Let me begin by saying I am terrified of any type of insects. I scream the house down if I see a cricket. My husband and I have a home in Phoenix, Arizona where we travel to a few times a year to get away from the craziness of the city. When we came this time around, we noticed that right in front of our house was a swarm of bees. I panicked and ran back to the car, Jack D. laughed at me as always. I wasn't going to go through the bees to get into the house so I made him take us to my parents home for the night. It was about 9pm and my uncle who happened to be having tea at my parents house told us about core pest solutions. He said that they did some work for him a couple of months back and he was very happy. Jack called them and they came in early the next morning. I wish there was a way to post a negative review:( This is the worst company ever!! The only reason we used them at all is because we just purchased our home and this was the company that the previous owners used for termites and there was a 5 year warranty with this company. First of all-we had called them 3 times and after setting up appointments-3 times they never called or showed up--the fourth time they said they would be at our home between 12-3 and never showed up until 5:30. The guy didn't even drive a company truck or dress professionally. He even had to use our ladder since he didn't have one:( And all he did was to spray canned air into the termite holes and covered them with putty!! And a week later we have new termite trails! We have filed a complaint with the BBB so hopefully we will get our money back-please don't ever use Core Pest Solutions!! read more

I've had Core take care of my house for the last 8 years. Unfortunately, we have a stubborn infestation that seems to come up from under the bath tub. We have had to call them to come back several times over the years for warranty service. I've only had one instance where they did not show up. When called about it, I received an apology and a new date in which they showed up as agreed. One thing to remember, the boss seems to get a little scatter brained with all the aspects of running the business and a reminder phone call is all that it takes to get a firm time for warranty service. They always show up. In conclusion, we have a stubborn, underslab infestation but Core has always come to do what it takes to reapply chemicals. The people we bought our house from had core do a termite treatment. we have had two instances where the termites started again. It is very hard to get him back out to cover the warranty. We schedule with him and sometimes he doesn't show up and doesn't bother to call. then the day of when we set up someone to let him in the house while we are at work and he cancels. unprofessional and poor quality work. read more

John Saxton is the owner of Core Pest Solutions. In April my fiance and I bought a house. The house we bought turned out to have a pretty severe German Roach infestation discovered after we moved in. John was referred to me and my fiance to exterminate the roach infestation. The first thing John did was spray our house and offer a monthly service at $45.00 per month. He did not even access the magnitude of the infestation before he automatically just tried to set us up on a monthly contract. He was very disinterested in actually addressing the issue and more interested in making money off of my fiance and I. We went to a pro pest solution place to get advice because we were continuing to see roaches everywhere after John had sprayed. They told us that he was not doing the right control and that he was just trying to take our money (which I had already figured out). I then called the person who had referred John and asked them to have John come back out and actually treat the house properly. John came back out and was trusted to be left in our house to supposedly drill holes in the walls and place dust and to treat EVERYTHING properly. He honestly didnt know what he was doing because he was claiming that he could not find any visualization of an infestation and basically accusing us of lying about the amount of roaches in the house. John was so nonprofessional he did not even let me know when he was finished treating my house. He left the door open and never text me or called me to let me know he was finished. Our roach problem has NEVER been taken care of as we still are battling the problem daily. John has not responded to my texts or my calls regarding the problem we are still having. Core Pest Solutions just wants your money and does not do the right thing to address issues. We DEFINITELY do not recommend hiring Core Pest Solutions or John to handle any of your pest control issues. TERRIBLE customer service and a scammer!
