After finding what I wanted she even went out of her way to check online for other options and showed me the Layne Bryant app on her phone, and showed me how to use it. I like much of the quality found at Costco - particularly with the food. However, I often shop at…read moreCostco only because it's closer to my home than Sam's. Based on several shopping experiences, Costco corporate appears to be patting each other on the back for being "clever," while they are really unethical and manipulative. First, they don't mark the aisles, in order to manipulate the customer into impulse purchases, as he/she wastes extra time walking multiple aisles to find the item of interest. Employees are scarce, so asking one can be difficult. Second, they send you a check for your Costco dollars, rather than simply adding it to your account; once again, corporate is banking on a certain percentage of customers who forget to cash the check or who may even misplace it. I'm sure several upper execs are bonused partly on this cleverly stolen money. The cost of printing the Costco dollar checks is more than made up for, with those which are unredeemed. One rationalizes it by stating that they are doing nothing wrong - they give the consumer the check. It's his/her responsibility to cash/redeem it. An honest person (or company) would find the most fail-safe method to be sure someone receives everything they are owed. Costco's moral cynicism never ceases to baffle me. In spite of the billions they receive from loyal customers, they almost appear to look down on them.

Hard to recommend this company. At the end of the day I am currently wearing suit pants from a $100 suit that fits better than those from formed fit. My suit pants and all my shirts had to be competent remade because of poor measurements. I cautioned not to make the pants too tight but told the style. Pants are too tight. The shirts I have fit well, but the material was much cheaper than expected. I have basic Nordstroms shirts and non of the three shirts compares to that quality / softness to the skin. My favorites are from my last custom order, different company, in fit and quality. The collars have collar stays sewn inside... Never have that- buttons or holes for collar stays. In short, when I think of what to wear to impress, it should be my newest custom suit abd that is not the case. On a side note- I'm pretty sure Ty, who left a review here worked at formed fit and may have even measured me, lol.

The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always a given at this scale. What stood out immediately was the staff presence on the floor. Employees were actually visible, this is not something you can take for granted at other Hobby Lobby locations, so it was a welcome surprise. Plenty of seasonal items and home decor to browse through, easily one of the stronger selections I have seen. If you are into jewelry supplies however, temper your expectations. The selection there did not match the overall scale of the store and left something to be desired. Now the part that will cost them a star. For a store this size on a busy morning, three cashier lanes open is simply not enough. And if you have a return or exchange, there is only one dedicated lane for that, which turns what should be a quick and simple transaction into a longer wait than it needs to be. Plan your visit with that in mind and avoid peak hours if you can. Four stars because the store itself genuinely delivers. But the checkout operation needs to catch up with the rest of the experience.
