I do not appreciate the falsities that this company has said to us. We are experiencing a silverfish infestation and they said it comes from the carpet/padding but then when asked to write a statement that states what they verbalized they very rudely backtrack on their claim​ and then accuse us of them being "bamboozled" into talking over the phone with the construction team when the fact of the matter there was zero coercion or malice and they said that they could. The accusations and falsities from this company are incredibly unprofessional. What person talks to a customer with such hostility? Called DK Buell after reading reviews, local family-owned company (a plus), owner's wife answered phone (another plus), super nice and she got me on schedule within two days if I remember correctly. Owner DK Buell showed up for first treatment, explained every step and what to expect in the next few days. Ants GONE next day. I've had them come every month since and had the yard treated, very reasonable charge per month and NO CONTRACT! Have seen a little ant activity a couple of times but they disappear again after treatment, am not surprised because I back a greenbelt. But, I am no longer afraid to stand still in my back yard, and have been able to leave dog food out in the house with no unwelcome visitors! We have been a repeat customer with DK Buell for many years. Their level of service has continued to go down every year. The last few visits the service guy seemed to just be day dreaming thru the visit. Now you cannot reach an actual person in their office. Everything goes to voicemail and you hope for a callback. Most recently I made an appointment the week before and the day of the appointment the truck just never showed up. I sat around for the entire 2 hour window, plus an additional 2 hours waiting. No call, no explanation. And because no one answers the phone at their office no way to know whats happening. Absolutely no way I could recommend this business.
