We have purchased doors for a whole house renovation from One Stop in the past and were pleased with the products and sales so when we needed replacement widow cranks for 15 year old windows we contacted them. We had the good fortune of connecting with Michelle. Though One Stop didn't carry the brand we needed, Michelle found five other companies one of which was able to provide thr right parts. She was not only helpful but extremely pleasant to work with. read more

Sloooow customer service. I've had bad luck with this place. I think they mean well, but something is lacking. New home builders use them, so they are constantly super busy, and my home had everything in it from One Stop. One of the door knobs to the guestroom fell out and was missing a tiny part, so the whole thing needs to be replaced. A guest got locked in and had to bang on the door. It took a month of constant calling and having trouble getting hold of the right person there to get it ordered. They no longer had my information because it was out of warranty. I paid upfront, and that was on October 18. Today is October 4 and I still have heard nothing. They will have to set up an installation appointment once the product comes in. They may have only one installer. At the rate things are going I'm thinking I will not have this fixed by Thanksgiving. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. If anything goes wrong, they'll ignore your calls, ignore your texts, and ignore your emails. By far the worst company I've ever hired. I can't even begin to list all the issues I've had with One Stop - multiple parts failing just shortly after installation, using garbage parts and then charging to reinstall, showing up and doing half the job and leaving. Just stay far, far away. read more

I've owned a beautiful wood door with side lights from One Stop for 11 years. I'm so happy with it and it's the focal point of my home exterior. I recently had some issues with the door, and when speaking to Mike the Sales Manager, I felt he responded positively and took action right away connecting me with their expert contractor Dan who specializes in doors. The issue was resolved with the focus on customer experience and building a long term customer relationship. Because of this kindness and standing behind their quality, I will continue to use One Stop for future door and window needs, and refer my friends to them as well. Thank you Mike and Dan! read more

We took a part from our sliding glass door to one stop for replacement. We bought the slider from one stop well over 10 years ago. Mike took the part and worked with the door provider to get a replacement. He was able to get us the replacement which worked perfectly. This is an item that at many stores they would have told us we had to buy a new door. Mike did a great job and was super friendly. For is great customer service! read more

Great local business to work and collaborate with, very dependable and offer various choices to choose from.

I went into One Stop looking to replace my front door threshold. I was helped by Mike Silverman who was busy at the time, but he stopped to help me out. I really appreciate his help and customer service and definitely recommend One Stop for anyone looking for windows and doors. Ask for Mike! read more

Got a Dutch door custom made and an Emtek keyless lock from here. The quality of their products is top notch. Joann Z was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond and took her time to walk me through the showroom and made sure I thought about everything I needed. She asked me questions that I didn't think about which helped me avoid any mistakes that could have been made. She provided me with catalogs to help me do some research. She has speedy communication which I really appreciate. Overall she has strong customer service, is very friendly and attentive and cares about her customers. read more

This company's driver has some issues. That driver was in first lane and i was in second lane. I tried to move to first lane to make a right and he was about 100 feet behind me. Once I put left signal to change the lane, he suddenly accerlated the truck and almost hit my car on purpose. Then he kept holding middle finger at me.And he kept driving aggressive and came right next to me and held middle finger at me. I had two 1 year old babies in my car. He literally threatend my family just because i went in front of him. Hope the owner do something with that insane driver who does road rage. read more

It's always a pleasure working with OSWD and especially Mike Silverman. From a professional standpoint we have had an amazing relationship where he has always provided my customers with top notch service and we both offer products that work hand and hand with each other that allows them to one stop shop. I love being able to work with another professional that is on the same page as you where we have one goal in mind and that is to make our customers happy. Very rare to find these days and I can always count on Mike to be that guy! read more

