What a little gem in town. It is a rare Asian fusion brunch in the San Ramon which just expanded their breakfast service. Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Price was very reasonable. I am bored with the traditional American breakfast. It had freshening up my taste bud. The crab egg benedict doesn't have the greasy crab cake like other. The hollandaise sauce is not heavy. They opt for a round toast instead of English muffin. It made the entire dish tastes better. My DH ordered the lobster benedict. Again instead of English muffin, it surprised us with waffle. No soggy feeling when eating with soft boiled eggs and sauce. The Vietnamese coffee is very authentic. Pancake and waffle are amazingly fluffy. Love the buttery maple syrup. This restaurant is definitely suitable for girl night out, family gathering and school booster banquet. Nice interior design with a lot of photo spots. We will definitely return.

spending mother's day here. place is quite spacious and ambiance is great. staffs are nice and service is great. foods taste great. the crispy pork belly even though a bit salty but i will say a recommended food. kao soi is ok but need a bit more tender for the braised ribs. may be because of mother's day, a bit too long waiting for the foods and not all of them come at once...

Absolutely amazing! I took my mom here for brunch on mother's Day and it was perfect! We had reservations so there was no wait. The space is on the small side but it's super cute. The staff was kind and friendly. And the food was excellent. I ordered the creme brulee French toast with caramelized bananas, bacon and eggs and a purple Oracle mocktail. My mom ordered the mixed berry pancakes, bacon, potatoes and the soju margarita. We also shared an order of the crab rangoon, And they gave my mom a slice of tiramisu in honor of mother's Day! We really enjoyed our food and I intend to come back so that I can try the Thai menu since the majority of our selections were from the brunch menu!

One House Bistro opened in a space vacated by Atown Pizza & Kabob House et al. Spectacular, new, glitzy, Instagrammable interior. Limited seating inside, one table outside. A fountain and a lounge chair is clickbait for pics, doesn't enhance dining experience. Got seated, ordered. Food came in 7ish minutes. Offerings (usual Thai + fusion): small plates, soups, desserts. Lunch/house/chef's specials, salads, One House spaghetti, curries, meat & seafood, fried rice & noodles, drinks, alcohol.. Bites: Apple's Sea Bass salad (26) -basically papaya salad upgraded with a deep fried sea bass, shredded apples, roasted coconut, nuts, red onions, scallions, house dressing. Dressing same as for papaya salad. -sea bass nicely fried, had moist bland flesh. Dipping it into dressing adds a bit flava. -salad fresh as there's plenty of crunch, veggies not tasted. Only tartness from onions/dressing tastable. -instagrammable. -1/2 thru, my eyes & stomach lost interest. Took rest to go. *service slow at times as only one server worked all the tables. Other server tabulated the tabs. 3.5 stars semi-worthy: YMMV. Quality: gimmicky. Tastelessness matters. Quantity: reasonable. **now I know why I hesitated coming here earlier. Nothing special. Fusion dishes so-so.

This is the second time I've come to One House Bistro. The decor is beautiful. The food is delicious. The one thing I found annoying at this lunch was trying to get the waitresses attentions. They get focused on what they are doing and aren't looking at the customers when they're walking around. When I finally got one waitress' attention, I asked for a replacement napkin since mine got blown off my lap by the air conditioner that was blowing pretty hard. She said okay. She walked away and then came back out with a customer's order and forgot about my napkin. It took her a while before she noticed me looking at her and realized she forgot to bring me my replacement napkin. She did finally bring me several napkins. It appears that parking may be harder to find close by the restaurant during peak hours because the restaurant is located in a strip mall that doesn't have a huge parking lot.

The exterior does not do the interior decor justice. Faux flowers on the wall, fancy cutlery and utensils, Photo Booth wall op. Very romantic and date worthy kind of local restaurant. We ordered: -soft shell crab rice salad and the menu did not state that it has nuts. I'm allergic to nuts. But they were apologetic and made us a new one and still gave us the old one for my wife to eat. It was really delicious but mildly spicy. -sea bass - the sea bass was very slightly over-fried but the red curry was on point. -eggplant delight was good too. Alcoholic drink menu had wines and cocktails that were all soju based. Looked on Yelp photos and it does appear that they switch out their chef specials often. I can't wait to come back and try other items.

