Rare 5 Star Review Where do I start with this wonderful place. To say we were caught off guard by the coolness, setup, and the amazing kitchen army they have here is an understatement. Setup: Bar holds about twenty with over 15 TV's around it. Open Kitchen from the side view Booths and high tops wrapped around the rest of the place Bathrooms on each side of the place so you're not trekking through people to get to it. * You can't get a bad seat to watch any game you want to see. This isn't a very large place but it fills up and weirdly it fits the people in comfortably. Bustling atmosphere. Kitchen and Food: Open Kitchen Food Made to Order Crazy Affordable Top Notch Food Hardest Working Kitchen Staff Amazing Meal Specials * Breading chicken cutlets to order, cutting steaks to order, and an amazing chargriller. The steak tips, turkey tips, burgers, and salads are phenomenal. Turkey Tips are my favorite. I am not exaggerating that everything is made to order and you can watch them. I watched the kitchen for about ten minutes in amazement. TIP: 20 Ounce Sirloin dinner, cut to order, grilled perfectly with 2 sides for 24 bucks. Ridiculous Tony's does everything right, food, atmosphere, and drinks for an amazing value. The turkey tips pic tgat I posted was $11.95 (seriously in this economy). This place is fixture in the community for a reason. The owner is a very nice man as well. A top 5 spot in Massachusetts in my opinion, can't say enough about it. Enjoy!! Thanks

Tony's pub is a very nice place to enjoy a nice cold beer and a tall drink with the homie atmosphere. The service is very friendly and good they have a full bar with plenty of drift beers. You can even get a pitcher of beer and enjoy the sports on the TVs . The food is delicious had a bacon cheeseburger with fries made fresh on the grill with the outside backyard tastes delicious the steak tips were just as good just a nice touch Tony's Pub is definitely a gem

Great food, great service, and overall outstanding atmosphere! Over 30 TVs and 16 beers on draft. This is the perfect place to go to watch a game or just hang out. I highly recommend Tony's in Lynn!

Attitudes of girl server and her manager!! Not nice or professional! Called back to ask question and was hung up on by manager!

Made a pit stop on Saturday night at Lazy Dog Sports Bar, which is located in Wyoma Square, Lynn…read more We have never been but have heard a lot of good things about steak tips and chicken.....two of our favorites. Upon entry, we saw a busy bar scene....football games on the tv's and lots of people chatting and having a good time. The dining room, which is located just off the bar area, was kind of small, but was perfect size for the crowd! We were seated rather quickly and given menu's and drinks! We quickly found out Lazy Dog was a family-locals bar, which is a good thing! The vibe was everyone kind of knowing each other and enjoying the food, company and drink. We ordered and the food came rather quickly. We had the caesar salad with grilled veggies and the chicken breast dinner with fries. Both were brought out with hefty amounts on the plates. All the food was great tasting. I had a small dinner salad, which was fresh and perfect size. The chicken I had was tasty, cooked perfectly and plenty. The caesar salad was fresh, as well and we raved about the grilled veggies that came along with it. I wish I ordered the baked beans....but I didn't! I plan to when I return. There is nothing like baked beans and dinner! We wish we could have hung around for the music, but they did not set up in time for us to watch them play. Again, it seemed like a lot of patrons were waiting for the music because they have heard them before....which is great for local, neighborhood places. FYI, entry is in the back. Also, parking is easiest around the back.

Food Review: Paddy Kelly's - Peabody, MA…read more If you're looking for classic bar food done right, Paddy Kelly's at 154 Washington St, Peabody, MA, is a must-visit. From giant margarita towers to loaded nachos and hearty burgers, this spot delivers on both flavor and value. Whether you're out with friends or family, it's the kind of place where you can kick back, indulge, and enjoy some solid comfort food in a no-frills setting. The Must-Have Dishes Kitchen Sink Nacho Tray ($17.95) - An absolute steal! This massive tray of nachos is loaded with grilled chicken, chili, tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños, served with salsa and sour cream. Easily feeds four people and is hands-down worth coming back for. 9/10 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich ($14.95) - Crispy buffalo chicken with just the right amount of heat, paired with cool bleu cheese. If you're hunting for a great Buffalo chicken sandwich near Medford or Boston (seriously, where are the good ones?), this is a solid contender. 9/10 Smokehouse Burger ($14.95) - Stacked with BBQ sauce, bacon, an onion ring, and pepper jack cheese, it was a good burger, but honestly, the onion rings stole the show. Cooked perfectly crisp-- which so many places mess up! 7/10 Hit or Miss Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls ($14.95) - Filled with shaved steak and served with buffalo ranch for dipping, these had great flavor but were just way too greasy. 6/10 Pizza - Undercooked, but decent for the price. If you're looking for a great pizza, this isn't the spot. 5/10 Drinks: The Real Star Margarita Tower - Absolutely massive and perfect for sharing. You can't go wrong with this one! Giant Espresso Martinis - If you're a fan of espresso martinis, they go big here--definitely worth trying. Final Verdict If you want a true Boston dive bar experience, this is it. No frills, just solid food and strong drinks at a great price. Come for the drinks and nachos! - Food: 7/10 on the bar food scale. - Affordability: 8/10 - Ambiance: 5/10 (It's a dive bar--if you want a true Boston experience, come here!) - Overall: 7/10

This past weekend I decided to try out April's for brunch because a friend of a friend recommended…read moreit. I went and the place is small but cute. The host welcomed me right away while attending other guests. I waited for my table for about 15 minutes. Not too bad being that the place was packed! In the summertime they have an outside patio area which helps with the capacity of people. So I get seated. Looked at the menu which was nicely done. I ordered a tequila sunrise to get the day going (don't judge me! ) after about 5 minutes my drink was brought to me. With such great service I thought I was gonna be ok for an amazing brunch... I wasn't! ‍ I ordered the Boston Omelette (steak tips, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and cheese). The dish came with home fries and toast. I declined the toast because I always ordered a side of pancakes with banana, strawberries, and blueberries! Even though the place was packed. The kitchen was pumping out the orders! The food came within 10 minutes. The presentation looked delicious. But after the first bite of my omelette, I knew we had an issue. The steak (or lack there of!) had not seasoning or flavor to it. Nor did the home fries! Very basic! I had to put a lot of salt and pepper to try and enjoy either item... I didn't even finish the dish. I moved onto the pancakes because they looked delicious. Whomp whomp! Another let down! The only good thing about the meal was then tequila sunrise drink! Would've expected more from this place flavor wise!
