We went for lunch today and found the place to be very welcoming. We believe the owners came over multiple times to check on the food and even gave us some toys for our toddler to play with. They were extremely nice! I got the steak and cheese and enjoyed it. The bread is extremely fresh and soft. Some of the best around. We also got a pizza roll which was good too. The sauce makes me want to try their pizza or pasta dishes. My toddler got the chicken fingers and fries and she enjoyed them. We tried them too and they were tasty. My husband got a junior beef. He said he was good; not the best around but still tasty. Onion rings were good too. Overall, this is a place we will come back to as the food was good and the service wonderful. They even have beer and wine! read more

One of the best North Shore Beefs you could hope to buy. They are a family business that cares about what their customers think whether it is good or bad. They want to improve and serve good food. I have not had a better experience anywhere. My son and I crave their roast beef. But you can't buy anything bad here. read more

Ate the junior beef here, and it was fantastic. The beef was tender and cooked perfect, and the bun was nicely toasted. Onion rings were a nice salivating touch. Staff friendly per usual. Environment was very nice, try sitting at the bar, they have beer as well. read more

My family and I--both together and individually--have been loyal customers of Omega in Middleton for well over a decade. We have enjoyed their food as sit in, take out, and for catering when we've had informal gatherings at home. They consistently deliver exceptional quality and service. Over the years, we've ordered just about everything on the menu: pizza, calzones, chicken kabob salads, Greek salads, sandwiches, chicken wings, fries, and countless other favorites. Every single order has been fresh, flavorful, and reliably delicious. Omega has never once missed the mark. In the winter months, their egg‑lemon Greek soup (avgolemono) is my personal lifesaver. As a Greek foodie, I can say with confidence that Omega's avgolemono is one of the best around--comforting, authentic, and better for surviving New England cold than any remedy on earth (and certainly faster and cheaper than a Caribbean getaway). Beyond the food, the owners and staff at Omega Middleton are consistently kind, generous, and committed to making customers feel valued. Their hospitality is genuine, and it shows in every interaction. If you're looking for excellent takeout in Middleton, I wholeheartedly recommend Omega. Standing ovation!!! read more

Ordered takeout while in the area fornwork. Fried mushrooms were ok, although tasted a little over cooked. Also ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Also over done and the sauce was very thin. To the point the cheese and toppings did not stick to the crust fell off when you simply picked up a slice. And the crust was very tough to chew through. Not returning. The staff was pleasant enough when I ordered and the facility is nice enough. read more

The staff is awesome! The pizza is great I would definitely recommend stopping by for a slice read more

My family and I only eat at Omega Pizza, Middleton, MA, for Pizza and "takeout meals". We have never been disappointed. No matter what you order, the food is always delicious. Portion size is large. Their pizza sauce is delicious. You must try it! The restaurant is so clean and we appreciate that they still have local delivery service! I do not like using an 'anonymous food delivery service'. Do yourself a favor and Enjoy the delicious foods they offer! Diane E. read more

Had the chicken kabob dinner. The chicken was so flavorful/well seasoned and the sides...rice/steak fries/salad we're also great! The place was extremely clean (even the bathroom). Different than many places today. I plan to go back as the service was also great. read more

In my experience, when you go into a random food place, there are only two options for the food: it's either the best thing you've ever had or you're going to be in the bathroom for a while. Omega Pizza is definitely the former. I bought a pizza and a steak, egg, and cheese sub. The pizza was eaten so fast that I couldn't even take a picture but the sub is all mine and I'm going to add a picture to this review. The sub was pretty big and unlike other sub shops where the grease leaks through everything, this one comes in a styrofoam container. Except when I opened it... there's no grease. No slimy yellow stuff that just sits in your stomach for hours. The sub was well made, the bread was soft, the meat was delicious, and the egg was excellent. The cheese literally melted everywhere. When you start with good ingredients then this is the result. The owner was very friendly and his wife was also very nice. I love coming into a place where you're greeted like you've been going there for years. It felt really warm to be welcomed and you get that right away. Although I took the food to go, I looked around the place a bit. It's not massive but it's clean and you have a nice view of the plaza outside. Good food, friendly people, tidy eating area? What else do you need? The food wasn't expensive either and I think we actually spent less there than Burger King considering this was a family outing. The bang for the buck is definitely there and they have a huge menu so I'll be trying out other things they have there later on. Those wings and gyros looked good - definitely next time. read more

