After picking out a product I wanted to purchase, I couldn't locate where the checkout stand was and realized once I did, some guy was sitting there asleep! I had to make some noise for him to wake up so he could ring me up. What the heck?! I get the place was empty, but sleeping on the job??? To make matters worse, his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Seems like he was grumpy from me waking him up from his power nap. My most recent visit was a bit of a struggle. we hit a payload at the Disney store so while holding onto all our purchases, and with a toddler trying to feed her her snacks without her dumping it all over the floor - an associate was like, hey, you look like you need a hand, we can hold your bags for you - made a world of difference! A K-pop store at the Oaks?! Yes!!…read more Such a nice surprise on the second level. As soon as you go up the stairs this spacious store welcomes you on the left hand side. I went to check it out when the cute cuts outs of the cartoon BTS greeted me. I controlled myself from squealing because the bestie was with me and I pretty much dragged her in, then I was able to fully take in the vastness of their BT21 merchandise. Happy Army. Pens, pencils, pillows, tote bags, key chains, white out, lanyards, stuffies, on and on. Even though it's mostly BTS merch, in the back, they also have other K-pop goodies. As if this wasn't enough, BTS was playing in the background. If you have a K-pop fan in your life bring them here or get some stuff for them. Don't forget the photo op with the group cut out boards.
