I've gotten take out from here a few times now. Each time the food has held up well during travel, even the bun doesn't get soggy! The food has been flavorful, moist, and cooked just right each time. I've also had some other menu items not pictured here, such as their chicken sandwich and lava cake dessert; They are both really good! The lava cake isn't quite a lava cake, but delish nonetheless. Made a reservation and was seated immediately upon arrival. The service was impeccable from start to finish. This was my first time visiting this restaurant in town, and the restaurant came highly recommended by a friend, and it absolutely delivered. The food completely blew me away. Every dish was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, which is even more impressive considering how new the restaurant is. I'm honestly still dreaming about this place and would eat here every night if I could. Went for brunch, food was good with a small hiccup. Vibe: Casual place but the decor takes it up a notch, there is a bar and lots of surrounding tables. Not too busy late on a Sunday morning. Service/Food: I got the crispy French toast which was two thick cut slices with a very good berry compote. It was overall good but unfortunately they don't have real maple syrup. I had asked before ordering if they had real maple syrup and the server said yes, but when I was served it was the fake stuff. They were gracious in giving me extra berry compote as an alternative. Value: $46 for French toast, chicken + waffles, side home fries, and a coffee. Other: Good amount of parking available. From the moment I walked in this was an exceptional experience.Danny greeted & seated me. A very nice and happy waitress. I started with calamari and it was the best I have ever had!! I got a side of grilled asparagus that was cooked perfectly. I order a blue fin mai tai to wash it down and that was even delicious and present in a unique glass. Lastly I order a bowl of their seafood soup that was out of this world. Everything is priced perfectly for such a high quality and quantity. This was all ordered as a side, appetizer and soup. Now I see why this place is closing temporarily as it is in desperate need of a rebrand. Anytime you look at a menu and you see about four or five different types of cuisine, you probably know the food you're gonna get will not be good. Restaurants are successful when they focus on one type of food or fusion, but in this case they had Spanish, Indian, American, and Italian dishes, the menu made no sense. The tropical decor alongside the green velvet chairs really confused things. The $16 berry wise dad cocktail was completely watered down. The burger tasted like it was deep fried in char, and was very dry. Two people at the table ordered the Nashville fried chicken sandwich, and it truly tasted like a soccer cleat, the sauce was disgusting and had a horrible aftertaste. My husband kept having to spit portions of it out because of how hard the chicken was (or we hope it was chicken). Nothing tasted fresh. The mussels tasted like some kind of weird onion soup. The mac & cheese was not baked, and was grainy and very wet. When you go to a restaurant on a Saturday night and the only area that's full is the bar, don't walk -- RUN! We won't be back. read more

The home fries were slightly oily but very tasty. The Bloody Mary was spicy even tho I ordered the non spicy version. If I actually got the non spicy version then know that the spicy will melt steel. My wife ordered the Chicken and Waffles and I got the Western. We lived in the South for 12 years and she said this is the best y'all will get in the North East. Meaning it is very good. The omelette was nothing fancy but very hearty and cooked perfectly. The potatoes were also great. The service was very friendly with a welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this place. I was at a conference in Danvers and looking for a restaurant that was better than our hotel restaurant, as it was horrible. This restaurant was suggested to me by my son as he moved up this way and we were having brunch there on Sunday. We made reservations and were seated pretty quick when we got there. The ambience of the place is pretty cool, they have green velvet booths, lots of plants and really nice lighting. I think they were shorthanded because it took a very long time to get waited on. However, when we did get waited on our waitress is very nice and we ordered our drinks. Martini was very good but very tiny. The wine pours were also pretty small. The food that we had was phenomenal. The bowl I had with falafel was absolutely delicious. The pumpkin hummus was such a nice touch that I had never had before. The steak tips that they serve are grilled, which isn't common. My friend that had those said they were very good and perfectly cooked. My friend who had the Cubano said it was delicious and my other friend who had the steak and cheese it was really good. The steak and cheese sandwich actually had the steak tips in it. Took a while to get our bill and one of us had to actually get up and get the waitress who was behind the bar doing dishes. So they were definitely shorthanded. I just wanna point this out to everyone so they understand that they're shorthanded and service may be slow, but it's definitely worth the wait. I return for brunch on Sunday with my son and had a very good oat milk cappuccino. It did take a while for the waitress to wait on us, but the food was fantastic. Wonderful hidden gem in millford. In a sea of restaurants that on the surface seem like a local place but once you get inside it's the same reheated menu you have seen at a dozen of other "local" places this restaurant dares to actually cook food inhouse. Good service and waiters and front of house that remember you. The food is excellent to great for every dish and priced competitively to places that are just reheating Sysco premades. I have to say for a small family owned restaurant and bar, It was truly wonderful. The food was tasty enjoyable and the service was pleasant and welcoming. We were looking for someplace that was open a little later than usual and this fit the bill. Celebrating a birthday, we enjoyed some of their special cocktails, which were well-made a few appetizers, which I must recommend the Papas bravas and the calamari. The octopus was out of this world. We had our wedding after party here and it was one of the highlights of our wedding night! Ganesh and Sandra were the absolute best during the whole experience. We met with them before the event and they were so down to earth and genuinely wanted us to have the perfect event. Stopped here after playing some rounds of golf nearby. This is a new spot that has got some potential. It's a much-needed variation from what is around the area. You can have brunch here or you can have late night drinks. We tried the spicy margarita and truffle fries (which were fresh and hot ). Past recommendations provided by members of the North Shore Eats facebook group for a good granola yogurt bowl led me to Crossroads Kitchen & Bar on Sunday morning for brunch. Definitely recommend. ! I'm a big fan of sharing different dishes, and mixing savory and sweet. Today's order consisted of: a greek yogurt parfait, a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with home fries, and a side of one pancake. Plus, coffee. The granola is made in house (and is gluten free), the sandwich had a perfectly cooked egg, the home fries were small and yummy, and the one pancake was actually three pancakes! (and came with warm syrup on the side). They offer both caffeinated and decaffeinated guatemalan coffee brewed in house - also quite good! The restaurant is clean, has a variety of seating options (booths, high tops, low tops), ample parking, attentive staff, and reasonable prices. Based on the stellar reviews, we recently tried the new Crossroads Kitchen & Bar on 114 in Middleton. It did not disappoint. We ordered the BBQ special for four for $89. It included sirloin cooked to perfection, smoked sausage, grilled chicken and shrimp, and fried calamari served with asparagus, corn on the cob, fingerling potatoes, pickles and pickled onions. There were four homemade sauces cherry barbeque, buffalo sauce, buttermilk ranch and the most amazing chimichurri. The portions were perfect even though we still couldn't finish it all. We also had fried Oreos and lava cake both served with Richardson's ice cream. The owner, Ganesh checked in with us and that's when we learned of his 20+ year career in five star resorts across the country and that he just opened Crossroads three months ago. We were initially nervous based on the eclectic menu, which you don't normally see, but he explained that he wanted to offer the best dishes that he has perfected over the years - hence the "crossroads". All the food was amazing particularly the lamb curry which was extraordinary. The service was also excellent, attentive, prompt, friendly. The chef came out and spent time talking with the folks at my table ( and pretty much all the patrons) which I thought was pretty cool. Nice atmosphere with a laid back vibe.