We've been getting takeout from Omega Pizza for over 9 years and have never been disappointed. The family running this place is very friendly. The food is always delicious and portions are big. We've had a variety of meals throughout the years, but one of our favorites is steak bomb sub (one of the best ever!) read more

Solid spot in Middleton most may not know they serve beer! Always quiet you can hear the TV and have a convo. Always clean and smells great with an open view of the Kitchen. With a Larger menu.. Service is short and quick they tend to be always moving it's not like one person making pizza one salads they all keep moving so for this along with speed accuracy price for the bite and original taste this is why I go back! A step up from a normal pizza joint and a DQ down the street your night is complete! read more

I ordered a souvlaki gyro which was not good. The lamb was expected to be sliced thin and tender but it was tips that were very tough and could not be eaten as a sandwich. Will not go here again! The service was good. read more

Terrible food and even worse customer service. Stay away from this place- you will be happy that you did !!

Omega is the BEST in Middleton for a few reasons: #1 - The owners are hands-on business owners, they are there every day ensuring the quality of their food is 100% and that their patrons are satisfied. #2 - You are greeted with smiling and welcoming faces that look forward to serving you. #3 - You cannot beat their spanakopita amongst many other dishes they serve. #4 - They are a family-owned operation and a staple in the Middleton community. #5 - HUGE pizza by the slice portions. I visit them multiple times a month and am overly pleased every time. Go grab yourself a slice or you are missing out! read more

For months i found it strange that when i got a slice of cheese pizza that cost $3.15, Omega was charging me $4 something....i had been in such a rush I had never thought much more of it. There is some robbery going on here...and more than the THIN little bit of turkey they put in my sub, as can be seen in my picture. I ordered a cheese slice for $3.15 and a turkey sub for $7.25. Massachsetts state meal tax is 6.25% 3.15 + 7.25 = $10.40 6.25% meal tax of $10.40 is 65 cents $10.40 + $0.65 =$11.05 ....why is Omega charging me $12.80???? Check the picture i have included of my receipt. So i was charged an extra $1.75. Mind you this was a pick up order, not delivery. Now i think back...how many times have i paid $4 and some change for a slice of cheese pizza from them..... This is robbery. P.S. the sub was very very SAD. read more

Just stopped there this evening with my daughter. She wanted 2 slices of cheese pizza. I've paid $9.95 for 2 slices, REALY Omega? You can buy the whole pie with this. You lost me a a customer. (go and check around how much the other pizza places charges) read more

Ordered for the whole family here. When my wife came in to pick the food up someone (the owner I think) came out to help her. She asked this person if they would please wear a mask during the money transaction. He refused and grumbled and was quite rude about it. Doubt I will ever set foot in there again. It's a shame since the food is fine but if we can't trust the staff to concern themselves with our health, we can't be customers. I had been going there since I moved into town 7 years ago. The only way I would even consider coming back is if they acknowledged their mistake and made sure that every person acting as cashier had a mask on. They need to embrace safety for their customers. I've been ordering pizza across the street and up the road a bit. No issues there. read more

I eat here regularly and food is always good, but what I enjoy most is the staff. It's a family owned business and they operate and make you feel like family. I know that most people will complain a lot easier than praise so I feel compelled to write a second review about omega. I have been enjoying their food for years personally and my organization utilizes them and never a bad meal or service. If something does go wrong as we don't live in a perfect world give them a second chance and Andi owner and his wife will make it right. Always! read more

