Summer is creeping up upon us. I looked into my wardrobe to view what I have going on for "causal"summer wear. It wasn't looking good. All right, I gained a few pounds and haven't refreshed my clothes in a couple years. So off to Old Navy. Keep in mind, for the past year I've been laying low and mostly online shopping. But it's time to venture out safely. This Old Navy location is in a shopping center with a huge parking with tons of spaces. Right when I stepped in, there was a standing automatic hand sanitizer dispenser. There are signs asking customers to wear masks; all the staff were and most all the customers. Prominent 6 feet floor markers line the cashier queue. There is plexiglass between you and the cashier. There is a bottle of hand sanitizer next to each card machine at checkout. The floor inventory and displays were tidy. They had several staff on the floor arranging clothes, staff in the fitting rooms putting away clothes, and enough cashiers to move the queue quickly. The staff that I spoke with were gems; helpful, friendly, and efficient. Anyway, the day I dropped in women's shorts were $15 a pair, Tshirts and tops were $10-12. Great! I patiently looked through the piles of shorts to find the right inseam lengths and size. I had to try on 2 different sizes to figure out my best current fit. The fitting room staff was super helpful. I even bought a belt with the vow that I'm gonna lose the extra gained pounds and therefore a belt is needed because my shorts will become loose. (Haha. Wishful thinking) Tips: (1) You can find items online to have a better sales pricing and have them shipped free to the store for pickup; you can even return the mailed items in store or ship them back. (2) You can sign up for rewards program.

Today I bought mens vest from this store this vest had 20% off sign when i come at counter they count it without 20% off when i asked that there's a sign she told me that mistakenly someone placed that sign I said you can check lots of vest are still there and the 20% sign but she said that it's wrong so hope someone investigate this issue with them and I don't recommend anyone to visit this fake store

On Tuesday I stopped in for some shopping and looking around I had trouble finding something that caught my eye. Turned around the corner and tho it was quite wrinkled and a bit pricey, I found a black romper that fit my body perfectly and looked cute on! The friendly female cashier signed me up for their rewards program as well to save and I was on my merry way! It was an average shopping experience for me, but I'd be back when the have more inventory. The company caters to all sizes and if you're lucky you'll find some great deals!

This place is a giant clusterf*ck... Very disorganized..The shoe racks and clothes looked like the aftermath of Black Friday. It even kind of resembled a 5 year olds bedroom! I was surprised to see a lot of associates on staff and the place so disorganized. The associates were very friendly but probably because they didn't have to really fix the mess or something to that extent! I'll probably try again at a different store for another shot of being able to walk down the isle with ought tripping on shoes and stepping on clothes laying on the floor!

Tops! Tanks! $67 for nine tops!

Great Shopping Experience! Big Sale! 50% off on most items! And the best part? Their dressing rooms are open! They wipe them down after each customer! They're also monitoring the number of customers that come into the store. Thank you Old Navy!

Upon entering the store we were greeted, asked if we needed help and processed our online return right away. The store associate also went to the backroom to see if they had the same Santa slippers we had purchased for our infant son. Unfortunately the sizes didn't match but the effort to save a sale was very much appreciated. It doesn't take much for good customer service and I can see why one location is thriving while the other is closing.

The basic leggings are always a good/reasonable price so I always grab some since my girls love how comfy they are. Besides the leggings I usually grab a bunch of $6 skinny or bootcut jeans, cute graphic tees, and school uniforms. The store has (2) price check machines that either both don't work or it's one or the other which sucks because you have to ask them for pricing or be surprised when you ring it up at checkout. I like that the staff is always conscious of customers, greeting and thanking people for shopping at their store. CP employees are always stocking or cleaning but will drop everything to help you or ring you up. I don't think I've ever seen more than (2) employees working too. I find the best parking would be by Dressbarn or the side lot by Natoma Station Dr/Adidas store. I often find myself on different occasions either walking out spending hundreds of dollars for bags filled of deals or as little as nothing at Children's Place. So it can be a hit or miss but I do shop at other stores too so it's never a "for nothing" situation for me if I make the trip here from South Sac. Oh yeah, sign up for their rewards program to earn points (1 pt per $1 spent) and definitely try to earn those Place Cash coupons to lower out of pocket costs!

The staff in these stores are usually really friendly and helpful. The outlets are located right by the iron point light rail stop. They made the whole selling process super easy and stress free. I was able to sell a lot of my kids' clothes and was really happy with the price I received. And of course, I couldn't leave without shopping! I have a 3 year old and a newborn, so finding great quality items at such good prices was amazing. I truly shopped till I dropped and walked out with so many cute finds for both of my little ones. It's such a great feeling to give your kids gently loved items while also making some money back. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to other moms!

I called ahead before bringing in a huge load of baby items and specifically asked questions so I wouldn't waste my time. At no point did anyone explain how absurdly picky they are about items needing to look basically brand new. If someone had simply told me they reject anything with even minor staining, I would have cleaned things beforehand or not wasted hours hauling multiple strollers, bags of baby items, and equipment into the store. They ended up buying almost nothing, which already made the trip a complete waste of time. Then, during the chaos of reloading everything back into my car, I accidentally left behind a very expensive stroller worth around $450. When I realized it, I called immediately trying to resolve it. Instead of anyone being remotely helpful, I got nothing but "that's our policy." The manager later contacted me days afterward only to repeat the exact same script. Apparently he "looked at the cameras" and "talked to staff," yet somehow nobody knows where the stroller went. Meanwhile another employee had already told me someone took it to the donation area. So which is it? The bigger issue is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and critical thinking from management. A good manager tries to solve problems. This guy just hid behind policy and offered zero actual help. Most of the staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Avoid this location entirely unless you enjoy wasting your time, being treated poorly, and potentially having your property disappear with nobody willing to take responsibility.
