I love omega! I order delivery from here very regularly and they are always not only friendly, fast, and have a good selection, their food is always fresh and delicious. Salads are dark greens (not iceberg) and chicken is not frozen. When I'm sick I always order what I call their "magic soup" (some kind of greek soup, just trust me it's amazing!). Place should be ashamed of the food theyre putting out. Omega is all over the state and this has got to be the worst one. We ordered a chicken kabob salad with extra feta and extra pita. The thing came with yellow lettace, some brown and maybe a handful of chicken. The feta was not extra they maybe poured a tablespoon of store bought feta onto the top of the yellow lettace. AVOID. I went here not long ago with my boyfriend while we were shopping in the local plaza it is located. We walked in, and ordered. The staff was friendly enough .. the only good point of this place. We got our food, and sat by the window. When we sat down, the chair wobbled and the tabletop was sticky. There was also a disturbing amount of flies near the window, swarming around the restaurant. It was so dirty that I literally couldn't eat my food. It made me wonder if it was like that in the 'dining' section....what could the kitchen be like?! The pizza was below average as well. My boyfriend used the word "grotesque" to describe the food/restaurant in general. We ended up throwing our meals away and going to another restaurant for lunch. what a waste of money. read more

I've ordered take out here several times and sometimes it can be a hit or a miss. Overall, staff is friendly and their seating is very spacious. Enjoy some sports on the big screen and enjoy your meal. I ordered a roast beef three way and it came with steak fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was definitely on the sour side, not in my favor. The steak fries are what you would expect if you were to cook then at home. Last of all the roast beef was mediocre. Next time request the bun to be toasted it will make a huge difference. The service is horrific. The food is as bad. We ordered a few salads for delivery and they came with old, rotten feta. We called to ask for new salads and after receiving a less than agreeable attitude, they sent the delivery driver to get the salads BUT didn't send the new order, they claimed they needed the old salad back FIRST. When we called back to cancel and have our credit card refunded, they claimed they were not able to refund the CC. I would strongly suggest you don't bother with this place. read more

I live really close to Omega and I'd still come here even if I didn't. My family and I pretty much always call in our orders to go. The food is always ready on time and done correctly at a great price. The one and ONLY time they forgot something, they sent a driver to my house to make sure I got it. Now THAT is customer service. My favorite thing to get is their buffalo chicken, but there's nothing they don't do well. I've had their pizza, calzones, souvlaki, fries, and kabob salads. It's all worth ordering again. My mom speaks highly of their egg lemon soup as well. Andreas and his crew made the time to know me and my family by name and are always smiling and friendly. We've ordered from here a few times- both delivery and pick-up, and have never had a problem. Staff has been friendly and they're quick with orders. The pizza isn't the best I've ever had (my family and myself were in the pizza business for many years so we tend to be harsh judgers of pizza places) but it's good. STAY AWAY from this place. Had a large order delivered to a local hotel. I specifically asked for paper plates & utensils because I didn't want to rely on common sense... I should have know better.... Food was a half hour late, no utensils or plates, missing part of our order. I called to complain & the nice man at OMEGA said he'd send the driver right back with all that was missing.... They closed 2 hours ago & I'm still waiting. I come out to Middleton every week the past few months for work and have been coming to Omega Pizza every one of those days for lunch (really, every day). Rude , lazy and ignorat, sat out front waiting for service for at least 15 min , looking at my pizza's sitting on a counter open while the owner sat in the back with another guy looking at something, finally noticed me and came out front as the phone rang, of corse he picked it up and was on a 10 min conversation about chicken parm, 20-25 min after i arrived he asked me if he could help me , i asked if those were my pizzas sitting on the counter, he said yes arrogantly i walked out. I got the roast beef and cheesy fries. The roast beef tasted good but it was cold. The cheesy fries looked absolutely disgusting and I just threw them away. The cheese looked like cheese that gets sprayed out of those cheese cans, not melted cheese like i expected. The bacon was just large pieces of bacon laying over it. Signs say "homemade" and "fresh never frozen." Seemed promising. Ordered an eggplant sub extra sauce. Stingy portion of eggplant was obviously frozen. Even worse, it was rubbery, heavily breaded, and not chewable, nevermind edible. Was bone dry with very little sauce as well. When I went to ask for my money back, the owner sarcastically asked me whether I expected him the harvest fresh eggplant from his garden. He then proceeded to argue and interrupt me as I repeatedly asked for my money back. I don't know what's worse, the owner's attitude, his false advertising, or his food. Price was unreasonably high and lack of air conditioning would have made eating there unbearable anyway. read more

While the pizza was good and delivery was timely, I have to say that customer service is poor!! I place an order for a large pepperoni pizza, small cheese pizza, and a large chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza. The pizza was delivered and the kids started eating it. I came over and noticed a problem. I was delivered the first 2 correctly, but the third was instead a chicken bacon Alfredo pizza. I called and spoke to a woman about the incorrect pizza and she proceeded to tell me that I was incorrect and that I ordered chicken bacon alfredo. I had already checked my receipt prior to calling and I already knew that I was correct. She then proceeded to say that when he gets back, if the receipt shows that I was correct that they could send me a new one and we could return the incorrect pizza. I notified her that the children had already started eating it before I noticed the obvious error and she then indicated that since it was already being consumed that basically....Oh well. We just ordered from here and we hadn't had their food in a while and I couldn't remember why. NOW I remember why. Food that was packed in a paper bag only was cold, my husband didn't even get his Super beef deluxe because instead of writing it down correctly we got a grilled cheese. (they don't repeat the order to make sure they've written in down correctly) Then when I called up to tell him this, the guy said he would bring up the sandwich in person. That sounded good BUT he expected us to pay for this sandwich and delivery (umm I think not!) which should have been made the first time I asked for it. (you don't ask customers to pay for your mess up...Listening skills 101) Also, if you have two phones going at the same time you really should complete the first order CLEARLY and pay attention to what's being said to you. We have ordered several times from Omega Pizza and we absolutely love their shrimp and buffalo chicken pizza. The service during our visit or delivery has also been great. As a result, we decided to use their catering services for our son's 2nd birthday party. We had a very large group, 40 adults and 20 kids, decided to order a large tray of chicken kabob salad and 20 pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, chicken alfredo, meat lovers, peppers and onions and of course the buffalo chicken).