The delivery driver was the rudest person, and the food was cold and dried out.....never again will we order from there. Come to find out it was the owner that delivered it ! You need a lesson or two on business etiquette! read more

The portions are amazing. Everything is seasoned well. Its more than worth it for the quality . Taste is everything. My husband and I are very picky and Andreas and family get it right every time. Steak tips, chicken fingers, chicken kabob salad, roastbeef dinner, onion rings fries etc. If you dont like the food then you have no taste buds. I'd give a perfect 10. In this case its 5 stars. I call and order and its always ready when I get there. Soooo incredibly tasty. Cant say it enough. Great family and a great business ethic. Highly recommend to all. read more

This is now our go to place for pizza. Never disappointed. Recently, I've gotten their roast beef dinner. It is amazing. The best roast beef sandwich that I've ever had. No lie. Sorry for my friend. He doesn't have good people skills and he hungry. My apologies. Great food today cashier was very nice and chill. Own personally came to work out a misunderstanding and he's a great hard working guy and very nice and understanding. One of the best places around for food. We only order food from there for subs shops. Keep up the good work employees. Thank you for everything and again sorry for my friend, he's learning. read more

Can't go wrong here. Varied menu (something for everyone) quality food, excellent customer service and a small bar to have a libation while waiting for your order. read more

The place is small, located in a massive shopping plaza so the parking is ample. We have gone here on several occasions including to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July with the fam. We sat on the grass on the outskirts and watched from there. That time like every other we were offered tons of plates and cups because we had told them our plans. We weren't the only ones at the plaza for that purpose either. Their pizza is awesome, I also highly recommend their subs and huge fries. They often have combo deals and lunchtime specials. It's not my normal pizza and sub place because of where it is in relation to my house but they deliver and offer a ton of great choices. read more

I'm a fan. They have SHRIMP pizza, which is not easy to find at most pizza places. Their other entrees are good as well: steak tip wrap, seafood platter. Can't comment on dining inside the restaurant because I just pickup during my lunch break but I try to come here often. read more

First time trying, called to place an order for pick up. Got the steak tip pita (steak tip delight) and a side of curly fries and blue cheese sauce. Portion of fries were fair but the pieces of steak in the pita was so-so. Tzatziki sauce was a little light but it may just be because I have a salty palette. Total came to $12.31. Overall it was pretty good, quick pick up and right in the plaza where I work. Looking forward to trying their baklava next time! read more

Went there for the first and last time last night. Ordered Large Omega Fries, Large order of Chicken Fingers and Large Mozzarella Sticks. The fries were soggy and cold , cheese sauce was cold and bacon tasted old, Chicken fingers were way overcooked and nasty tasting. The only thing salvageable were the mozzarella sticks. The rest we had to throw out! $30 worth of inedible gross food! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Save yourself and your money and just don't go there! Manager was extremely rude and yelled at me, talked over my voice and would not let me speak. Did not even offer me a refund or replacement. NEVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MNEY! read more

We ordered take out/delivery from here just sub, rb, coke and chips. If prices are changed or addtl they sould notify the customer. Also, charges a credit cards transaction fee; which wasnt aware of. Bit pricey but the food is good and the delivery man was nice. read more

Something for everyone! Seriously. The menu is quite expansive. Sadly I only ordered a grilled cheese but it was pretty great. I usually steer clear of ordering grilled cheese for a fear that they'll be too greasy and a bad ratio of bread to cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that my $3.99 grilled cheese was a perfect ratio of cheese to bread (white cheese) and it wasn't at all too greasy. The outside was crisp with a soft middle and gooey slightly stringy cheese. The bread slices were on the thinner side of things (think Wonder bread style). The guy working was very friendly and got my order to me within 5 minutes, I'd say. The dining room seemed like it had a good layout for the sort of place you could meet up with a few friends for drinks and food to relax. It looked like there were a couple of beer options on tap but I didn't take a closer look to see what they were. read more
