Amazing hot wings
Ash C.

Great place for beer and wings. Also there are lots of big screen TVs for sports fans. Had a steak tip with a salad which was not really impressive. I love steak tip salad at the Lazy dog sports bar next door but usually it comes out well-done for medium rare. At Rolly's, they cooked it perfectly medium rare but seasoning was little too bland. However, the hot wings were to die for. The tip at the Lazy dog has really good sweet taste to it more like Korean bbq taste. I would rank steak tip #1 Haywards #2 Lazy dog #3 Rolly's #4 Four winds around Wyoma sq. I like ambience at Rolly's better than the Lazy dog. The service is great at Rolly's. Since I moved around here, I have visited above mentioned places multiple times but it was my first time at Rolly's. I will definitely come back for hot wings and beer on Sunday.

undercooked tips

The waitress was very kind about it but I recieved blue rare steak tips after asking for them cooked medium rare. luckily I was able to waive being charged for them but it was disgusting.

Hot Wings!

Food Review: Paddy Kelly's - Peabody, MA…read more If you're looking for classic bar food done right, Paddy Kelly's at 154 Washington St, Peabody, MA, is a must-visit. From giant margarita towers to loaded nachos and hearty burgers, this spot delivers on both flavor and value. Whether you're out with friends or family, it's the kind of place where you can kick back, indulge, and enjoy some solid comfort food in a no-frills setting. The Must-Have Dishes Kitchen Sink Nacho Tray ($17.95) - An absolute steal! This massive tray of nachos is loaded with grilled chicken, chili, tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños, served with salsa and sour cream. Easily feeds four people and is hands-down worth coming back for. 9/10 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich ($14.95) - Crispy buffalo chicken with just the right amount of heat, paired with cool bleu cheese. If you're hunting for a great Buffalo chicken sandwich near Medford or Boston (seriously, where are the good ones?), this is a solid contender. 9/10 Smokehouse Burger ($14.95) - Stacked with BBQ sauce, bacon, an onion ring, and pepper jack cheese, it was a good burger, but honestly, the onion rings stole the show. Cooked perfectly crisp-- which so many places mess up! 7/10 Hit or Miss Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls ($14.95) - Filled with shaved steak and served with buffalo ranch for dipping, these had great flavor but were just way too greasy. 6/10 Pizza - Undercooked, but decent for the price. If you're looking for a great pizza, this isn't the spot. 5/10 Drinks: The Real Star Margarita Tower - Absolutely massive and perfect for sharing. You can't go wrong with this one! Giant Espresso Martinis - If you're a fan of espresso martinis, they go big here--definitely worth trying. Final Verdict If you want a true Boston dive bar experience, this is it. No frills, just solid food and strong drinks at a great price. Come for the drinks and nachos! - Food: 7/10 on the bar food scale. - Affordability: 8/10 - Ambiance: 5/10 (It's a dive bar--if you want a true Boston experience, come here!) - Overall: 7/10

The place wasn't too busy so we immediately got a seat but it did take at least 15 minutes for someone to come ask for our orders. At that point we were ready to order our food and drinks. I got the ragin cajun burger with fries upgraded to onion rings. The burger was tasty and the onion rings were average, although I liked the dipping sauce. We agreed that it was the classic bar food we were in the mood for. The music (Drake songs back to back to back) inside was so loud that I was having to yell to my friend across the booth from me. I get that they want to have a lively sports bar atmosphere but it felt like I was at a downtown club in Boston on a Saturday night. They have a large menu with plenty of food options but they clearly emphasize the drinks at Sidelines. Overall I would return, maybe the next time I feel like hitting the club.

Very Disappointed - A Lot of Growing to Do Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience at this new business was very disappointing. The menu is already pretty small, and they were out of several of the items we wanted to order, which was frustrating for our group. The biggest issue, however, was how our group of 9 people was treated. Only 3 of us were drinking, and at approximately 10:45 PM, we ordered a bucket of beer. We were then essentially screamed at and told we needed to leave at 11:10 PM. I completely understand that businesses have closing times, and I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years, so I understand both sides. However, if your business closes at 11:00 PM and a group orders something like a bucket of beer at 10:45 PM, it would seem reasonable to let the customer know that they need to finish by 11:00 PM before taking the order. What made the situation even more frustrating was that as I was leaving, I noticed two guests -- who I assume may have been friends of a worker -- putting their alcoholic beverages into to-go cups and leaving. It's one thing to have growing pains as a new business, and I understand that every new establishment has things to work on. But the way our group was treated left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. They definitely have a lot of growing to do, and unfortunately, I won't be stopping by again to find out if things improve. I truly hope they take this feedback constructively because clear communication with customers can go a long way.

When asked if that's how we wanted it cooked, My response was we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked. The hotdog came out 10 minutes after. Horrible experience. The bar drinks were watered down. Onion rings were edible. Do not recommend.
