Attn: Anthem/Phoenix Homeowners, Tree Maintenance, Yardwork: Our family has used this company (Titan Tree Service) in the past and have had nothing but "Headaches" and frustration regarding their workmanship. A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. Their pest control is decent but their weed service is not good nor is their problem resolution. I agreed to their weed service, which is an annual service with a one time fee per year. It is supposed to include spot treatment and 2 pre-emergent sprays for the year. The first few months were good. A number of weeds started sprouting up back in November. I called customer service and left a message. I never heard back. In December a pest technician came out to spray. I asked him about the weeds and he said there are too many to spot spray but he would order a truck to come cover spray. I haven't heard anything but assumed they sprayed while I was at work. In January I had to travel for work a number of weeks. When I came back, my backyard was a jungle and there were a bunch of weeds in my front yard. My sons and I had to pull the weeds in the front yard because we received letters from my HOA while I was away for work. A pest technician arrived to spray and I spoke to him about the weeds and he responded the same as the first technician, that he would have a truck come and cover spray. This time I followed up with a call to customer service whom I just got off the phone with. The customer service rep admitted that their technician back in December put the note in the wrong spot, a failure on their part, and that their recent technician requested a truck, a number of days ago, so they will schedule a truck to come out on Monday, 5 days from now, to spray the weeds. I said ok but you have been delinquent in the weeds control for a number of months and my sons and I had to pull the weeds in the front yard due to letters from the HOA, how are you going to reconcile that aspect of this situation? Her response was although the technician made a mistake back in December they are sending a truck now at the end of February and that is all they are doing. I told her that wasn't satisfactory and I will be canceling their weed service at the end of the current contract year and she was fine with that. So for a year weed service I am receiving approximately 8 months and having to pull weeds to prevent getting fined by the HOA. Their resolution is to just pick up where they left off. No partial refund, no extension of coverage period. Just, oops, we'll send a truck now. read more

I have used Titan now Northwest since 2007. I had a pre-booked early morning monthly service and they always went above and beyond. Since selling to Northwest I can only tell you that this a company I will no longer use. Can't get scheduling right. Tells me I will get someone there between 8-5 on a weekday! I work! Previous appt was always at 6-6:30. Call office. Get a run around. No receipts for payment. Horrid! read more

I was a customer of Titan for the past 2 years. Pleased the first year but then I noticed that mistakes started happening . I always paid a year in advance so I was paid for this year concerning pests (now it's month to month). One time the guy did not ring our door bell and just sprayed the front yard. We were home and have cameras around the house. Came back next day and finished job. Said he rang door bell. Next month new person and sprayed neighbors house. Again excuses. Well everyone makes mistakes but too many new faces. So went and Precise to take care of a mole problem and asked about pests. Loved the deal and the printout of what they use and how it's safe for pets. Long story short. I switched services a month and a half ago and still no refund! They told a number of times it will be mailed. BTW Titan is not giving my full refund. They are charging me month to month on the remaining credit! I just got off the phone with their office here in Anthem and more excuses "it was mailed July 29th". Today is Aug. 7th. I said next stop lawyers. Their reply, "GO AHEAD" and hung up the phone! A trustworthy company. I'm selling my home and needed a termite warranty. (I had completely forgotten that I renewed my warranty last August.) When I spoke to Lexy at Titan she not only reminded me that I was up-to-date, but was really understanding about my mistake. It took her only 5 minutes to email me a copy of my warranty and get me squared away. They could have charged me twice and I wouldn't have even noticed. I have been using Titan Pest Control for many years as they are a local Phoenix company and have always taken great care of me and all my clients that I have referred them to. As a real estate agent, I try very hard to find good honest companies to refer to my clients, this is a big part of my business requirements. I am not the type of person to post picky idle complaints on this site , it is not in my nature to be negative however, I must basically shout this from the roof tops...Titan Pest has been sold to a big corporation out of Anaheim California and it is glaringly obvious they do not care about their customers. I have a termite warranty which I have paid faithfully for the last ten years and now have been chasing this "new" company down to honor their warranty. Today I have made my 4th call in three months to get service, my calls area always answered by the same person who tells me "I will forward your information to someone who will be in touch with you shortly" As I spoke to this woman today asking if I could speak with someone more seniority she informed me she is the only person available and will "forward my information request" and then hung up on me!! Please please avoid using this company. So sad as Titan was a great local business. read more

This was our second time using Titan for residential pest control, and once again, Titan provided excellent service. Our technician, "Jeffery," treated both the interior and exterior of the property. We appreciated the fact Jeffery called to our attention a new subterranean pest issue, which was unknown to us. He also advised us to keep focus on the problem area until his visit next month. Great service today by Technician Mike S in Anthem. He thoroughly sprayed my attic where we have a few scorpions getting in to master bathroom. I have had Titan out before to do same service and it was nothing like what Mike did. He took his time and made sure he got all the nooks and crannies so those pesky scorpions will leave me alone! We had this company seal our first home and seemed to not have any problems. The owner seems like a nice guy but the techs hat came out to our brand new construction were terrible (one of them anyway), he over was kind and kept to himself and did pretty good. The main guy was condescending and rude and left a mess of drywall and whatever they used behind him in almost every room and didn't clean it up. They also damaged many door frames and ways w the ladder. For $1500 I expected consideration for my home. I would never recommend this to anyone! read more

The technician that serviced our home had only been with the company a week and had already received a complaint of having lost a pet of one if their customers. The same technician "managed" to lose our pet as well (albeit accidentally on purpose) and only after a great deal of tribulation was she miraculously found in a distant neighbors yard. So I have used a number of comanies, gone back and forth trying to find the best pest control that works. I hate scorpions and I don't want them in my house!. I have tried everything to doing it myself with stuff from the store, to all natural pest companies that make my house smell wonderful but wasn't great at getting the bugs. I have ended up coming back to titan everytime. So far so good. With their attic dusting, I have probably only had 1-2 (knock on wood) scorpions during the summers that's it!. Aaron and his crew provide the best service around. I had them seal my home right after I bought it. No bugs ever inside! Most other pest control companies come out quarterly to spray. Titan comes out monthly. Here's the kicker; it's the same price or less than the quarterly guys. I never see bugs or weeds in my yard. The office staff is very nice and efficient and the technicians are well trained. I have 3 dogs and they are exceptionally careful to close and lock gates so the animals don't get out. My parents have been using Titan Pest Control for almost 10 years. When I moved to Anthem and wanted to be sure there were no scorpions within a 1 mile radius of our house (hah), I asked my parents who they have been using. They recommended Titan to me. A little concerned about making sure they were good due to my fear of scorpions, I called Titan Pest to see what they can do for me. The office answered all my concerns and were very friendly regardless of my million questions. They assured me they were so confident with their service that they offer re-sprays at no cost should there be an issue within a couple weeks of spraying. The service tech arrived on time and explained the process. He told me what he was going to do and asked if I had any special requests. He left spare sticky traps for me so I can place them in additional places from what he already had them set.