My gf and I decided to try this place and we made reservation, so we didn't wait long. We ordered fired fish, crispy rice salad, pork belly and papaya salad. It was all delish with decent portions. For dessert we went with caramelized banana with ice cream and it was just ok, nothing special. I wanted a cocktail, but they're still waiting for their liquor license so all they had was soju base cocktails. It was way too sweet for me. Overall great service, flavorful dishes, and cute decor.

instagrammable interior, food was good but not impressive. Everything was okay except for the Mgic Noodle which was very salty.

I came here for my friend's birthday one day and I can see why it's so packed! I should've called for a reservation but we got seated fairly quickly. The interior of this place is unmatched by any other restaurant I've been to thus far. They even have a little fountain inside. I got the Roti w/ yellow curry - Delicious. The roti was soft and flaky. The curry was creamy and rich, yet not too heavy. Sweet and filled with coconut flavor. The blends of spices made me want to eat everything drenched with the curry. Chicken satay - The peanut sauce was delicious. Sweet and aromatic. The chicken was grilled to perfection and had a rather sweet glaze to it. Solid appetizer. One house platter- This was good, but you can probably skip this one. This dish is similar to Vietnamese plates that include vermicelli, grilled pork chops, and egg rolls. Everything was still delicious! It came with a lot of veggies and you can make lettuce wraps with all the goods it came with. It comes with shrimp tempura, chicken meat balls, egg rolls, and bbq pork. The bbq pork had a nice grill flavor and the chicken meat balls were tender. Overall, this place is a super solid spot for dinner with your family or even a date!

Okay, I'll admit it One House Bistro totally threw me off at first. I'm so used to Thai restaurants being called Thai and "insert word here" like Garden, Orchid, or Palace, that I wasn't expecting a quaint little bistro tucked away in San Ramon with such a unique vibe. The moment we stepped in, I felt like I had wandered into a chic French pastry shop. The decor is cozy and elegant, the kind of spot where you sip tea and feel a little fancy. But make no mistake: this is solid, flavorful Thai food through and through. Let's get to the good stuff: the food. We tried two dishes and wow, they delivered. 1. BBQ Pork Lunch Special This is my go-to test dish at every Thai restaurant. Sometimes it's dry, overcooked, or portioned out like it's on a diet. Not here. Perfectly grilled, juicy, flavorful, and paired with a sweet dipping sauce that makes you want to slather it on everything. Comes with rice and salad, and yes leftovers are guaranteed (and proudly taken home). 2. Crispy Pork Belly with Mixed Veggies Listen. We've tried this dish at other places, and the portions were usually... let's just say "delicate." Not here! Thick, generous slices of crispy pork belly served hot and fresh, with crunchy veggies that balance the richness. This dish alone is enough to make us fans. Service? On point. Super friendly, fast, and consistent what more can you ask for? They were also accommodating with my wife who was celebrating her birthday and surprised her with some birthday treat and candles for her to blow All in all, One House Bistro was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. Great food, great service, cozy atmosphere, and generous portions. We'll absolutely be back. This bistro may not have "Thai" in the name, but it's definitely earned a spot on our Thai food go-to list!

    Tiramisu and birthday dessert

A very aesthetically pleasing to the eye restaurant with equally eye popping menu, serving dishes. The drinks tasted just as good as they looked and the food was presented very well and was flavorful. We had the roti canai and the avocado spring rolls for appetizers. Main meal was yellow curry, tofu with green beans and noodles. Each dish had distinct flavors and all tastes really good. The birthday dessert was a work of art, with little candles (very aesthetic) and the tiramisu was well done too. Service was quick and attentive, maybe a little too attentive at times where we felt interrupted mid conversation multiple times and felt we were being rushed even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy on that Sunday evening.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my cousin's graduation. We were a party of nine and were able to make a same-day reservation with no problem. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the lobster fried rice, green curry, ahi tuna tower, and pad see ew. All the dishes were delicious. I also had a piña colada, and it was mixed perfectly. I will definitely be back. I still think about the fried rice and can't wait to return for more!

    Thai ice tea float

We got the beef curry, the lobster pad thai, and the thai tea float. The curry is really rich and flavorful while the beef is very tender. It was so tender it was hard to pick up with a fork! The lobster pad thai also has a really good flavor profile. The thai ice tea float is very creamy and delicious! It also comes with a cute paper flower on the straw. Compliments the rest of the meal very well! I highly recommend if you're in San Ramon and want thai food!
