We walked in and the staff were very friendly, took our stuff and asked what kind of soap we wanted. The regular detergent has a scent. We didn't want the scent and so, chose the organic soap. Bingo, the right decision. Our clean clothing was ready about 6 hours later, beautifully folded and wonderfully clean. The cost was completely reasonable. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.