I went in One Stop today to inquire about a few things but in particular, an aluminum french casement window. After waiting a few minutes, a receptionist finally approached me. The receptionist brought over a salesman who came out from the back, quite annoyed and rolled his eyes at the sight of me. I inquired about aluminum or steel casement windows and he acted like they were going to be out of my ballpark and promptly said "they are very expensive". I told him that's a blanket statement, and asked "are they $10,000, $6,000, or like $4,000?". He replied that they are in the ballpark of $10,000 (which honestly is an overstatement since I already went to Ganahl Lumber and they run about $4,000). He was so dismissive it was unbelievable since I am ready to purchase right now and in the near future over $100,000 worth of bifold sliders. It's kind of interesting because before I left the house I asked my wife if I should change from my camo shorts and baseball cap since I was warned at Ganahl the folks at One Stop don't like to deal with homeowners. The last time I was prequalified for the way I was dressed was when I got off the plane in snooty Bermuda. Oh well.. One Stop you lost out on some good business from this homeowner with your elitist and smug attitude. read more

Couldn't find a door shoe in any of the big name places for an older door, they had it. Mike Silverman very knowledgeable and helpful. Also helped me out with a window part that had coil springs that I couldn't get information anywhere else. Other specialty stores seemed too interested in commissions on huge orders, and didn't want to bother with me when it was small parts I was looking for. Now live and work in Koreatown close to metro Los Angeles, still come here for all my window and door needs, Highly recommend. read more

I went in to inquire about some Milgard patio doors. I was helped by a guy named Robert L. Very dismissive and didn't want to show me anything. He told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot. I kept asking questions and eventually got a brochure. I get that the lead time is long and the price for these doors are not cheap but the customer service was rude and lacking. I took my business elsewhere. If you want condescending staff and poor service this is the place. Cheers read more

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff on both occasions I've contacted them (once in person, once via phone).

Terrible and unfriendly service. My wife and I went to look at Baldwin door locks & door handles during the limited time we had together (as busy professionals) for our home. A gray-haired man approached us and informed us we came at an inconvenient time for him (his lunch break) and works by appointment only. He didn't bother asking if we could meet with him at a more convenient time (as I can understand if he had a lunch appointment himself). So we were left on our own on the 2nd floor showroom to browse by ourselves with no one attending to us. This is a case where they let their showroom become a showroom for another store as we got a feel for what we liked vs. didn't like (that we couldn't do online). We snapped pictures of the one we liked to discuss with another store who had friendlier customer service. This store doesn't seem to understand the value of customer service when I can find the best price in seconds on my phone. If there is no customer service - I'm going to pick based on price instead of relationship. I opted to buy at a local store instead of online as I value knowledge & expertise of people who are exclusively selling niche products like high-end door locks & handles. It is sad to see when you have grumpy curmudgeons that are essentially referring business away by turning off new customers ...and they're going to wonder why their business dried up and blame the online stores for killing their business. Customer service and selling your knowledgeability about the products relative to your local market (i.e., beach homes and styles) is highly valuable to buyers like me that have a moderate budget to spend. Paying an extra 20% to make sure I didn't buy $2,000 - $3,000 of the wrong door locks & handles is worth it to me. read more

Our friend decided that she would like a pair of new front doors on her home in San Pedro. After looking at different designs online, she settled on the JeldWen A1322 Rustic fiberglass exterior door. JeldWen's website directed us to One Stop Windows and Doors so we drove over to Torrance one afternoon. We were 'assisted' by Mike who appeared to have decided that we weren't serious about buying anything from the moment we walked through the door. They had a sample of the A1322 in the store and our friend absolutely loved it. We asked questions about color choices/shade charts and he somewhat reticently went to track down a pile of color chips mumbling something about the fact that the color samples they had don't match the current finish colors that Jeld Wen is using. We gave him the dimensions of the rough opening for the existing door (basically a couple of 30x80 doors) and he said that he couldn't give us a quote since their computer system was down. He took our email addresses so he could send one through later. After not hearing back for a week or so, we called them up and asked if Mike could return a call to us and send through the quote. Still nada. So in the end, we went to Home Depot and bought them there instead as they also sell Jeld Wen doors. If it is this difficult to squeeze a quote/estimate out of them, I can only imagine how half-assed their post sales service might be if something goes awry. By all means go here to get ideas, but go somewhere else or deal with someone other than Mike if you actually want to buy something. read more

