The texture and crisp of the katsu chicken was crunchy and melts in your mouth. As foodies, I don't normally give Yelp reviews because I like to keep my secret food places to myself. But I spoke with the owner and they are such kind people and listen to your recommendations. The owner and his son's love for food is apparent in their cooking, and they seem to value their customers thoughts and opinions on their food. As a personal preference, I wished the potatoes were seasoned just a bit more. My roommate thought his breakfast burrito was great and made mention that the chorizo wasn't overly greasy and had good flavor.
