Great time and service. We had a nice table in the back with friends. The bar area was jam packed and loud as to be expected, but the other dining rooms were less noisy with more space. Large outdoor area for seating too which was nice. We ordered appetizers and salads. Our server Noah was excellent and very attentive. We enjoy coming here when we are in town. The food has always been solid and the atmosphere is nice. Always lots of parking too.

friend recommended this place to us... we ate in the bar area which is self seated. Lively atmosphere with a good amount of people for a weekday night. We ordered the zucchini sticks, steak fajitas and the sirloin. Good size portions for everything, but the sirloin had more of a hamburger consistency. We really liked the dipping sauces for the zucchini sticks. Ended the night with a Samoa inspired martini and chocolate brownie sundae. Brownie was big but lacked in warmth and texture was more cakey. Big menu so we will have to try something new next time

Decent food and decent restaurant experience. My Sylvan Street Panini was great. We're not from here, but the vibe reminded me of a local version of an AppleBees or TGIFridays. No shade. The food was solid. We've come back.

Met friends for dinner on a Friday night. This place gets very busy and doesn't take reservations. There's two distinctly different parts of the restaurant- the room with the bar with lots of tables and a large bar area. It's loud, active and fun but we chose the other- back area which is much quieter and better for conversations. Our server was great- very attentive, responsive and friendly. SSG has a huge menu and also specials. I also appreciated the large draft menu- great selection. The wine menu was also quite varied. Friends split fajitas which were tasty, though not sizzling. The California wrap was tasty but missing avocados. The Sylvan Street Panini- grilled chicken, roasted peppers with mozzarella was fresh and delicious. All in all this is an upbeat place with a wide menu, good food and service.

Just an awful meal ! Steak overcooked, vegetables undercooked and mashed dry. Would not come back here.

Dinner time...baked haddock with zucchini and rice pilaf and a California wrap of grilled chicken, chipotle mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato. (I removed the wrap). Very good food. Glad we ate in the dining room. So much more quiet.

Phenomenal customer service, food was very ok! Parking is decent, if it were a packed house, then parking would be difficult. The staff were amazing, I had a server who was very attentive, and would continually checkup on me. I didn't enjoy the food as much as but even when I expressed that, my server tried to ask what they could adjust or change in the moment to help which was amazing, and I've never had someone do that before which is nice! I got the turkey burger which consisted of avocado and egg, the texture was very strange, and I didn't finish it. I also got their garlic mashed potatoes to which I couldn't taste the garlic and they were just very dry, and I also didn't finish it. The highlight was dessert which was a cute little creme brûlée. Everything comes in huge portions something to keep in mind when ordering entrees. The service alone was enough to keep me curious about this space, I will return, and try a different set of food when I do.

The food is decent but it is just typical bar food. Same old menu for years. Boring. The outside patio is nice in the summer.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant in town, and the restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, and it absolutely delivered. The food completely blew me away. Every dish was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, which is even more impressive considering how new the restaurant is. I'm honestly still dreaming about this place and would eat here every night if I could. The atmosphere was packed and lively but not too loud, exactly what I wanted for a Saturday night dining experience. And a special shoutout to the manager; she was an absolute angel. Not too busy late on a Sunday morning. Service/Food: I got the crispy French toast which was two thick cut slices with a very good berry compote. It was overall good but unfortunately they don't have real maple syrup. I had asked before ordering if they had real maple syrup and the server said yes, but when I was served it was the fake stuff. They were gracious in giving me extra berry compote as an alternative. Value: $46 for French toast, chicken + waffles, side home fries, and a coffee. Other: Good amount of parking available. Overall had a decent meal but as a French toast lover, I wouldn't go back for breakfast unless I bring my own maple syrup or they add it to their menu.

"It's much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality" - i picked it because of this quote on the menu, and i forgot how much i used to love p!atd. i thought to myself, "i've heard this before somewhere..." i loved the bread & roasted garlic butter, however on a little cutting board it was difficult not to make a mess. i guess that's part of what makes it "kitchen table." it is the perfect, round sourdough loaf with the most delicious butter. the roasted chicken was prepared flawlessly. juicy and tender inside, and a perfect crispy skin, just wow. i absolutely loved the selection of spring vegetables, along with the sherry sauce; sautéed spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and onions. the mashed potatoes were perfect once i added extra salt, extra pepper & whipped it up with more of that garlic butter to my liking, however it was prepared great. i requested it without bacon butter, how it typically comes prepared, and the garlic butter is a great substitute. everything was impeccable. i travel to boston often just for food, because i find that the food in beverly, as a whole, is just not up to par, even with all of the marketing. kitchen table is different than any other restaurant in beverly, and now i don't have to travel so far to get the most delicious meals! i am honestly blown away by how amazing my meal was, and i highly recommend kitchen table to anyone in the north shore, and i'd even say it's completely worth going out of your way for. whether solo, a romantic or friend date, or with a small or large group, kitchen table is here to serve (one of the best meals you've had in a long time). there were some other ladies at the bar that were extremely hospitable and helpful as well, i didn't catch their names this time. i wanted to take some pictures at the end of my meal, at closing time when it had emptied out, and molly encouraged me to take all the pictures i needed. just fantastic service by all of the staff. i couldn't be happier with my first experience at kitchen table. here's to many more! ambiance: 4.9/5 food: 5/5 drinks: 5/5 service: 5/5 kitchen table: 5/5