Went in today to order a new front door. The lady at the front desk ignored us. We stood in front of her as she shuffled papers. We then proceeded to walk around hoping someone would approach us and at least say "good afternoon, how can I help you?". We were the only customers in the store at about 2:30 p.m. today. As they say...first impressions are everything. You need to hire a good PR firm as the woman at the front desk aint cuttin' it. I guess One Stop has enough business and are not interested in new customers. We high tailed it over to Five-Points Windows and Doors in Torrance and were immediately welcomed with a smile and Rafael was happy to help us with our door order. read more

Went into One Stop a few weeks back to get an idea on a replacement for our front door, which is probably from the 1950s and not really a standard door. Mike Silverman made some great suggestions and explained everything very nicely. Quick and easy. Thanks! read more

Extremely professional installation team for 6 panel sliding door system. Very impressed with reaction of building inspector. Door price not bad BUT they charged nearly $1000 per hour to install. I have been very fortunate to have an extremely professional and more importantly knowledgeable team of people working with me post the instillation of multiple FLEETWOOD doors. John and Mike have worked in tandem to assure a positive outcome with not only the product they have represented, but with all aspects of the operation of that product to include the automation. I would recommend this company and these two service professionals with complete confidence. read more

Wow! Candy store for beautiful anything for home or business. Great staff with unique quality products.

Don't waist your time! I tried to engage to buy all new windows for my house and Bertha wouldn't give me the time of day. I was standing in the showroom, mentioned that we were told to ask for Bertha and because we didn't have an appointment, we were told to come back next week and Bertha literally walked away without even saying hello or acknowledging me or my wife. Shocking for a salesperson! I walked to my car and called Cooks and Learned Lumber. Both responded immediately, were incredibly helpful and clearly wanted my business. Never again will I attempt to give One Stop business and will recommend that people stay away. read more

One stop was great, the organized handling of my new windows was really a refreshing surprise. I replaced 6 double hung windows with beautiful Marvin casement windows. With the summer heat they ate so muck more efficient than the double hung ones. The crew who installed them was at my house the whole day, and actually left my house a bit cleaner than before they came. Richard and his crew were very respectful and professional. We replaced the windows in our home and went with One Stop. They had a great selection of windows to choose from. We chose Milgard Tuscany. Beth is the person that helped us choose the style. Thanks, Beth. John Oliver was the installer. He worked with us so the time of installation was convenient for us. I carefully watched as he and his team removed and installed the windows. They were neat courteous, and precise in the install. They reminded me of someone putting in windows in a space shuttle. Glad I went with One Stop, and I'm lucky John Oliver was the installer. This comany is a joke! DO NOT bring your business here! You won't get anything in a timely manner and you have to keep hounding them to get a quote. Their reasoning is that they're busy but every company is busy, but other companies can produce a quote for you in a day. I have been warned from other Window and Door companies in the South Bay about what a joke One Stop is....I see why now. They will patronize you over the phone and act very unprofessional. I'm kind of shocked at how patronizing they were over the phone. Extremely rude and I will make sure I spread the word about One Stop! Horrible Horrible customer service!!! read more

In November 2016 I bought a new Milgard window and had it installed in a rough opening (not a retrofit) from One Stop. Both the purchase and installation went perfectly. So when it came to retrofitting 1971 aluminum single-pane windows, I got two bids and One Stop was best, so I used them again. The product and installation went perfectly. We only retrofitted the windows on one floor of the house and will do the other half next year and I plan to use One Stop again. Megan was our salesperson each time and she is fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and gave us great service. Mike was great for scheduling, and John and Tony were great installers (paying particular attention to keeping our cats safe). This is our second house with Milgard and we like the product. I read these bad reviews and I'm surprised; all my dealings with One Stop have been wonderful. read more
