In January I had to travel for work a number of weeks. When I came back, my backyard was a jungle and there were a bunch of weeds in my front yard. My sons and I had to pull the weeds in the front yard because we received letters from my HOA while I was away for work. A pest technician arrived to spray and I spoke to him about the weeds and he responded the same as the first technician, that he would have a truck come and cover spray. This time I followed up with a call to customer service whom I just got off the phone with. The customer service rep admitted that their technician back in December put the note in the wrong spot, a failure on their part, and that their recent technician requested a truck, a number of days ago, so they will schedule a truck to come out on Monday, 5 days from now, to spray the weeds. I said ok but you have been delinquent in the weeds control for a number of months and my sons and I had to pull the weeds in the front yard due to letters from the HOA, how are you going to reconcile that aspect of this situation? Her response was although the technician made a mistake back in December they are sending a truck now at the end of February and that is all they are doing. I told her that wasn't satisfactory and I will be canceling their weed service at the end of the current contract year and she was fine with that. So for a year weed service I am receiving approximately 8 months and having to pull weeds to prevent getting fined by the HOA. Their resolution is to just pick up where they left off. No partial refund, no extension of coverage period. Just, oops, we'll send a truck now.

They wanted to perform a whole home prevention treatment for $2500, that I didn't need. The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. And to top it off, the quote was only given to me verbally, the company never actually followed up with the quote I was supposed to receive. Even after I called and requested. They might be okay, but my experience was subpar.

Within a day, Chad came out and did a complete house walk around including the attic. He provided a recommended solution including sealing all potential entry points, rat traps and a "smoke test" to detect potential bad pipes in the walls. Price was very reasonable. Turns out, a sewer vent pipe had completely rotted out. We would have only found this with that smoke test. No ideal, but we had to cut into the wall at which point we could see where the rat had come through the sewer into our house. A day later a trap caught a big rat. They will come back 3 more times checking for any additional monsters. Thanks Chad & company!
